We ordered pizza today, got it after an HOUR and a HALF!!! Cold, disgusting!!! Couldn’t even heat it up! Disgrace! Costumer support was so unhelpful, they just didn’t care. Never order there.

The staff there are great and they deliver the pizza in good time. Usually, I pick up my pizza because on Monday through Thursday they have specials on pick up for 7.99 for a large with three topings. Make sure you tell the staff to put enough topings because sometimes when you don’t tell them they put enough topings on the pizza. Overall, they are great at this location.

Absolutely awful, they don’t even deserve one star. We ordered a pizza and a coke and the pizza came 45 min later and really cold. We called them up and they told us that it’s because they have a shortage of drivers which is why the pizza was cold. Okay… maybe you shouldn’t have a promo going on with a shortage of drivers, dominos. Asked for the money back and they said it would take 20 min for them to bring it back. Ok. They came back an hour 30 min later after calling multiple times. Also, the driver took more of a tip than he was supposed to get and literally took the money and walked out. Wow, good customer service there. I’ve worked customer service before and the way they acted is absolute trash. Never ordering pizza from Domino’s ever again.

Ordered carryover online and pizza was ready when we walked in the door a few minutes later. Staff was super courteous and helpful, and fixed a small issue with my order quickly. Thanks!

The face lift to the store looks nice. The pizza still average and order placed online is faster then waiting for phone to get picked up.

I was in the area and craving some pizza. This was the closest dominos location, so I decided to order online and chose to carry out order. The Dominos online app is always easy to use and having the tracker feature is great when you’re starving and want to know when you’re pizza will be ready. I was surprised that although this location is in a plaza type area, it had more of a restaurant feel. This location has recently added tables and a bar type gable area(WITHOUTLETS!) I was also informed that they will have Wi-Fi provided very soon. This is great for anyone looking to grab a bite and might want to do some work/homework or web surfing. My pizza order was delicious as always. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They made sure my order was perfect and that everything was good. The dining area was kept clean and organized. The only downside to this location will be the parking. The parking lot is rather small but I do take into consideration that there are many other businesses in the same plaza as well. Overall, this location is a good one, a plus if you’re a student looking to study or get homework done as they do have wifi and outlets to use.

Just called to place an order for my students. They informed us that they will not delivery to us as we are NOT part of their delivery radius. While looking at a map online the location is 2 blocks away from the school. When asked why they could not deliver, they simply said that«the school is out of our radius.» When I asked what location could deliver to us, they referred me back to the Domino’s website. We told them the website referred us to their location, and they told me that they could not help us. Placing a Pizza order should not be this complicated nor frustrating. We ended up placing an order with Pizza Hut next door to this same Domino’s because they could deliver to us.

Every time we order from this dominos, there is something on the pizza that shouldn’t be… Last time we ordered a vegetarian pizza, there was a piece of sausage on it, this time there was a rubberband… Isn’t that a health hazard???

Ordered online last night(Sunday). Came to the store 20 minutes later and my food was ready and immediately brought to me. Food was made well – probably the best-tasting Dominos I’ve had. Thanks.

5 Stars for A Domino’s? Yes! Why? Because they get the order right, they are nice and helpful if I need to call to change or add anything and it’s actually good. So, there! We used to order, or were forced to order, using the online app from the Westood location. Westwood consistently gets our order wrong — forgetting sauces or icing… and we had had enough. We called the Santa Monica Location — which the online app said didn’t even have delivery– and placed our order. Low and behold, the delivery person produced everyone of the items we ordered, everything was hot and delicious. Hence we will never have to order from Westwood again! Yippeee! I always get the spinach and feta pizza, the pasta for the toddler, a meat concoction for my brother and various other selections if we have guests. The online app is great. I just wish it would let me order from this location. Oh well, I will just call in the order. Their delivery boundary was Barrington. We live on Barrigton so we were in their service area. If you live East of Barrington, I believe you are stuck with Westwood unless you meet the driver on Barrington… LOL.

Worst dominos I have ever had. The pizza was dry, barely any tomato sauce. The small amount there was didn’t taste of anything. I also ordered the bbq chicken pizza, that was dry too. I have had dominos many many times and nothing compared to this. Microwaveable pizza tastes better and has more flavor! The most annoying part is that it cost just as much as 800 degrees on Wilshire and fresh brothers is even cheaper

Well I’ve been coming to this dominos pizza for about, I’d say hmm 10 years & they haven’t let me down yet on any of my orders, it a really good place, nice staff, all of then are really friendly, well every pizza I have ordered here is up to 100% delicious & further more, & this is just a suggestion, get a 8 piece Hotwings, with extra hot sauce on your next pizza order, it really good, much better than the wings too next door I guarantee, well that’s if you’re a wing lover.

Now no one should expect an artisan pizza experience when getting dominoes, lets be honest for most people who would take time to read Unilocal, dominoes is either that big city tourists visiting from the boonies get, or its something we get when we are being cheap or its too late for anything else to deliver. In this case I just gotten home from the airport, having been on vacation. It was about 11:30 at night but we were really hungry and there was nothing in the house. So we ordered two pizzas, we thought both pizzas came wrong, but only the one with mushrooms did, it was supposed to be pineapple and mushrooms, but it came with pepperoni which my roommate cant eat. The other pizza was overcooked and had so little sauce we could’t tell it was the bbq I ordered so given that we could see the mistake in the other pizza we just assumed we got the wrong order. I called the store. Explained to the man that answered, then he gave to the phone to the assistant manager who made the pizza, he accused me of lying, was very rude, and when pressed he threatened me yelling«I AMGOINGTOCOMETOYOURHOUSEANDTHECHECKTHEPIZZA, BETHEREIN5.» over and over in an unmistakably hostile manner and then hanging up on me. He never came, we called the store back, no one answered as when I called it was just before closing. Deciding not to let this go, because not only was I threatened but my roommate didn’t get dinner because he can’t eat pepperoni, and my dry cracker of a pizza also had pepperoni(but that’s what I ordered) Went to the store the next day, brought the uneaten mistake pizza, and a copy of my email receipt which showed that I correctly ordered the food, it was the store that made the mistake. I was told that it was the assistant manager who was actually in charge of making the pizzas at the time of my order. I wanted a refund, but was offered a credit and told that the stores general manager would call me. He never called, and I don’t appreciate being threatened.

I’ve been ordering from these guys for 25 years. We had good times and bad times, but in the end they are very good. Their reinventing was great. They deliver fast and the food is hot and tasty. I tried Pizza Hut the other day for a deal they had and they were horrible. Had them for just as long and they have always sucked. I highly recommend this place if you want Pizza quick and easy. Sandwiches are great too. I’m moving after all these years and will miss them as a weekly meal.

In all honestly, I really do like Domino’s pizza. The crust on their hand-tossed pizza has a good garlic seasoning and their new handmade pan pizza is also super good. However, I don’t understand how a chain can have restaurants that are so consistently inconsistent! I ordered pizza twice from this location: the first time there was so much sauce that the pizza was seeping through and the second time there was so little sauce that I thought I was eating a dry cracker. I really shouldn’t be complaining because it was actually amazing that they were able to fix their last mistake without mention. They just need to find a happy medium. I will continue to order my Domino’s pizza because no one can beat their $ 5.99 deal. In the future, I will make sure to order from the location on Westwood Blvd instead.
