Domino’s Pizza

Food comes fast and is hot, the delivery guys are always super nice. I feel bad I was to broke to leave a tip today.

Order pizza, chicken and dessert. Driver called me from intercom to let him in. I waited for him to come upstairs to my door but he never showed up. I went downstairs to see what happened and he was gone! I called Dominos and was on hold for 5 minutes. Someone finally came on and I told them what happened and the girl stated the driver was told no one ordered pizza so he left??? Who told him that?!? Why did he call me from the intercom to let him in if that was the case? They sent him back to deliver and this time he calls me from his car and tells me to come outside!?! By this time I’m really pissed off and didn’t want to tip him but I did anyway. Now my food is cold! I quit ordering from Dominos about 5 years ago because they suck! I tried then again and they still suck! Never again will I order Dominos.

I made an order today, one medium pizza, pasta, and bread bites. The pasta was burned from the top. The bites didnt seemed fully cook. The pizza was the only right thing out of everything.

Posted last time about a pizza being dropped on the way over. I called and they said they would give me a free pizza next time. Then we took a bite of the pizza. It wasn’t ready at all. The dough was as stretchy as mozzarella cheese. We called back and asked for a recook. They then came
with another pizza. To me. I thought I had a free pizza to order at anytime after this ordeal. I called back today to get another pizza «on the house,» but they said I had already used it. Won’t be ordering from here again.

2. Uncooked dough
3. No «promised» pizza afterwards.

This location doesn’t have an entrance. Orders are places at window, I thought it was pretty cool & fits the busy area.

I really want to thank tom (I’m assuming the manager at this location) for being so patient and helpful with me! I recently ordered from dominos in San Diego, but received the incorrect pizza. They told me I could either have a new one made and delievered or a $ 20 credit associated with my phone number. It was late and we were hungry so we opted for the credit. I saved the receipt in case there were any issues. They didn’t mention anything about it having to be used at their store.
Fast forward a few weeks and I have some friends over so we decide to use the credit at my usual dominos– this one. I call up and they look into my account. No credit. The lady on the phone graciously offers one free pizza but I was a bit confused and frustrated, although calm. She handed the phone off to Tom. I explained the situation and asked if he could just give me 50% off a certain pizza deal (2 pizzas and bread bites). He said yes and took my order and said afterwards he would give me the entire order for free as I am a loyal customer. This is true, I love dominos pizza!
Thank you for being so considerate and helpful. This is a great location to order from. This isn’t the first time the staff have been helpful and friendly! Drivers have always been friendly, too. Best location!

I live across the street but am too lazy to walk over so they always wave the delivery fee and bring it to me! They never judge me for ordering a pizza and wings with 5 extra each either. Also the delivery guy always jokes with me about my «red eyes and why am I so hungry»
I love them. 5 stars.

Ordered online and it was ready when I arrived.
Medium Handmade Pan Pizza w/​Pepperoni and Mushrooms — $ 12.24 — I have not had a domino’s pizza in a very long time and I was very surprised how good this was. Crust was crispy. Toppings were as good as any pizza joint. Sauce was decent.

The food is good. I love Dominos. Really. I’d give five stars if I hadn’t been disappointed twice on an incorrect order. The first time it was five ranch cups, was told to go without and I could get a free same order again or wait forty min to an hour, they messed up again; I didn’t even want the freebee. I complained to just the manager and hope in the future it’s reinforced. Will hold on ordering for a hot minute before attempting again. God, forgives. Why can’t I.

The delivery drivers are always so nice, the pizza is good and they are always on time with great deals! I order at least once a month for a grief support group and I really appreciate how timely they are.

This is the first time I ever ordered via this place. I always use their app to avoid any mistakes. It’s always worked well. You have to admit they did a good job with the toppings and in addition to that; quick delivery. I have to say this branch is pretty good. But then again, this is the first time I ordered here.

Ordered for delivery a pizza, breadsticks and garlic dipping sauces earlier tonight. The pizza and breadsticks were delivered but they forgot to bring the dipping sauce. I notified the driver of the missing dipping sauces and he said he would return with it. He never came back.

Do not order their 20 oz Coke products! They included a 16.9oz drink with my order and I checked my order twice to confirm that it was for a 20 oz drink. If I had known that it was the smaller bottle I would have just ordered the 2-​Liter.
Not only that but the specialty chicken I ordered (Hot Buffalo) was super watery /​runny, I’ve ordered this before and never experienced it like this.
The final item I got was decent enough, it was the chicken carbonara bread bowl, the only complaint I have was maybe the ratio of ingredients was off, seemed to be more onions than anything, including pasta.

I order from this place often. But the reason for my review is because lately the service has been non existing. First I got lectured by the delivery guy cause my call number didn’t update on their website. Then my order wasn’t how I asked for it and when I called to inform them the guy had an attitude. But to be fair they are usually not this bad.

I had pizza delivered from this Domino’s on Halloween night back in 2012 and I recently had them deliver to my friend’s house. Both times the delivery was very prompt and had no issues with any of my orders.

Don’t bother giving them the door code. They will ALWAYS call you to come down. I even called in today to let them know I had an injury and could not physically make it down the stairs. Lo and behold I get the call «dominoes pizza i’m downstairs» After explaining it to him he just kind of went uh. we’ll see. and hung up on me. 5 minutes later he’s at my door with a really bad attitude and looking me up and down like he doesn’t believe i’m injured. He even muttered something under his breath that i could not get him to repeat! Dude i don’t need to prove to you i’m injured, you deliver my pizza! The taste was great but Be sure to put in your notes that you don’t want your pizza delivered by Carlos.

What the hell is the point of driver instructions when they don’t read them? I gave the driver our gate code and instead he calls me to come downstairs. Then when I go downstairs he tells me he’s coming down the elevator. Why? I’m just really annoyed by this. This is not the first time.

For the most part, this is the bestest n fastest Dominos around. My pizzas almost always come hot n perfectly made/​baked. The parmesan bread bites they make are the greatest, fluffy bready and soft with just the right amount of seasonings. I love my neighborhood Dominos ! Really good customer service and speedy delivery guys !

Been coming here for years and I’ve always had a great experience.
Ordered take out through my phone.
A simple pepperoni and a ham and pineapple medium size pizza.
Pizza was ready in under 20 minutes. And I only paid about $ 13!
It was delicious.
Will come back for more on the go pizza!

I just had to review this place because of the awful reviews. This place is great! Get my order right every time, efficient, and friendly even when I missed one of my drivers. I’m pretty pleased that this is my store. Other than that, not much to say — it’s a Domino’s!
