Upon coming in to this location I was a little uncomfortable about coming to eat here because of bad experiences that I’ve had at this location. One time I ask could I have chipotle sauce they told me no and they didn’t even bother to see if they had any in the back stock room. The second incident I had at this location was I asked once again for chipotle sauce the on site manger asked if I looked by the soda machine I told her I had and there wasn’t anymore there obviously I looked there first or wouldn’t have asked for more. She then gave me an attitude, she walked to the back stock room and grab another bottle. As she was handing me to the bottle she then saysto me «Don’t steal it.» That pissed me the Fuck off, I’m a grown 37 year old woman why the fuck would I still this bottle of sauce. I was wondering if she said that to everybody who ask for chipotle sauce. After that incident I never came back to this location since. Today I’m here for the first time in a long time. I was greeted with an «Hello, what can I get for u.» I told the employee what I wanted and she made it. When it was time for me to check out, I looked in my wallet and I realized I didn’t have it. I told the cashier i forgot my wallet and the manger gave me the food for free. I guess I’ll forgive this location a little bit at a time.

Writing this review as I wait in this understaffed place. I have to agree that the customer service could be better… and faster!!!

The chicken is always freakin burnt! I know it’s grilled but it doesn’t have to taste like charcoal. Seriously, I’m not paying money to eat carcinogens.

You can’t go wrong with Chipotle. The food is always good and consistent. THATBEINGSAID, this location is also consistent in bad service. I frequent this location because it is the closest one to UCLA, and I always leave feeling a bit miffed. On more than one occasion I had to wait at the register for up to 10 minutes because no one was working it, causing a line to form. Finally, when somebody decides to come out from the back can the 5+ people waiting to pay, actually pay. We just wanna give you our money in return for some Chipotle… Why is it such a difficult transaction? :(

I’m not one to write a review about an establishment, but today is the last time I will ever get Chipotle at the Westwood location. I walked in this afternoon in which there was about 5 people or less behind me in line. I had a few orders to place as I was doing a pick up for some friends. The black guy working in the lineup was so rude. I had three orders and he rolled his eyes when I told him I had one last order. He then questioned«um are you sure this is your last?», as if I was causing him some huge inconvenience. I told him it was my last one and he again questioned, «are you sure?» In an attempt to embarrass me or something of the like. He was completely unprofessional and even the girl behind me notes his snarky remark. That guy should not be working in the service sector – he clearly does not have the respect to do so.

FOODPOISONING! I thought it would be safe to go back to Chipotle. Its not. I ordered a bowl with sofritas yesterday. Within 45 minutes of eating it, i was nauseous. Within 1 hour and for the past 24 hours, vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. Had to miss a day of work because of it. This is a nasty place.

Chipotle is Chipotle when it comes to food(always amazing), but the reason for this low rating is the ridiculously horrible customer service. We’ve been here many times because it’s close to our apartment, but every time we go we remember why we hate it. I used to work for a Chipotle and my manager would have been sick if he saw how slow, rude and disoriented this line is. 9⁄10 times, the line is out the door and what should take 10 minutes takes well over 20. They don’t communicate on the line, they’re extremely slow and there is always some sort of argument among the workers. Additionally, there was a deaf woman in front of me who had written her order down and handed it to them. They proceeded to set it down, ignore her and move on to the next. One woman was even asking her what she was doing and being extremely rude… she couldn’t answer, because she is DEAF. We ended up helping her order and she was extremely frustrated with the way they were treating her. It was really ridiculous. Overall, they just need better management and training. Chipotle has high standards and this Westwood location is putting them to shame.

not sure if this chipotle, or the one in culver city is worse… but im never returning to this one. under staffed with literally 5 people working at 9:00, with a line of a few people. slow, and major attitude from the cashier! alsooo, my chicken was completely burnt. and they were out of lemons. i could understand if it was busy, but it wasn’t. and if you don’t believe chipotles are different, think again! avoid this location. so many better things to eat in westwood anyways

Lacking competency. I got two chicken burrito bowls and asked for the exact same thing for both and of course they manage to mess it up. They ran out of chicken right when I put in my order so ding ding ding, she tells me it’s a 3min wait. She asks me if I want another meat and I say steak only if it’s the same price, it’s not nor does she try to give me some kind of hookup for me having to wait. Instead, she loads up the rest of the toppings sans the cheese and lettuce, which she saves for after the chicken is ready. There are two staff manning those toppings and I make it clear to both that I want cheese and lettuce for both bowls after the chicken is ready. I go pay since I have nothing better to do and the chicken is finally ready when I’m being handed the receipt. I’m now at the cashier and the bagger already has my first bowl in the bag. I look at them for my second bowl and see the lady piling sour cream and lettuce on it with the guy behind me telling her what he wants. He realizes it’s not his bowl AFTER the fact and the lady has the nerve to ask me again what was in my bowl. They go back and remake my order and AGAIN I have to tell them what toppings I want because they have to redo the whole thing. I don’t get what is so hard with the request, «same for both.» I also didn’t even get an apology. Just the cashier and bagger shaking their heads at their coworkers for messing up. See if I come back here anytime soon.

