I’ve never been to a stingier chipotle. I could count the number of beans with my fingers

Rude staff, and while they close at 10pm, they basically tell you to leave by 9:30pm and don’t have any food left

I’ve been going to Chipotle since they had a single location in Denver, and this one in Bwood is by far the worst that I’ve visited. Every.Single.Time. I order to-go and they simply cannot seal up the packaging properly, and the contents leak all over the bag and then my car, clothes, etc. But it’s one thing when the peppers are incompetent, it’s another entirely when the cooks can’t get the job done. The steak today was tougher than the ’85 Bears and that can’t be tolerated. Almost ANY other Mexican establishment in the area is a better option. Skip this location unless you’re absolutely desperate!

This is great, how can you give less than 5 stars for it? Great tasting food, fast friendly service and cheap as chips(literally) and in a great location

I LOVE Chipotle. This location is my favorite — it’s in the heart of Brentwood, next to all the San Vicente shops. I eat here all the time. The salad bowls are delicious, cheap, and quick. A+!

Big fan. Friendly staff. Minus 1 star for the chicken being a little too burnt most of the time. I know chicken is hard to cook without charring it, but that is why I don’t cook, lol.

Amazing company and it shows. I’m work across the street at a high end restaurant and am here 2 – 3 times a week! Faithfully since February. We all know what the food is like so let’s give it up to their fantastic crew who always has a smile no matter what. If one of the girls is working the cashier she even knows everything I need. What really compelled me to write the review is their manager Roddy. Was stunned by his level of professionalism and warm hospitality. Thank you all.

Parking sucks, but they were loading the bowls up pretty well the day I went in. Looks like this isn’t one of the stingy Chipotles :)

You might have read my other Chipotle reviews at various locations, how’ve I’ve got to say that this location has impressed me over others. Service was awesome and staff were friendly. Clean and convenient location right on San Vicente. I ordered my usual burrito bowl and they got my order done correctly at once, without asking me rudely what I had ordered. They were fast and friendly, and satisfied my expectations. As you all may know, my question at the end is what? Would I return here again? YES! Overall grade: A

To expensive for the portions and the employees are rude. A friendly reminder to the employees. You have a job because of the customers.

Not sure why there are all the negative reviews. I live relatively close to this Chipotle and eat there all the time. It does not matter if the line to order is long or short… they are very quick to get you in and out of there. Food is consistently good!

Chipotle has good food and a good philosophy as a business with its non-GMO foods and respect for animals. I eat here just for that reason and because they have darn good burrito bowls. This particular one is so on and off with its service. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, but the people are always nice. If you order for pickup, expect to have it started when you arrive. Tacos are pretty ok– but get the burrito bowl with a side of chips & medium salsa instead– you’ll love it! Tacos 4 life!

Felt super rushed here, and I came at an odd hour(5pm)! First of all, I got the tortilla on the side, and when I opened it, it was left in the warmer way too long and was dry and crispy instead of nice and soft! Second of all, they skimp on the rice, which is like the cheapest part of the meal!

I like this chipotle, why? Because 2⁄3 times I’ve been here they’ve forgotten to charge me for adding guac. :)

Not a fan of fast food or restaurant chains, but Chipotle is really one of the few exceptions and I find myself coming back every few months. This location is nice, while not the best Chipotle I have been to, it was clean and everything fresh and made fast with good service. I go for the veggie bowl every time, love the free guac it comes with, as well as all of their sauces/salsas. My only gripe is the sodium counts are just WAY too high to be actually healthy, I usually leave bloated and overstuffed, so it IS in a way still just fast food. Also, bypass the sofritas, the tofu does not taste good and is worse for you than any of their meats. Had a sample, read the nutrition facts, was completely disgusted and passed on ordering it.

We had a work thing and everyone picked Chipotle. I thought, urgh!, what am I going to eat. I’m vegetarian. Well, to my surprise they have a vegetarian option. The person taking the order asked me a few questions and my order was in. I was so super surprised — it was excellent, yummy in fact. I got 3 meals out of the one Sofritas bowl. We ordered from them the next week, too. Equally as delicious. The staff was super friendly. I did the pick up the second time and the order was ready and pick was a snap. Parking is a bit challenging. Don’t park in the loading zone. The meter maids are militant and you will get a ticket most of the time. There were 12 of us each time ordering. Every order was correct and everyone liked their food very much.

Haters gonna hate, but I really like Chipotle however unauthentic it’s deemed to be. I like that when I’m starved I can get a huge burrito with shredded beef and when I feel like being more healthy I can get a chicken bowl with brown rice. This location seems pretty efficient-the lines can look intimidating but the workers move through it fairly quickly. I haven’t had a problem yet. Tips:Try a quesarrito if you’re feeling extra ravenous. Try a fajita bowl if you like veggies. And if you get a bowl or salad, ask for a side of vinaigrette, it’s super yummy.

The food here will not kill you, but it will not thrill you. I have eaten at many a Chipotle – they are really all the same. But the meal tonight confirmed what I have been saying all along: Restaurant food is so unimpressive. And when you make your own food at home, even simple things, you realize just how mediocre restaurants really are. The more I eat at home, the less I want to dine out. I know it’s not fine dining, but I feel the same way about them too. Most not worth the cost – 50% of your dining $$ are going to pay rent and overhead and not the food. It’s unlikely I will be visiting Chipotle for a while. My stomach is threatening to go on strike if I cross the Chipotle picket line.
