This location is usually very crowded as its right next to USC, so I usually avoid coming here. HOWEVER, after yesterday I will make sure to come here more often. I was very happy with my visit! One of the employees, Juan, was so helpful and attentive. I bugged him a few time for extra sauces and he gave them to me with a smile and very quickly, even though it was quite busy. He definitely exhibited phenomenal customer service! Thanks again, Juan!

I had Chick-fil-A on my list for a while, but it’s one of those things where I always remember it in hindsight. Enter hubby. He himself tried it for the first time on his way to Las Vegas with a bunch of his buddies for a bachelor party. He came home, and one of the stories he told me(one of many) was how they stopped by a Chick-fil-A on their way, and it was surprisingly good. So the next time we had a stop by for a quick bite, we were driving aimlessly until we passed by the location right by USC, and the light bulb clicked on. The food is great! And their dipping sauces! I tried their chicken deluxe sandwich the first time, and the chicken strips on my second visit(I promise I waited a couple weeks before going back). Both were awesome!!! I’ll definitely be going back whenever I need good food fast!

4.1 stars! Consistently good food and friendly service. They are generous with all their various type of sauces. Kind of on the pricier end for fast food, but it’s tasty and they bring it to you at your table instead of you picking it up, which makes it a little less«fast foody,» if you get what I mean. And I tried their breakfast food too– the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit is divine… especially if you like biscuits. I liked the vanilla coffee. Hash browns are pretty standard, nothing special. And another bonus is that they had instrumental Christian music playing in the background when I went recently. Major PLUS!!! :D

5 stars for the customer service! I go here very often, the food is good as usual and they have the best customer service in this area of all fast food restaurants I have been to.

Came here with the bae one night and honestly, this place is a rip off. I ordered a small box of chicken nuggets with like 10 pieces but they were really small and it didn’t taste as good as I expected. It cost $ 6. Not worth it in my opinion. And the drink was really small too.

I’m a huge fan of chick-fil-a. Especially the location in Walnut, by my school. On this day though, we were visiting the california science center & decided to come here & grab a bite. parking is so confusing. its literally on a large street & so you either park right in front or you find a side street & park. watch out for the signs & meters! this location is placed under some luxury apartments & next to a few other restaurants. I think the AC or something was broken on this day because it was so darn hot. Or maybe the heater was on full blast but it was so uncomfortable. Even the workers were sweating. Not sure why they’d turn on the heater so high — but we managed through it. The workers were a bit rude — felt a little rushed as well. I think someones shift was almost over. Probably won’t come back to this location next time i’m in the area though.

I’ll keep it short and simple. Good & fast service. Plus the food is always good. I’ve tried most of what they offer, but I think my favorite would have to be the spicy chicken deluxe. Especially since recently I’ve discovered it protein style(wrapped in lettuce). Try it out! For those who want the same great flavor and lose the carbs. Other than that, probably the only thing I can complain about is the amount of fries they give you, but still pretty darn delicious.

Chick fil a best experience the chicken was well done quick and easy. The ordering process also quick I loved it. The music and over all feel of the place is real cool. For a first time having chicken I would go back a few times more. May God bless the conservative chicken place. I loved it!

The spicy chicken sandwich is always a must have at chick-fil-a. This location is always busy, but the quality of the food stays the same no matter which location im at. This location gives you more sauces tho, which is why i love it.

Came for a quick lunch since I was near dtla. It is nice because there is free 45 — minute parking. We got the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and waffle fries. The best thing was the spicy chicken sandwich(would definitely get this again). I was disappointed in the chicken nuggets… they were a lot smaller than what I imagined they would be. The waffle fries could have used a bit more time in the frier; no crunch whatsoever. Lines do get pretty long during the peak lunch hour and I can see seating being difficult during these times.

Having a Chick Fil A by USC is a Godsend in a general cesspool of horrible fast food that plagues South LA. You already know what to expect, so I won’t spend too much time talking about the food. My go to usually consists of 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, a large fries, a milkshake, &3 – 4 Chick Fil A sauce packets. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The best part is how consistent the food is. It’s never lost its quality in all the times I’ve been there. The staff & management is very friendly & responsive. This branch has a lot of deals & giveaways. Perfect for the college budget. There’s generally plenty of ample seating, but if can be kind of tight. There’s parking at the Lorenzo.

