Pretty cool breakfast spot. The cashier with the colored hair is always friendly. I do wish they had a drive thru because the inside can be a bit crowded. I’ve been here a few time and the food is always consistent so it works out

Since new management, the quality went down and prices went up.
I got a Asada burrito and I don’t know if it was the burrito or the yellow jalapeños that are accessible to the public but I got a nasty stomach ache. It’s been day two and I had high fever, chills, and runs.
Shame on you.

I just went there they burned my bun and it was super hard. They also burned my fries and they were extra salty. The patty is very thin and there isn’t well flavoring. I expected much more from the place. I have a stomach ache.

They have great customer service. While the one on MLK location didn’t wanna pick up the phone, this location was kind enough to deliver to me. Thanks.

All bad! Ordered breakfast for delivery at 10 am. Girl on the phone told me it would be 30 mins. 1 hour later I call and ask if my order has been sent? She tells me the cook is about to finish making my breakfast. Lol. FORGET THIS PLACE! Having breakfast for lunch at this rate. They blatantly just don’t care. And the food? Let’s just say it’s nothing to write home about.

The food is okay they don’t do delivery anymore it’s sucks the girl was so rude on the phone i ain’t going here any time soon

I like their cheeseburger special, but be warned these people don’t believe in call waiting so you will have to call constantly to get an order in. you’re better off ordering at the place. Also, the first
time I went they took forever & a day for just 2 orders. Since then I would say they stepped up by 2 seconds.

They do not want to deliver food to loyal long time customers. if their primary delivery guy isn’t at work. If u do not order over $ 10.00 in food they are willing to lose a tip paying customer. I had to explain to the lady that answer the phone that it is only me eating and I don’t eat large quantities of food then she explained it wasn’t her that was denying me of my order. She volunteered to deliver my food to me.
She is the real mvp. She recognized the problem showed empathy and found a solution. I salute her and others like her.

This place is disgusting. Not sure why the health department hasn’t come by. The place is dirty.

The shrimp basket is to die for, it really is delicious and they give you plenty of shrimp to enjoy.
The seating sucks but that is okay, I enjoy sitting outside and watching the cars pass on Washington blvd while eating breakfast.
The breakfast is huge and inexpensive. They have typical Latino & American Choices. ie: Carne asada with scrambled eggs or french toast and sausage links.
The service from a 1 – 10 scale is a 7.
Parking: You have the option to park in their private lot or park on the street.

Medium customer service, but Best platanos u will ever have. & the carne asada quesadilla was BOMB. My sister had the steak Rancheros, looked great. She said was great. I’ve had their breakfast burrito, i give it a ⁷⁄₁₀.

This place has truly gone astray. I’ve come here since my childhood and always loved it. Lately, however, there service and staff sucks. It took them 40 minutes to even start my quesadilla and fries. When I asked the employee why it was taking so long she has the nerve to tell me it’s not there fault they have many orders (btw there were only 2 other clients in the place).
It is really unfortunate because I’ve felt there quesadillas are amazing but they’re not worth the price anymore and much less the wait.
Never coming back!

My avacado burger was basic. But it was also perfect. The meat was cooked to perfection and the avacado was delicious. Toppings were typical: lettuce, pickles, etc. The fries tasted higher quality as well and the whole meal was only 7 dollars.
There were a couple minor issues however. My diet coke tasted flat and the pastries looked delicious as they are displayed in the front of the store but there were flies buzzing around. So I would avoid them. But I would definitely come back to this place. It’s a burger I’ll remember.

Burger factory makes good food, nice little Mexican spot. I decided to rate this restaurant a 4 because even tho the food is good, the service is okay. At least the business have good looking girls working there. I do rate this restaurant overall a really good place to stop for a bacon cheese burger with the thousand island.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER ! Had me waiting for a cheeseburger, fries, and a coke for over one hour and a half !
Oh the funny part is I am located.3 to 5 blocks always. By the way I am a delivery driver and I can honestly say I never. took this long before and I’m am 100% sure we get more customers than Burger Factory.
Food was alright. I can tell they gave me fresh fries when I finally called an hour later !

I have had delivery from here before, now every time I try to get delivery the lady on the phone says they do not deliver to my address, she is extremely rude! It says local delivery inside their restaurant and I have seen the car there.
I am part of 2 apartment complexes (big ones) and they just don’t realize how much business they are losing because their «phone person» does seem to be knowledgeable about the surrounding area…
We are right down the street from them down Harvard Blvd., (they are on Washington and Harvard) go figure.
The other restaurant is on King and they were nice enough to deliver our order that this location messed up at one time.
I wish I could say something good about this place but this person taking orders on the phone just ruins the convenience of having a good local burger place in the neighborhood.
Awful, reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaly bad experience, do not waste your time.

It’s OK only because of convenience. Hash Browns are dryer then saw dust so ur gonna need about 4 salsa packs to take down a breakfast burrito. Not so much a «wow» place just a very typical diner.

This place has changed since my last review. It takes approximately 15 – 30 minutes to get your food. The prices also went up. :(Not going back again.

I used to love ordering from this place. We’ve ordered numerous times– it’s quick and cheap. Today, I called in for delivery and after taking about 5 min to order, they took my address, and spent a few minutes talking to each other, and then told me they don’t deliver to my location! I told them they’d delivered to us before, more than once! They delivered to my neighbor yesterday!!! What!!!
She told me they don’t deliver here anymore. hmmm. Since yesterday?! Then she told me I can come pick it up.
Nope no thanks
