Circle City Coin Laundrymat

This laundromat is convenient because it is near by and clean. But in my case, one of the employees… a whole different story! Very rude making this whole experience awful. She claimed to be the manager of the Laundromat, Zulema?
I asked her a simple question and she came at me with an attitude!
Very, VERY, UNPROFESSIONAL!

This is one of the worse laundry places I have ever been to. I can only wash Sundays on my day off and the lady who is here is such a bad employee. To even begin with she’s rude, she stands around doing nothing, she’s most of the time on her phone and I know everyone gets there brake at work but this lady will sit for over an hour to eat and watch tv. Now if the owners are okay with employees being paid to hang out then by all means let her continue but if the owners really want to keep customers coming back the lady that is here during the week is such a nice person and is on top of everything she’s always checking on the machines cleaning and being attentive when someone needs something. The lady that’s here on Sundays isn’t helpful at all, on one occasion I need to break a $ 5 just for my last machine so I need to change $ 1 and she made my sister change the entire 5 dollars into quarters and told her to bring back what she needed and didn’t care and continued to keep gossiping with the group of ladies she was with. Then today I need to wash in the small machine and I waited over 10 minutes then I told her I’d she could take it out like the sign says and she just said if you want wait I can’t remove it. I’ve had it there are plenty of other places that do want there customers to come back.

No management when something goes wrong to bad so sad. The people who work here have no clue. Don’t waste your time.
