Belvedere Park

This park has a lot of activity with a skate park, arts center, soccer field, basketball courts, baseball field and more! Lots of memories here back when i used to sing and audition for talent search. I would definitely come back here to relive those moments.

To put all things aside, this park is alright. You do get what you get when one ventures to the park, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Baseball, Swings, Skate park
In the 90’s this place was notorious for crime, and other illigal activities. But it’s better and improve from its crime ridden times.

This park has it all. Playground, recreation area for partys, baseball and softball fields, basketball court, soccer field, skate park, tennis courts, and pool. I think I named it all. But… even with all that this park still does need improvement.

Zumba classes here…
Ok so this is only my second time coming to the Zumba classes offered here and gotta say you get what you pay for, these classes are only Two dollars which is great!!! And they are evening classes 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm another great thing… The down side is the instructor doesn’t seem very interested in giving the class… she looks like a great Zumba instructor, fit and all, but while she’s giving the class, she’s always Stopping to either, fix the speaker, or, to fix the music or this last time she left the stage in the middle of the class, to do something with the back door??? WTF… weird! Lol… anyways, i saw one of her flyers and she also gives morning classes. i just think that if you’re too tired, just go home and rest an let someone who’s Really interested in giving the class instruct it!

I love this park. It has a fantastic skating area, and a large enough area for almost any activity. It’s within walking distance from the library and close enough to home. What more can one ask for?
