Century Clinical De La Mujer

I’ve been to this clinic twice since becoming pregnant. I have insurance and was referred by my primary care physician, but I will hopefully be able to change this referral soon. Each visit I have had has not been reassuring. The staff are nice, but I’m pretty sure most of them are certified nurse’s aids and there are no doctors in the office. The nurse-​practitioner takes care of all appointments and patients only meet the doctor when it’s time to deliver the baby.
At my first visit, they brought be back to take my blood pressure. The machine was broken (I knew it), but the nurse’s aids kept trying to use it and ended up with a completely wrong blood pressure reading (sky high, which is not normal for me), which really freaked me out. Later, they took it by hand and it showed a normal level.
At my second visit, they told me that my urine sample showed I had a UTI from my last visit (2 weeks prior). Why couldn’t they call me with this result earlier so that I could start antibiotics?
Lastly, they don’t take appointments, so you go and sign in and they will see you when they get to your name. This is not really conducive to someone who works and is trying to get in and out and back to work in a reasonable amount of time. My second appointment took about 2 ½ hours to get through the whole process. Not a fun time. Don’t go to this clinic if you can help it.

This place is by far the worse clinic I’ve ever been to. I’ve been there twice for my pregnancy and both visit I had to wait over three hours! The staffs are rude and unprofessional, and in my opinion are not qualified to be working in the medical field. And not only do their services suck, but they do not accept appointments, its a first come first serve basis, but I don’t even think they go down the list. Save your time by looking for a different clinic because this place is the worst!!! If I could give negative stars I would.
