Incredibly rude and they are always in a rush. I’ve never heard them say«my pleasure» or even be friendly!

Love this Chik fil A, excellent customer service. The whole team was polite, patient and friendly. I enjoy coming here because even though they’re always busy, they put customers first and genuinely speak to you, and the service is excellent. Thank you! Happy customer*

Who doesn’t love real chicken? I like their nuggets with the chic fil a sauce. Their salads ate also good. Oh and their lemonade. I always get lemonade or an Arnold Palmer. I haven’t had their breakfast but it’s on my to try list.

I never have a bad experience at any CF I go to. The food is always fast and delicious. The employees are nice and sometimes I’ll come across a bad one but I don’t really care because their food is always so good.

What can I say? It’s Chik Fil A. It’s its own food group.

While staying in the area during the holiday season, having such a place close by was a blessing on nights when you just want something good and affordable to eat. The first time I actually came across this franchise was down in South Carolina. At that time I had arrived too late and they were closed. And i did not have an opportunity to go back. So I was very excited to have the opportunity to try the food out. From what it looked like there was no seating area in the inside. There is slather area outside with tables set up. Customers make the orders through a few windows and then walk around to pick up the food when your name is called. I had visited the place twice in a week due to the location. Both times the staff was very friendly and customer oriented. The cashier that night was very cheery and personable. Not surprising that she was from San Francisco. One somewhat comical moment sticks out in my mind. A bunch of customers were waiting near the pick up window and I definitely heard my name called. Now when I got to the window my food was not yet ready and I am very reasonably patient. At the window was probably a female supervisor who was just cleaning around the area and her body literally up against the window. Needless to say some or most of us were probably staring too long but I was there because my name was called. She addressed my by my first name and told me that my order was not ready yet. I was in Los Angeles around Christmas time. It can be crowded but everyone knows where the line is and I did not see any unruly people or line cutters which surprised me. This location is right near a busy and always packed In-N-Out burger. The food is very good and this place did not disappoint. The humorous incident that I described above was most likely and isolated incident so should not be exists with every visit. But the good service and food seem to be a constant.

I moved from Florida years ago and we had a Chik-fil-a on practically every corner. Here in LA, there is only one in Hollywood. So, after 4 years of not eating Chik-fil-a, I tried it again only to discover they discontinued their coleslaw. That has got to be one of the dumbest moves a company can make(well besides being a homophobic, anti-homosexual, religious organization that believes in a god they can never and will never be able to prove exists while also slaughtering chickens first kept in deplorable conditions with one of the 100 ingredients in their chicken is a butane derivative). But honestly, they get a low rating because they discontinued their cole-slaw. Also because they’re homophobic and include a butane derivative in their«chicken».

The service here can be inconsistent, but the grilled chicken nuggets and a side salad are an awesome meal for a fast food joint. Sometimes the wait to order and get the food is long, other times it’s nearly instantaneous. You’d think they would staff for more for busy times and less for slow times, but maybe it’s too unpredictable to know. The grilled chicken has been an absolute diet savor when I’m craving fast food though and it’s fresh and delicious every time.

Worst Chick-fil-A experience. I was in 3 other locations so far and all were awesome. This was rude, dirty uncooked almost raw fries. Rock hard burnt chicken, greasy and tasted funny. Never coming here again.

They gave me free ice cream with my fries the other night and it was kind of the most amazing thing ever. I even yelled out, «You guys just made me so happy!!» Chick-fil-a is probably my favorite chain ever, but the Hollywood store is the worst location ever. Long, confusing double lines and crazy waits. But I’d still wait in it any day. How else would I get my crisscut fries with Polynesian/Honey Roasted BBQ sauce?

Hey it’s Chick-fil-A! This one is super close and I probably go here too often. The best things are the breakfast biscuits! Yep super tasty. Breakfast ends at 1030! The service is pretty fast since this place can get quite busy throughout the day. For drive up they have two lanes, but the buildup can push in to the street. Park in the lot if there is room, or on the street. Enjoy!

