Beauty Concerto

This cosmetic store seems to be empty all the time (no customers). I guess women already have a lot of makeup and skincare products at home. And there is Aritaum (Amore) on the second floor and a cosmetics cart near the food court.
Sometimes I want to go to all the ladies’ home and see how much makeup and skincare products they have. Have you seen some of the makeup collection videos on YouTube?
And my dad’s friend’s wife has tons of Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret products (shower gels, body lotions, body creams, and body mists) in her bathroom. It’s like she has her own Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret store in her bathroom!

Hit or miss. A few times I’ve come and left happy but recently I feel differently. I had to come to beauty concerto twice in 3 days due to an employee who pushed a product on me without giving me a moment to decide what I wanted. She followed me way too close for comfort that even my boyfriend was uncomfortable. After awhile I just gave in to what she recommended but I went home to find that this product was absolutely not for me. I realized they gave me what they said was a great deal in order to get rid of their sale items. I had to come back within 5 days because that is their exchange policy. They do not give refunds.
Recently they stopped carrying a few brands that I used to come here for. I would’ve gone elsewhere but since they didn’t offer refunds I had to exchange the item for something else in store. Maybe I’ll come back in the future but only with the hopes that the products have changed.
Tip– don’t let pushy employees convince you into anything! (I know I know, it’s their job to sell). Do your homework on what products you want before coming in… or you may be left with an item that doesn’t suit you.

For all the Asians out there who think American products are too harsh for their skin you should come here. They range from Korean to Japanese products. I bought the tonymoly dear me balancing lotion from here. I tried amazon first and they didn’t sell the product anymore.
