Friendly staff but unprofessional. To make alterations you need a professional tailor. I went in to alter my pants because they were just a tad too long but I should have stepped away as soon as I saw them measuring it by hand but decided to continue and ignore my insecurities but about 3 days later when I picked up my pants, they were way too short.

Worst dry cleaners I have ever been to! They lost the tie that makes it possible to wear my dress and claimed that I never had it on there!!!(They didn’t offer to compensate or make me a new one.) And half my clothes still smell !!! Very low quality!!!

The new management is not professional. I picked up two of my shirts just to find one with big stains and yellow marks. After unsuccessfully dealing with the employee at the counter, she transferred me to the owner on the phone. He made me come back for two days saying he would be at the store to helped me find a solution. He never showed up or called me or even apologized. In the end he offered to pay me $ 9 for my son’s new shirt that originally cost $ 45! Come to Casa de Cleaners at your own risk, it will be ok until they mess up and ruin your clothes. The owner would not offered you a solution or show any interest to help. The only thing they will clean is your pockets!

By far the best and most friendliest service possible!!! However, I’m sad to say that the previous owners have sold the business and is now under new management. But no worries — Joo, the new owner is just as friendly as the previous owners. Just sad I didn’t say bye and thank you for the services the old owners gave me. Regardless, grateful the new owners are just as friendly as the last ones. This will always be my go to location! Now also open on Sundays! Woo hoo!

These people are incredible! So friendly. I am loyal to them, as they are loyal to me :) I’ve gone to them for dry cleaning, alterations, and even shoe repair(they hand them off to a neighbor company). When I’ve had concerns such as asking if they could hem the bottom of my dress even more than I originally asked, they are always more than willing to make a deal to leave me happy for doing business with them! And I never feel rushed or treated as any less than a friend. I won’t be going to Anyone else!

Since moving to downtown, I have been taking my dry cleaning here. They always do a great job. Last time I came in, the lady at the front offered to sew in a loose hem for free. How awesome is that!

I bring all my dry cleaning and alterations here. They do a great job with spot cleaning and pressing! If you have stains, mention and show them when you drop off your clothes.

Best cleaners ever! :) I bring a lot of drycleaning as well as things that need to get altered. This is a family run business and the owner/counter lady is super nice and helpful. Just make sure you always mention any stains you might have on your clothes and what they might be to ensure that they don’t miss them when cleaning. The only downside is parking. Although they have a little lot on 3rd street it is a little hard to get out of, so i’d advise you to park curbside and run in really quick. Price wise, I think their prices are extremely fair and when i bring a huge load in… sometimes she gives me a little extra discount :) All in all i’m a loyal customer and would recommend them to anyone.
