Chocolate Sundaes never disappoints! Everyone was amazing as always, including the host, Ron G. I almost feel like a regular with how often I’ve been there lately, and I clearly still can’t get enough of my chocolate sundaes.

I’ve been here several times and always have a good time. This review is really Just a note to the Unilocalers that the VIP ticket really doesn’t do much for you. Its a small venue so all the seats are good seats. It allows 9pm entrance, but the drinks don’t apply to your two drink minimum. The food selection is lacking as well. Hummus, Chips and Salsa, Grilled Cheese sandwich($ 9), Grilled cheese with turkey($ 12). If you go in at 9pm, you will hear the last couple of acts in advance. Since there isn’t a monitor upstairs, you wont see anything, but hear everything. While in the VIP waiting area, the waitress came and asked if we wanted anything. We told her to give us a minute to review the menu. She never came back. Once downstairs for the show, we ordered our drinks from the new waitress. 30 min later she comes back with our drinks,(champagne) and it was hot. We were going to give them back, but we didn’t see her for another 30mins, so we eventually just drank them. During the show, there was another waitress who I assumed was off duty, she was sitting in the corner near where the comedians come out, with her friend. She talked through the entire show. So loud, I could hear her entire conversation during the show. I’m sure she has heard the acts before, so she wasn’t interested, but I was! It was so annoying. Since I couldn’t see her name tag, I tried to get a picture but I couldn’t get a clear shot. Otherwise I would have posted her face so her manager would know. Bottomline? I had an out of town guest and didn’t want to take a chance missing out on the show. I spent $ 40 per VIP ticket that I purchased weeks in advance. If you buy them at the door they are $ 30. You would think it would be the other way around. $ 30 in advance and $ 40 at the door? I should have stuck with my regular routine of getting on the guest list and getting in for free. Total waste of $ 120.00. :( Comedy Show? A+ Would I come back? YES Service? Needs work VIP tickets? Not worth it.

This is basically the laugh factory Sunday evening version of the kind of all black night, really not all black a lot of other performers but they are trying to make a point by making a lot do dirty black jokes, which in my opinion is appropriate and hysterical. Been here a lot and as long as you can take a little joking around you’ll love it! Check it out ASAP every Sunday night two shows !!

I had a bad experience here previously with a server who was slow & did a poor job. so when I didn’t tip her, she asked during the show if I would like to talk to a manager since I didn’t tip O. o During that experience in January, I heard about 80% of the same jokes tonight July 13th lol but it’s a cool place that requires a two drink minimum. Free entry if you are or lying & say you’re on the guest list ;) lol

I laugheddddd until i cried and then cried tell my nose ran… hahahaahahaha just thinking about last nite i start cracking up… i went with my boyfriend and my friend and we all enjoyed ourselves. There is a two drink minumun and i do say they make pretty strong drinks preferrably the AMF(adiós muthafucka!) Which definately stood true to its name. The comedians were hillarioud especially my childhood fav tommy davidson who serves as the evenings host. I reccomend anyone without plans on a sundae night should seriously consider a thoroughly entertaining evening at The laugh factory !

I’ve been to chocolate sundaes twice, and both times, it was hilarious! There wasn’t any repeated jokes(other than the cellphone brand jokes). There’s only one part of the show that scares me to death, and that’s when Ron(The host), stars calling out on the audience to dance. As a person who doesn’t know how to dance, that freaks the hell out of me.

Just dreadful. Two hours of countless«N» words and comedians that weren’t in the slightest way funny. It was embarrassing for us all — a mixed family with one white member and five African Americans. Definitely will never go back.

Fun night out with the girls. We were minorities there, but didn’t feel left out. Since I don’t drink, I had pineapple juice and hot chocolate — definitely recommend the hot chocolate! As much as we enjoyed our night, we found out the next day that one of the girls in our group charged the whole bill on her credit card(and we gave her cash) and we paid gratuity and gave extra and somehow our waitress added more tip to our friend’s final bill. She also wouldn’t give her a receipt when she asked for it. Shady.

I always have fun when I come to Chocolate Sundaes. I leave in pain from laughing so hard. The comedians are hilarious and you always leave happy. Last nights show was an amazing night out with the girls. At the end of the night the whole audience did a Harlem Shake video. Overall I had a great night!

I’ve been to the Laugh Factory numerous of times, but never for Chocolate Sundaes. I really enjoyed the show. Their guest list line was far longer than their regular cover($ 20 + 2 drinks) line. The bf and I were pondering what to do after dinner on Sunday and thought about seeing some stand up. I’ve never been to the Comedy Store nor do I know what they have to offer at their club, but I know that in Hollywood, the Laugh Factory is a guaranteed in for seeing a comedy show on the whim. They know how to squeeze you in a packed house. I didn’t know any of the comedians on stage, but everyone was very funny. I had a great time.

The funniest stand up comedy event I’ve ever been to! Came here for my birthday last week as a surprise present and I must say that this was the greatest gift of the year for me. The host, comdeian Ron G., was too hilarious! That guy is a underground comedy great waiting and needing for a spotlight. He also gave me a bday shout out and made fun of me a bit. There was about 7 comedians with 3 – 5 minute sets each and they were all funny as hell. The entire crowd was in tears from laughter. Cocktail waitress’ make their way around quite often so enjoy your drinks. The few downsides about the event is that it’s «FREE» to get in by contacting the guestlist before 7:30 pm but there’s a two drink minimum so there’s nothing«FREE» about it because two drinks totaled up to $ 20. Also, they ask you to arrive by 7:30 to wait in line outside so dress warm if its a cold night. Tip: Checking into the Laugh Factory via Unilocal!will earn you two free tix to a event but I’m not sure if there’s a two drink minimum included with that offer. Overall, Chocolate Sunday’s is the place to be on a Sunday night to enjoy a fun night of comedy and laughter. I’ll definitely be a regular.

The comedians were all hilarious, we were laughing pretty much non-stop for 2 hours. The service was great and I loved that we could actually see what was going on easily. The space is totally not akward like some small comedy clubs you go to and it can be distracting. The host interacted a lot which was pretty rad. I also love that the commedians were very physical and out there. I was a little concerned that I wouldn’t get the humor but had heard such rave reviews of the show. I totally got the humor and it was more upbeat and honest than a lot of shows you see.

I had a great time there this past Sunday. The staff was very friendly, the comedians were hilarious and the DJ was on point.
