Bunker Hill Cleaners

This place is amazing. The troll like women that works there is awsome. She answers all my questions in the form of riddys. She reminds me of the kebler elfs. Very skilled in her trade and friendly.

I fully agree with the review of Richard P. The couple that owns this dry cleaners are extremely rude and unprofessional. The man is short tempered. His wife also has a foul mouth. Other people that live at Bunker Hill have shared this view with me, and have also stopped going to this cleaners. So this experience is not unique to myself or to Richard P. They simply do not understand the meaning of good will or customer service. They think they are doing us a favor by taking our money, and doing a half ass job.
In addition to poor work, they don’t get your clothes back to you when promised. I remember going there once to get some clothes cleaned for a vacation. When I went to pick up my clothes, the wife told me that the items I left with her were not ready. I told her I needed them for my trip. Her response was «So? I am sure you have other clothes you can take on your trip.» That was the last time I went there. Unfortunately, I still run into this couple from time to time at Bunker Hill.
Moreover, what they charge to clean one blouse, is the same amount that I pay at other cleaners, within the same vicinity, for a whole business suit. These other cleaners are also friendly and do good work.
Given that there are other options close by that are less expensive and more user friendly, I don’t know why anyone would go to Bunker Hill Cleaners. I would give them a minus one star if I could.

I took some of my dress shirts here, and when I got them back, one of my shirts had holes in the collar. It was a relatively new shirt too. The owner just kept saying it wasn’t his fault and that he couldn’t do anything for me. The guy had a pretty short temper when I insisted that the shirt wasn’t damaged before I brought it to him. Anyways, if you don’t want to deal with stress and completely unprofessional people, then DON’T go to this cleaners.
FYI: They take forever too. So if you want fast and friendly service, forget about it.
