WHOA!!! I thought I was pretty fit until I tried my first reformer pilates class… Let’s just say that I could not walk straight the day afterward! And that’s GOOD because just after a few sessions with Candise I lost many inches!!! Yay!!!(Note: I did eat more consciously and did some cardio few times a week, thanks to her advice.) Candise is AWESOME!!! And I know this because I’ve tried other pilates classes offered somewhere else and have seen mediocre pilates instructors who did not know how to teach. Candise offers detailed advice in how to correct your forms and let me just tell you — in Pilates forms are EVERYTHING! It makes a HUGE difference and I did feel it. I feel so much stronger just from 5 classes. Sheryee is another instructor who offers group classes and she kicks butt also! I can’t wait to try out more of her classes. They do offer a good discount if you buy sessions in packages, so do give Candise a call/email. You won’t regret!!!

Reformer Pilates is my new love!!! Candise is the owner of this business, and she’s a great Pilates instructor(for beginners and advanced students alike). She has a great eye for technique and details, so you’ll know immediately if you’re doing it right. She offers private lessons, semi-private lessons, and group lessons. I’m a poor college student, so group lessons($ 25/hr) are the way to go for me. Anyway, she responds quickly to emails and is very flexible in terms of scheduling. It also helps that it’s right in the Crossroads complex, and she teaches a class on Tuesday evenings at 6pm that’s free for Crossroads residents! I’m hooked.
