it was late and it was the worst, cold, old food i could of picked close to the house. i kept the ice and returned the whole combo at which point the manager said he wanted to make another one hooked up deluxe but my stomach was tasting old zzuchini and kept the 10 bucks my friend wanted to return his to but he left it $ 13 up for them and still were both hungry. the place was suoer dirty, empty, and not a place im going even if im desperate i believe every item we picked burger to chicken and zucci fries and reg fries were off and cold 4 bad i believe the 5pic has to bad .i will be avoiding this place. i already placed a buster sign mentally over the carls jr in my mind its just crossed out no no no xxxxxx out. 86 doesnt exsist, stray jr on its own off in the wild. they dont belong with carl .and will never change. hey william are u the manager u gave ur self a good review butbthats for giving my $ back i probably saved clean up from mopping up the floor if i puked. thats where the offset of reviews came from … tighten ship start with fresh food and clean area and possible participate in this process something goes wrong somewhere if u make people wait but the food is fresh when u give it to them peoplw forget the wait like in and out drive thru.

The cashier was great. Really respectful and friendly. The staff on the other hand not a smile or anything. I got my order in a timely manner but my food was served on a tray that was lopsided like for real? Another thing that kinda ruined my experience was the panhandling people. Every time I was going to take a bite out of my burger someone was asking for change for a coffee. I had the double western bacon burger and omg it was bomb I savered every bite. Now the natural fries were just a lil too crispy. Will I eat here again? Yeah I would lol.

Worst place ever. They don’t understand what your saying I ordered a teriyaki burger and they gave me a chicken burger and they charged me extra for something that I didn’t order. Ugh they got so lucky my friends are nice and told me to not worry about it but I’m never coming back here ever again. I don’t even like chicken. I hate this place.

I only really come here because my carpool partner has BOGO breakfast sandwiches or burritos. I have not been inside this Carl’s Jr, but imagine that it’s similar to all the other ones. Only been through the drive-thru for a quick pit stop for breakfast on the way home. YAY for $ 3 breakfast biscuits for both myself and the carpool partner. The drive thru is quick and decent. This location is wedged in between a Valero Gas station and a supermarket, plenty of parking.

Hopefully, my opinion about this spot will improve as time goes on(it’s really close to where I live now and I will probably be visiting more often when my schedule gets busier). My first impression of this place was that their service was super slow… The line was almost to the door. I mean, there’s a reason why we go to a fast food restaurant, and it isn’t for the health benefit. Anyway, the reason why it was slow as molasses in there was because they only had one girl working as cashier. She was friendly, but that didn’t make up for that wait. Other than that, however, this Carl’s is nice and clean, with plenty of seating, which more than merits 3 stars.

I went to a carls jr on 2320 E 4th St, Los Angeles, CA90033 around 10pm on 6-18-2015 and I hadn’t been here in such a long time I figured I try it since I do enjoy carls jr but on this day I was attended by a rude, and unprofessional employee named glen who couldn’t even apologize about messing up my order. I had asked for a famous star with the meat on the side and got a cold burger meat still inside of my burger and to my second order I tried the diablo burger with lettuce, tomato, and onion, was charged for the veggies and didn’t even put them in my burger! My whole order and food was cold and all wrong. When I go back to confront my server her knows what he didn’t do and still complains to me about how«he didn’t have any help» and«how busy it was». All he did was waste my time and give me bad customer service along with excuses to top it off he didn’t offer anything for the troubles, not even new drinks, and still couldn’t give me an apology. By far the worst restaurant experience I’ve had with carls jr. Oh to make things worse he is the shift leader and still couldn’t take responsibility for the mistakes on my order. I will make sure to let his manager know how horrible his service was and how unsatisfied I was with my experience/food.

I went and we made a smaller order than usual. We waited in the parking lot like they ask and 30 min passed by. I went in with my receipt and told them what was going on with our order. They looked around for the person who took our order and she was in break already. They gave our order to someone else outside, so we could have just waited and never gotten our order. Thank god I went in. They need better communication and if they’re going to do something they should follow through. They helped us out in the end and they did apologize so it was nice that they took action.

First time and last time here. When I arrived, there was a man waiting and watching everyone get their food who came after him. He kept his cool and nicely told them their service needs to improve. Just cause they’re located in Boyle Heights, doesn’t mean they have to not care about the service they provide. If you don’t care much about customer service, then this is the place for you. If customer service does matter in a fast food scenario, I suggest making your way down to Jack in the Box on Indiana and 3rd, they have the best service I’ve ever experienced within this area.

Careful what you order here. The seafood(fish burgers) have made me sick. Food… not the same as other Carl’ Jr locations. Service is terrible both from employee’s and management. The lobby/tables are 90% of the time dirty. The restrooms are never clean, and never stocked with t/p, paper towels. I’ve emailed corporate about their issues, and you never get a call back.

I am a big fan of Carl’s Jr. In general, I think that they are second to none in terms of quality, menu, and service. This location is great. It’s a little off the beaten path(as far as Downtown LA can be) so it isn’t ever too crowded or busy. The inside is clean, but I almost always use the drive thru. The staff is friendly and courteous, and often take time to ask«how are you today?» sincerely. Most of the time, the food is delivered quickly; however, in a few cases when I was making large orders that included new promotional items or special requests, I was asked to pull into the parking lot and an employee brought me my food. This isn’t a big deal at all, especially considering that I have never once received my order incorrect. I will definitely continue to frequent this Carl’s Jr.

3 score and 9 years ago, a man named Carl had a dream, his dream was to someday open a Hardee’s — I mean Carl’s Jr. in the busy — but elegant — intersection of Soto and 4th; and now ‘finally’ he can rest in peace for his dream has come to fruition and order is once again restored in Boyle Heights. We have given the boot to Pollo Campero and have welcomed the Carl’s Jr. Franchise with open arms as I have seen from witnessing the inauguration day with a line that stretched from the counter to the entrance door. My only aspiration is that I sincerely hope the community I love dearest will learn to appreciate this establishment by maintaining the cleanliness nature of the structure. If all goes well then who knows, we might be seeing a delicious Chipotle in the near future? A man could dream…
