I order delivery from here all the time and the sushi is always good and they’ve always had quick service. There is a $ 20 minimum for delivery so if you’re ordering for one, prepare to have a lot of leftovers.

Love the rolls here! Came here right after class and was craving miso soup. The bento combo is super affordable and staff here is always nice and efficient! Parking is a so-so if you come early enough. The manager comes out and actually asks how the food is. Love that! I also ordered delivery from here, always on time and still made fresh!

The prices are unbelievable, this rating is a 5 for me because I only like California rolls and they were so good and cheap! My brother on the other hand, did not like this place. He got the avocado and spicy tuna rolls and said they were just ok but agreed that my California rolls were good c: try the California roll!

Worst sushi I have ever had and I have eaten a lot of cheap AYCE sushi places. I would strongly suggest passing this place up, or trying maybe one small roll if you are broke. PROs: Is it cheap? Sure. They do a CSUN discount. The staff who work there are friendly. CONs: sushi is not fresh, the rice is dry also not fresh. I told the manager that and he said, «It is fresh and he would get me more»… was that a threat? If the sushi was FREE, I wouldn’t eat it

I normally give 4 stars for these types of places but I’m increasing to 5 just because the customer service was above average. We came for weekday dinner and the Asian girl taking our order was very patient and cheerful. And she must have come to our table at least 6 times to check how we were doing. It was not busy so plenty of space and the food was priced reasonably and also tasted good. We had the tempura which was a bit too deep fried for my taste but the chicken and beef teriyaki was just right. Sushi was tasty and obviously not the level of a sushi bar but its good for what it is. Overall, a good place.

Roll N Bowl – Not good, Unilocal lied, I cried, and got sick, Get what you pay for. Honestly this place was just not good. Is it cheap? Relatively speaking, yes. Especially with a CSUN discount, however the sushi is not fresh, the rice is dry, and you need to make sure they take your order down properly because they ripped me off on the drinks. The guys who work there are nice enough, true. But getting food poisoning just isn’t worth it. Two stars because: 1) The guys who work there are pretty nice :-) 2) My brother did not get food poisoning, so there’s that :-) However, 3) The food is not fresh :-( 4) It isn’t dirt cheap; it’s not the cheapest in the valley, you guys! 5) I got food poisoning :-( 6) Their sushi was warm, and the room was warm :-((BIG red flag) I would strongly suggest passing this place up, or trying maybe one small roll to see if you like it(and if you’re feeling lucky). I’ve definitely experienced better. This place is a solid«meh».

This place offers sushi and Teriyaki Bowls at very low prices. All I have to say is you get what you pay for. The sushi is bland and is not the freshest. The Salmon Bowl I had tasted old and bland. Also, very small parking lot. If your a CSUN student with ID you get 20% off your total bill.

Small, cheap, Korean owned sushi joint in the valley. They just opened, so they are still figuring out how to run things. There’s one waitress/cashier and the sushi chef. The regular sushi rolls are half off, while the special rolls range from $ 8-$ 10. Portions are pretty large. I had the Sunkiss Roll and the Philadelphia Roll and they were pretty good. The salmon was relatively fresh. The only thing I didn’t like was that the rolls were not rolled tight enough, so some of the pieces were falling apart. Overall it was a good experience and service was great. Good place for a quick lunch if your craving sushi. If you’re a CSUN student with ID, they will give you 20% off your bill.

This place is amazing. The waitress is very very friendly and always glad to help us with any needs. Sushies r awesome and cheap too compare with most sushi place epecially since they make the sushies bigger then most places. I can’t wait to come back and try more rolls.

Saw a brochure so decided to give it a try and i absolutely love the place. The service was excellent, and so was the food. Order a plate of Dragon roll and Baked Scallop roll and man it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back again to try different type of sushi! I highly recommend this place. The price isn’t bad either.

I loved this place! My fiancé and I saw their grand opening sign last week and decided to give the place a shot. While I would agree with previous reviews that the place is going to need some décor, I can let that one go as they are such a new establishment and are still finding themselves. I’m sure the décor will come. The only complaint I had was that the TV was too loud our first visit, but we asked to have it turned down a bit and the waitress was more than happy to oblige. Not a big deal. The service was fantastic! The waitress is very friendly, and the chef even came out to give us some real wasabi. We came back today for lunch again, and the waitress remembered us. She remembered our drink orders and which of us prefers ice, and which doesn’t. Remembering little things like that goes a long way in my book! I LOVE when the staff takes the time to remember their customers and make them feel special. The meal comes with miso soup, and it’s some of the best I’ve had. Miso soup can be hit and miss for me, but I personally really enjoyed theirs! So much I had a second bowl. The food was delicious and affordable. We don’t go out to eat very often, maybe once or twice a month usually, but this was cheap enough for us to come back two weeks in a row. So far we’ve tried the Spicy California Roll, Monkey Ball Roll, Sunshine Roll, and Tiger Roll. We’ve had the Monkey Ball twice now– we both really liked it! I was a little skeptical at first when we ordered it, but after one bite I was sold. The Spicy California is also very good– really, they’re all very good! We’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Give it a try!

Has potential. Drove by here and saw their sushi half off specials since they recently opened and tried the bulgogi roll and spicy tuna roll. Bulgogi roll was interesting and spicy tuna average. With some more advertising this place could be a great on the go establishment but if it tries to be a restaurant type joint I don’t see it managing with all the bazillion Japanese spots in the valley.

First time there, Good rolls, a little small but still good, service was good, price was higher then i would like to see for a place like that but it was still good pricing, spent just under $ 60 for lunch for two, plus really cheap rolls with the grand opening. my real only complaint at the time was that my tea tasted like dish water. but the over all the food was good and i would go back.

Not bad for a hole-in-the-wall sushi place. Service was decent, the food was pretty good, and the price is not bad(the regular rolls are currently half off to celebrate their grand opening, but the specialty rolls are generic in price). I would have liked to have seen better décor, but it works for its small space.
