So our group of early 30s crew wanted a hookah lounge after Night on Broadway… we Unilocaled this place with a four star rating and it was close to DTLA. We were looking for a lounge… this place is a hookah CLUB. It was sooooo loud and the music was hip hip(it was Saturday night around 11pm) This was definitely the opposite of what we thought it would be: relaxing, quiet, loungy. We were totally out of place i.e. old lol and none of us listen to hip hop but we made the best of it. Not knocking it just wasn’t our style. I came here on Unilocal to commend the AMAZING customer service. ALL the girls attending us were super sweet and on top of it, making our strange experience stellar. Wouldn’t come back for the life of me lol cuz it is NOT my scene but if you’re young, love to party and smoke hookah this place was pretty poppin.

I wouldn’t recommend this to people that hate lines because they will literally have you wait outside for hours. But one you get inside the hookah lounge it’s pretty lit. The line is the only down part to it.

They kick u out after an hour if you dont refill even if you already bought 2 hookahs and are still working on em chillin. The dumbest part is that we are the only people here and they kicking out the only 4 ppl here smfh.

We came on a Thursday night and it took us a long time to actually get it. But once we were in the customer service is great. The environment is nice and the music is great! Had a great time with my friends. Will be coming back!

Walked in … There were 2 people there. Both workers I asked when will people start coming in, they said about an hour so I was like ok we will just smoke some hookah and watch the Tvs… SURPRISE they don’t have cable. So they have Tvs and nothing to watch on them. Everything is over priced. Parking is bad and hands down worst hookah place I’ve been to.

The place has a cool vibe, has many different brands of shish, they charge for every little thing but it’s not too over priced. They play really good music if you’re into hip hop and top 40. We’re here right now at midnight and service is taking FOREVER. Took 30 minutes for the hookah to come out, asked for water 30 minutes ago and still haven’t received it, asked for a flavor change 20 minutes ago and no ones came to check on us or anything. Looks like there’s only 1 person working.

If you come here, you’ll find that they always have a long line at night. Their check-in and check-out system is extremely tedious — they take everyone’s IDs — and checking out when it’s closing is a terrible time. Huge crowds form at the doors as everyone tries to pay their own way and get their ID. However…the owners are great. The crowd that comes is fun loving. The girls dance on the sofas, the speakers, etc. This isn’t really a classy place. It’s a place where people get a bit rowdy and have a ton of fun. Girls were twerking all around my group of friends and everyone was having a good time. The DJ of that night was a little off though — he was skipping through songs so quickly that we dubbed him DJ FastForward. He’d play half of a hook of a song and skip right to the next song… Still, I’d come back. It was a solid time.

This gotta be the worst hookah lounge I’ve ever been to! First off they hold the line to take videos && pics for their IG to show that their place is poppin lol. What a joke. They literally held the line for an hr && who knows how long they would have kept doing it! Bouncer was smoking a blunt telling people to straighten the line up. couldn’t take him serious. Then on top of that, the service was horrible! You’re better off going to Hollywood Hookah

I really hate this place. They open today at 9pm and my friend and I arrive at 1045 to wait in line for over 1 hour. The wait was not worth the service. The bouncers are on a power trip and keeps the line long for advertisement reasons. Since it was just my friend and I they welcomed large parties before us. Never have I waited in a line to a hookah lounge until to tonigjt. I will not be returning here. Way too many other hookah lounges without a long line or coverage charge. Hate hate hate hate hate hate hate this place.

The vibes were real in here. Music was live from the jump, and everybody was pretty chill. A lot of turnupability in this place with lots of open space around tables. If I had any complaints, it would just be that the hookah took kinda long to come out. But it seemed to be that way for everybody, so I wasn’t tripping.

Came here on a Friday night with friends, get there early if you do not want to wait in line and stand in the cold. They checked IDs and kept an ID per party until you are ready to pay the bill. We chose the leather seats, comfy and relaxing. Atmosphere was awesome. Drinks were limited and they do not serve alcohol. Prices were decent. The service was good and staff were friendly. Overall, it was fun and very chill. Definitely would recommend others to try this location!

5 stars!!! Turnt up DJ! Come on your birthday and have the whole lounge sing to you! Had a great night! Clean facility and bathrooms! I highly recommend coming to this lounge! The atmosphere does not die through out the whole night. Waiters are over the top nice I wish I had service like this everywhere.

The following review is rigidly aimed to the owner of this business. Horrid. An utter betrayal to the hard laboring consumer, whose arduous earned dollar is unfairly blown by false propaganda and failure to list the actuality of pricing on these folks’ website. 1: The service: Only the absolute worst. Rude remarks, unnecessary machismo and ‘superiority’ degradation to the people who are courageous enough to demand a word from the general manager and Manager(named Has) themselves, as to WHY their website doesn’t list«$ 130 per hour and an automatic fee for refills hourly, no exceptions.» Why would you lie and hide your real costs on your website? 2: The response; After asking humbly for a business card, we were received with the following from your general manager: «Cover your mouth, the smell of your breathe is making me want to throw up.» Again, we asked a second time for a business card. We were ignored. We were asked to leave by your security guards shortly after. What for? For asking for a business card? Shame. Please note that we had 10+ witnesses, whom heard and saw everything that I’ve written down. How shameful it is that your website claims ‘#1 customer service, the best hookah experience you’ll ever have’ but by far this has been our worst. No worries. Hopefully this review will help other people spend their hard earned dollar into a much more quality, welcoming and friendly service. All three which your business failed to provide ;)

This review is long overdue. Did a birthday here, and Omar the owner, indeed accommodate our every request. The vibe was right, the DJ was good, the hookahs are at a great price range, and even did a happy birthday cake song for my friend. It is true, the place does start to get«turnt» at 12, before that it’s pretty weak. Pros– good space, nice vibe, hookahs are amazing! Waitresses are nice and willing to go an extra mile for you, out door space to get air and what not Cons– there is a line, a 5 $ entrance fee, and no alcohol but maybe that’s a good thing . Overall this place is a good time, worth the waiting in line, Omar is a good person who’s willing to make your night fun. I’ll return to this place very soon & with some comfortable shoes to dance in!

If I could give this place zero stars because of the security guards I would. I’ve never have been disrespected the way I was there. Never coming back again. Don’t waste your time or money.

I’ve honestly had a good time here within the past few years– used to live walking distance. When they got more popular things got packed. They need to start managing their customer flow better. Got there at 12AM Left at 2:30AM because the wait time to get in was ANOTHER45min.(3hr15min) Girls– you don’t want to spend this long standing in line in heels. Went back the next night(Saturday) && they said it would be another 3 hour wait. I tried to call ahead– but they’re phone was off.(Awesome) Maximize your space or get lost. I’ll be at Hollywood Hookah in the meantime.

Bar Rescue needs to come here. THEAMBIANCE: The space is not bad. It is actually pretty spacious. It has that glass door that you either push or pull to open and you walk into a big room feel. There are couches and some are up on a second level that was built off of the first floor. The vibe that I got from the place was«kind of ghetto.» There was a platform where a DJ set up and two(2) bathrooms in the back. It was dark and there were these creepy paint but looked like chalk drawings of eyes on the walls that were glowing. When I went to use the bathroom there was a man cleaning it because someone had thrown up in it. It was only 9 pm… THEHOOKAH: The hookah was okay. They have a max two(2) people per hookah rule and they automatically charge you a 15% service charge for a group of two(2) or more. In other words, it seems like they solely make their income off of rules like these instead of having a better place that attracts more people. THETIPS: If you want to try it out, park down 11th street and park in the lot. If you want to keep it classy, don’t come here.