Got free bacon on a sandwich here when I had my first chick-Fil-a after I told the staff that I was converting back from 7 years of vegetarianism. It was great. Pros: consistently nice and patient staff, location is usually pretty clean Cons: Sunday

When it comes to fast food, Chik-fil-A does a great job at it. The food comes quickly and then you absolutely have to drench everything in Chik-fil-A sauce. Without it, Chik-fil-A wouldn’t be Chik-fil-A. Not sure what else to say, they serve good chicken sandwiches with great waffle fries, I even enjoy their breakfast menu from time to time. I really like their iced vanilla coffee too! There is free 45 minute parking in the lot behind Chik-fil-A so don’t worry about paying for parking.

Possibly the best Chick-fil-A ever because they have plenty of specials for USC students! Check on the Chick-fil-A USC Facebook page for the weekly specials. I remember during football season, this Chick-fil-A gave out free sandwiches every week to the first 50?100? customers! There is nothing better than free food, especially GOOD free food! It is definitely a good alternative to the long lines next door at Chipotle.

So happy that the Chickfila is back! Though it may not be the healthiest food, their chicken is always juicy and the buns are soft and fluffy.(Try the spicy chicken sandwich) You can’t go wrong with any of the sauce options, and who doesn’t love waffle fries?! What I like most about this Chickfila is the happy and friendly attitude of the employees. They have the best customer service — you receive your food within minutes and they know you by name. Here, you get the convenience of being located close to campus, along with yummy food and welcoming staff. I would recommend to other hungry Chickfila fans!

This is probably the best fast food joint in Los Angeles. I love their food. The first time I tried Chick-fil-A I was in Georgia. the first thing I said back then was wow we need to have this in Los Angeles. And voilà soon enough they opened up the first location in Hollywood. As to this specific location, the food is absolutely the best fast food. It’s actually real chicken and not some gooey powdery mix like other fast food places. The service is fantastic. The employees even offer to bring your food to your table. This is something that you will never see in any fast food restaurant. Although I do not agree with their political affiliations I still love this place and i always do crave it once in a while. What I like to order is the classic number one on the breakfast menu. That means you got to get there pretty early. It’s the same Patty of chicken breast between a biscuit. just the perfect crisp and taste. The only thing I hate about this place is that they are closed on Sunday and it really frustrates me when I crave Chick-fil-A on Sundays. So if you have a normal 8 to 5 job, your only time to try the breakfast menu is on Saturday mornings. Good luck getting there that early. So please do the world a favor and open up on Sundays. We don’t need that kind of torture. lol

Good fast food around SC! They get your food to you very quickly and you really can’t go wrong with their famous Chickfila sauce. I love getting their nuggets because there’s more stuff to eat the dipping sauce with lol but all of their chicken meals are great! They do get a little salty sometimes though if they’re over-fried. Today I decided to try their frosted lemonade and I really did not like it which surprised me because I love their shakes. For a lemonade I was thinking it was more like a sorbet or slushie but it was more milky like a milkshake. Weird taste. Would not get it again. All in all though, this place is a good place to get some food if you’re on that side of the USC campus. It can still be quite a walk though so be aware!

USC Stomping Grounds The one thing I always enjoy about a Chick-Fil-A is the customer service. They are always perfectly staffed or overly staffed for your needs. For the most part the staff is always young and fast which makes it a pleasant ordering experience. Sunday, No FunDay Don’t try to go on Sundays because they are closed. Pros — Park for free for 45 minutes in back — Food is always great Cons — Too many students

I have to give Chick-Fil-A a solid three stars. To be honest I am not completely sold on their food, I personally find it to be rather bland and under seasoned. However, sometimes when I’m at work I have to work with a small team, and this team always inevitably wants Chick-Fil-A, and not being the one to complain, once and a while I will eat it. The one thing that I will give Chick-Fil-A credit for is they are very generous to those of us in uniform. Chick-Fil-A is probably the most consistent chain that I’ve visited that always honors the Police/Fire discount and that is mucho appreciated!