I need to make a seriously important announcement: If you have never tried Chickfila’s chocolate chip cookie… YOUMUSTDOITNOW. DROPEVERYTHINGANDDRIVEONOVER. In general I’d rather have cake/pie than a cookie BUTTHISCHOCOLATECHIPCOOKIEISBOMBDOTCOM I WOULDTRADEITFORMYFIRSTBORNANYDAY. I know it’s important to support local cafes and stuff but CHECKDEEZCHOCOLATECHIPBABIESOUTASAP. YOUWILLTHANKME. Super crunchy but also very chewy and tons of choc chips. If the next time you see me I am 50lbs heavier and in debt it’s because I’ve spent my life savings on Chickfila cookies. Okay other random things to note about this place: –Drive thru/To-Go ONLY. No inside seating. Plenty of seating outside though! — Drive thru is kiiiind of always super SUPER busy but waddaya guna do? — GETTHATFRIGGINCOOKIEALREADY.

Spicy chicken sandwich $ 3.69– only had chicken and pickles. The chicken was fresh and tastes different from other fast foods but for the price, it’s not cheap. For a dollar and something more $ 4 ish, then you get a Tomatoe, lettuce, and cheese. That’s ridiculous in my opinion. An entire meal with a drink is $ 6/$ 7, *duckface* Sure its different from jack in the box. The quality of the chicken is better but the bread bun was alright. The fries is only good when fresh. I ordered the fries and sandwiches to take home and an hour later, my sibling was complaining it’s soggy. She was like how come no Tomatoe and no lettuce. Lol oops it was a dollar something more. She did like the thickness of the chicken and that it was like real chicken breast though. I liked the chik FIL a sauce better than honey mustard. Just get the chik FIL a sauce and dip the fries and burger in. Those are the only thing chik FIL a is good for chicken and their famous chik Fil a dip!

I know that people go crazy for Chick-fil-A(some of them are my friends) and in the context of fast food, I get it. But let’s not go crazy and say that Chick-fil-A is anything more than really good fast food, definitely of a higher quality and on a different level than the basic chains like McDonalds or Burger King. What I really like about this location: two drive through lanes, a person that takes your order and sends it in via ipad and can even take payment by credit card — super efficient, and you don’t have to talk into the«box». As for the food, the spicy chicken sandwich is pretty delicious. It’s pretty basic(chicken and a bun), but it’s a nice, thick, white meat cut of chicken that’s very tasty. For $ 4(no meal), I’m not complaining. Chick-fil-A is definitely a good contender for satisfying any craving for a fried chicken sandwich. My only complaint is the waffle fries. These are usually my favorite, but the ones here were undercooked and tasteless. They should cook them for longer and consider some sort of seasoning.

I’m one of those wacky people that absolutely loves CFA’s chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. Whenever I find myself in a city that has one, I go out of my way to grab some. Sometimes wayyyy out of my way. This trip was certainly no exception. This location is situated on Sunset Blvd. and in the midst of the very touristy area of Hollywood. They do have a walk up window and an outdoor seating area with tables, chairs, and umbrellas for shade. I’m sure the people watching at this location must be fantastic! We were in a rush and had to use the drive thru, however. They do have 2 lanes to help expedite things, which I certainly can appreciate. Even though we arrived during the lunch rush hour on Monday, they were still friendly and efficient. We ordered 8 sandwiches with some yummy waffle fries and drinks. I was shocked at how fast(and accurate) or order was prepared for us! …and of course it goes without saying that they are still scrumptious as ever! I have 2 more left in the fridge as I write this review and I am already wishing I had ordered more! Yay! I’m a fan! 4 stars.

Just went for the first time this weekend because my friend loooves this place and he pretty much made us come because it’s never gotten my attention. I have to say they’re ‘ok’. I didn’t get their famous chicken sandwich, instead I got their grilled chicken sandwich. I thought it was good for a fast food type of restaurant. I heard some people get hooked after their first try and I have to say I’m definitely not one of those lol. But hey if I’m lured in to come again if there’s nothing else to eat then I guess i’ll go again lol.

I like Chick-fil-A, but this locations is bonkers to get in and of the parking lot. It’s a hot mess. Traffic overflows into the street. It’s really bad, even by L.A. standards. Can’t believe the city allows it. It totally blocks traffic and creates a danger. If you don’t use the drive through, there is no indoor dining. Everything is outdoors on the patio. I was there on a rare rainy day, and the everything was soaking wet. No outdoor seating. You also order your food outside, kinda’ like Tommy’s. Kinda’. Anyway, like I say, I like their product, just not this location. Like I said, hot mess. Yah. Like that.
