Good food and healthy too. Perfect combination of good flavor and healthy eating. The staff is polite and the restaurant was very clean. Its hard to find a place that lets you enjoy a tasty meal without the guilt. 5 stars.

I haven’t been to this location in a while, and the food and service was exactly as I remembered (excellent). I have never gotten anything less than a smile from, I think, the same girl who has been working there for at least two years. Unfortunately, I had forgotten just how jacked up the parking lot can be. Do yourself a favor, and if you can, park on Soto and walk. This is not a very well-​planned mini-​mall and parking lot.

The food was good the service not so much…
My sister-​in-​law and I went a couple of days ago, we waited 5 to 10 minutes for someone to take our order. The girl was standing by the register but didn’t greet us or ask us if we were ready to order. She took 5 to 10 minutes. When she saw another girl coming from the back that’s when she finally took our order (she ask my sister-​in-​law are you ready to order?) The f??? We were ready 10 min ago… Not to mention some of the female workers look like they are always judging you and giving you the stinky hater eye. I felt uncountable while my visit. Next time learn what professionalism is. I will take my money to another waba grill location.

I always order the chicken teriyaki and it’s really good. It’s a pretty small place to dine in though.

Out of the LA locations, I like this one better (than the one off of Washington), in my opinion, the chicken is cooked better here, and is more juicy. However if you like to eat inside, there is very limited seating, and the parking is a bit crazy as it’s in a shopping center so can be limited at times.

The staff is okay and I like how its open till 9 on weekdays. I always get the salmon bowl or just a side order of brown rice. Definitely a good alternative to greasy burger joints or if you’re tired of eating tacos for time being.

3 stars because it’s not bad and the food is way better than Flame Broiler. For a fast food Rice Bowl place, you can’t expect much but for the price and how fresh and tasty it was, clean and friendly, I’d go back. There isn’t much around the area so this is not a bad place for a good teriyaki rice bowl. I have to say i like it better than Yoshinoya too!
