Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was the Chipotle standard. The reason this place gets a 1 star is because of the we were treated. my friend was ready to pee her pants when we came. She asked for the code to the bathroom and they told her she needed to buy something to get the code. She told them we were in line. The manager, MILTON WHEELOCK, simply repeated the same thing.
I get the bathroom being for paying customers, but this is ridiculous. Don’t come here if you’re having a bathroom emergency

Awful! Awful! Awful! We place large order for our corporation often. But we will never place it here again. Their service is the worse. Food was cold, our order was inaccurate it was a waste of time to even call back and get it fixed. I’ll contact the manager to see if he’s any help because the «lead «didn’t care. She said «our warmers are working so your food should not be cold »

Terrible service on November 29,2015 @840pm.
I asked the young lady to change her gloves and she proceeded but the gentleman who was fixing the bowls from the start seemed annoyed by it. Your in the business of Customer service you should accommodate the customer if she prefers clean gloves before touching her lettuce or cheese. Management look into the situation of who worked this night. My boyfriend and I walked out. I’m not going to spend my money anywhere that would treat me with disrespect.

After a long day and tired walked in to order food and was greeted by Dario. He asked me how I was my day and I told him long and tired and out of no we’re he comped my meal. Company policy or not he was up beat and my day not by comping the meal but but being nice. Thanks Dario

One thing that I’ve always loved about chipotle is their portions, you always get more than enough food. Every time I’ve been to this location the portions are less than desirable and I find myself asking for extra… I thought maybe it was just the times I was there but it’s now been every time I’ve gone to this location and my friends that have gone with me have said the same thing.

Phoned in an order, it was ready when we arrived, quick in and out. Good job, Chipotle!

Been here several times and finally writing my review based on all of them. They been pretty consistent with serving portions. I haven’t felt like I was being ripped off yet. All their veggies and salsa have always been fresh, including the guac. The line moved pretty quickly during dinner time.
The parking lot is tiny and I’m guessing people from Pinks park there as well. There’s also always a parking attendant. The location is convenient for me as I live just down the street.

Not a happy place for sure. Went there at 8PM on a weekday. Tables weren’t particularly clean, employees were unfriendly and greedy with ingredients. I got a smaller burrito then I usually get at other Chipotles and still felt hungry after finishing it.

Aisha, that isn’t lettuce. It’s cilantro and its procedure to let it air dry. The pictures you took were also of another location. Looks like it could be Larchmont. Melrose doesn’t have the round tables inside their lobby. I know cause I go there almost every day.
Anyway! I’m a big chipotle fan and by far this is my favorite location. The managers are awesome and the crew is always in high spirits. I always feel welcome when I walk through their doors. They always greet me :)
The food is always well cooked and it tastes delicious!
Best team ever! See you guys tomorrow, and the next day, and the next.

It’s 8:30pm Sunday evening, a long line behind me and they announce «no chicken, no steak, sorry guys!»
Lucky for me, I get the veggie but I felt bad for all the people behind me. Many left.
Get it together guys!
Maybe their workers want to clean up and close early and not deal with customers.
Who do you think is the reason for your pay checks every week workers, if customers don’t come, you will have no jobs.
This is one of the poorly managed ones.
I hope corporate deals with this asap!

Chipotle is one of my favorite go to spots, but this one is not up to par. The taste is lacking in comparison to, well, almost every other chipotle I’ve been to (I’d guess I’ve been to at least twenty others). It tasted watered down. On top of that, they won’t even give you lime on the side. Not the chipotle I grew up with.

This place is one of my favorite. Sadly I have to write a review about their cleanliness. They are off. They don’t get it. I came in at 6:31 pm and as of right now 7:01 the floor and used dirty tables have not been clean yet. Sadly because it says a lot. I think the management needs to be more watchful. This is not cool. Plus you don’t have enough inside tables and the few ones are dirty. How about that? Give four stars cause their service is good. Food is good. But this cleanliness part. They can do better. I let the manager know. She was nice and listened to what I said to her. I liked that she identified the issue.

This is how chipotle treats humans !!! They put the Lettuce on the table and open to the air at 1.30 am !!! And the restaurant already close ?! R they feeding us seriously this lettuce!!! Check my images I’ve upload them I was really shocked !!

We always get the burrito bowls with the tortilla on the side. I wish the guacamole wasn’t so damn expensive. I’ve never ventured out and tried the other meats besides steak. But the steak is so good I figure why risk it?

So I come to this chipotle about once every two weeks or so, and I probably am going to just avoid it at this point.
I got pretty sick from the chicken tacos I had, and their staff seemed like they were completely new on the job… Wonder if that had anything to do with it.
They were also kind of rude, and tried as hard as they could to get me to sign off on my tacos after they had literally put no effort into building them. It’s like they kept trying to push it down the line without asking me and j had to keep telling them that I wanted something else in it. I want corn salsa… I want reg salsa… wait I want lettuce… wait can I have some hot sauce… Each time I felt like they had to go get my tacos from the register because they had already thrown them down there.
Is this how they are told to act? To push the food and pressure people into ordering fewer things? Well I would take the righteous stand, but I don’t know if I’m coming back because of the constant bathroom time I’ve been spending for the last 24 hours.
Pass on this place. The manager seemed especially rude and he doesn’t run a tight store.

The location is very small. The tables, seats, & outlet were designed very poorly. It wasn’t comfortable & the service wasn’t good. They didn’t have spoons, & the restrooms required a code.

I’m all about organic food, and humanely-​raised meats. So, Chipotle is my go-​to place when I need to eat out. Mostly, the only other restaurants I can find that serve this quality of food are sit-​down, cloth-​napkin places that take an hour and cost a ton of money.
This location is small but cute. I dig the mural, and the parking is pretty easy. I have never noticed anything sub-​par with this location, and the staff have always been nice.

Always busy but always quick. Always crowded but always hits the spot. I love Chipotle and this is a pretty good location.
I just wish that a side of chips came with everything and the guacamole wasn’t so expensive.
Either way I always leave this place stuffed and with left overs.

I’m a big fan of Chipotle.
This location is right beside Pink’s Hot Dogs. It’s packed in here. The line moved quick and service was friendly. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Quality ingredients used as always. It doesn’t hurt the wallet too much either: D Restrooms are clean. You will need to get the code from the cashier to enter the restroom.
Gotta get my Chipotle fix!

Whereas most Chipotles are pretty consistent, this one was weird. They only had red peppers in the fajita veggie mix (vs. the usual green pepper mix), the pico de gallo was a strange, muted color, making me wonder what happened to their tomatoes, and the lemon jar near the drinks was woefully out of lemons. Something’s definitely not right with this location…
