I had the pleasure of meeting nelson a representative of Brent Air Pools and I was shocked at his knowledge and professionalism. He was very courteous and went to work right away cleaning a pool that had bad algae stains. He educated me on filters, intake and necessary maintenance issues. The company is affordable and although you have to hold on the phone to get through, its worth the wait to find reliable, hard working and efficient professionals.

I have been coming here for 4 years now and every time is a great time. These guys are very knowledgeable and are always happy to help. I would definitely recommend this place!

The people who work here are extremely nice and helpful! We’ve been having major issues with our home spa and trying to get the water balance correct. Our pool guy who comes to service the spa once a week has really been dropping the ball. A family member suggested I bring a bottle of the spa water to Brent Air Pools. The moment I walked in the staff was super friendly and tested all my water totally for free. They ran a multitude of tests and told me how our pool guy was messing up the chemical composition essentially ruining our spa! They didn’t pressure me to buy anything and even sent me home with a different kind of bottle to have them test the water again once our pool guy attempts to fix it. Again, I only ended up buying a spa brush, but the employees couldn’t have been anymore helpful! Now the pool guy on the other hand… That will be saved for a different Unilocal review.