This location is by far the worst Chipotle I have even been to. No one listens to requests for«easy/a little bit of rice/salsa/whatever,» they just wait to hear your choice of each and then just messily slam it all into place. Small serving size of meat every time; definately smaller than other locations. Rude/impatient staff unless manager is present. Staff seems to not be a well oiled chain: I asked for a lid for my bowl and the two girls behind the counter argued over who should get it for a good minute before I walked over, reached over the glass, and took it myself… And a note to all Chipotle locations: what’s with the mushy pico de gallo? You call that fresh? Chipotle has been continously spiraling downwards in terms of quality for too long. I’m no longer a fan, El Pollo Loco is back in for me as best fast food Mexican!

Chipotle is chipotle. The food tastes the same at every chipotle for me. Never mind the food. The workers there are horrible! I go in smiling and come out pissed off because of the employees there. They ask you what you want and you tell them. But if you cant hear them and ask«what was that?» Because of the noise level, they get angry at you. They give you attitude like youre some idiot. They give you attitude whether you hear them clearly or not. They give you attitude as you order and attitude when youre paying. Its like they dont want to work there at all! Kinda makes me wanna stay away from all chipotle.

Oh Chipotle — you have my heart. I love coming here for lunch breaks but man, the line is so long! I give this place 3.5 stars. I usually order a burrito bowl with steak and always always always pay extra for some guacamole! This place does a good job by giving me a little extra of everything, it does not disappoint. The location itself is rather small, I can never find a place to sit! It is however, nice that they have tables outside to sit. Also, the staff here is really on top of their game and are super efficient, got to love that. Secret: you can order a quesarito(it’s not on the menu) and they will take a quesadilla, open in, then use it as the wrap to your burrito. SOCHEESEY. You’re welcome.

There is something undeniably magical about Chipotle. It’s rare that you come across a person who hates the tasty food they serve up and who can deny its inexpensive price with hearty portions! This Chipotle usually has long lines between noon and 1; the lunch rush is no joke so plan accordingly. Also I once saw a giant roach roaming the dining section which forced me to stop coming here for about 6 months. But of course the lure was too strong so I came back. Not a lot of dining space and the outdoor patio section is flooding with annoying birds who like us humans have an unwavering addiction to the Chipotle. They will always remind you guacamole is extra when you get any meat or sofritas option but they never seem to tell you it’s free with veggie. So PLEASE if you get the veggie option get your guac on the side and slide it on over to me. The food here is consistently tasty. They have been sneaking up the price though … But overall great location.

Chipotle is usually my go-to if I don’t want to cook at home. And they do a good job giving me what I want. However Westwood Chipotle is the worst Chipotle to go to. The same staffs are so rude and stingy. I wish they had name tags so that I can pinpoint who. It happened multiple times when a man in front of me and I would get the same thing but I’d receive half of the portion he got. I don’t understand why and how they would be in a bad mood every single time I visit. I would give it a one star because of such horrible service but since Chipotle taste the same I’ll give it 2 stars. TBH, portions aren’t that disappointing. There needs to be a change in staff for sure.

I’ve been to other Chipotles. This ones no bueno. They always screw up my order. I have given them MULTIPLE opportunities. And they never FAIL to SCREW it up. I have worked in fast food and I know that it’s not as hard as they are making it seem. You go down the line and tell them what you want. Same as Subway but, no sandwich. In fact maybe they should ask Subway how they do it ’cause I never seem to have a problem there. From now on I am going to skip this Chipotle.

Chipotle is chipotle. There’s nothing stand out about this place. It can be busy at times during the prime mealtimes and can be especially busy if there’s a promotion because of all the UCLA students that show up. After having had chipotle several times, the best way to get the most food for the price is: –burrito bowl –tortilla on the side –rice –beans –fajita veggies –half/half protein(they will charge you for the more expensive one) –mild + spicy or verde salsa –sour cream –corn –cheese –lettuce Chipotle is a solid place and a bowl is enough food for 2 meals for me.

This is a very busy Chipotle location, especially given it’s close proximity to a college campus. But the line moves quick and it is worth the wait. Tables can be hard to find during the major lunch rush but to-go orders are easy. As with most Chipotles it is a lot of food so I like to ask that they go easy on the rice because it is so filling. I also ask for«just a little» sour cream cause they tend to really pile it on. The guac is delicious, we normally do chips and guac to share if we have a big group. Pro-tip: you can do half and half with the meat options, they will charge you for whichever is more expensive. To-go via the website is a great option when ordering for a group. They write your names on each order and you can customize each person’s order really easily. Plus you skip the line when you arrive!

2014 Unilocal365CHALLENGE — 155⁄365 Pretty good Chipotle! Located in the middle of Westwood Village, this is a popular destination for UCLA students. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, which is really nice and great for the Los Angeles weather. Parking is pretty good. There’s street parking out front, but also a parking garage just a few doors down across the street that is free for two hours! Always a go-to when I’m in Westwood Village since you’ll find a lot of other lots that are crazy expensive! My boyfriend and I came here around 2pm on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy, but the line wasn’t long. I noticed that all of the employees were super friendly and helpful, which I appreciated! They have tons of seating, with booths, tables, and even bar-height tables. I think they could do a better job of tidying up/cleaning off the tables/floors whenever customers finish eating, but other than that I found no other complaints about this location! 4 stars.
