The Persian man at the cash register is the best! He’s so nice and funny! Great customer service

I just called to see if I can make a small cake and he said they were too busy for small cakes but can sell me on a larger one. He was clearly trying to up sell and it’s not appreciated when I’m trying to be festive, not taken advantage of. Heads up to other people calling in and putting an order in, this owner is rude!

I love coming to this particular Baskin-Robbins because the staff here is always so nice. Alex, the manager, is very respectful to all his customers. I always get the double scoop Pistachio Almond with a cone on top.

Wow! My family and I stopped in for some cool treats at this quaint little, but constantly busy ice cream parlor. I was impressed with the team that the manager, Dan, had working on our visit. Sama, was our server & she was customer friendly, professional, and asked if I’d like one or two scoops on a sugar cone. Since it was my birthday she wished me a happy birthday and fell short of singing the birthday song to me. I say down with my family and should my treat in the air condition sitting area. Thank you, Dan & Baskin Robbins, for making my a happy one.

Very great customer service from Alex. Made suggestions, decorated the cake very quickly, considering I asked for it in the last minute. Offered samples. Also offered to help me take the cake to my car.

When a business goes out of their way to accommodate their customers, they deserve to be recognized. My son really wanted an ice cream cake at his birthday party. I couldn’t figure out how it would work logistically seeing that the cake wouldn’t be served until an hour and forty-five minutes into the party — I didn’t want it to melt. I explained my issue to the person who answered the phone at Baskin Robbins, and they told me that the owner might be willing to have the cake delivered at the right time. I met with the owner. He was amazing. Not only did he offer to have the cake delivered, he figured out a design that my son wanted even though it wasn’t part of their normal cake characters. He followed up with me several times, and on the day of the party — the cake was delivered, it looked perfect, and it tasted awesome. Not only that, but he included coupons for each of the kids at the party to get a free ice cream cone on their next visit! These are the kind of stores that should get your business — stores with people who care. Everyone from the incredibly nice man who took my initial phone call to the owner who took time out to meet with me and to make it happen for us was incredible. They define customer service. Oh — and their ice cream is delicious too. :-)

Small location, but great and reliable for ice cream visits. The two guys working here smiled at my family, rang us up quickly, offered samples. Basic trip, but made us realize how important authentically nice retail experiences can and should be.

You can never go wrong with ice cream. My favorite flavor here is mocha almond fudge. Don’t get to come here that often but when I do I feel like a kid again, and reminds me of when my dad used to take me to get ice cream. Staff is friendly and service was quick.

This is my second year buying an ice cream cake here for a birthday. While the price has increased, that’s not the premise for my poor review. Now they charge an additional $ 2 when you buy an ice cream cake. When I asked what the $ 2 fee was for, I was told, «There’s a fee to make the cake.» Imagine my surprise, so on top of the dollar amount attributed to the actual cost of purchasing the cake, I am being charged an additional $ 2 for the actual PROCESS of baking the cake. Next thing you know they will be charging an additional $ 1 for those who purchase ice cream cones, calling it a $ 1 fee for actually scooping out the ice cream from the containers! Stop nickel and diming consumers. If you’re going to increase the price, fine — do that, but stop adding an additional dollar here and there because it’s just bad business and ruins the reputation of the brand. I also later found out that not all Baskins Robbins are alike. These so-called«fees» are not mandatory and since they are independently owned and operated, these fees are sometimes tacked on because the franchise wants to maintain similar pricing on cakes so by adding a few dollars here and there, they are able to increase the price of the cakes without getting in trouble with corporate.

This is about the price. Holy Monkey testicles this place is expensive. when a scoop of ice cream cost 3 bucks, things have gotten a little bit crazy. I looked all around the store and i did not see a cow or a wizard making this ice cream. What makes this place think the ice cream they have is worth 3 bucks a scoop.

I wanted to write this review because I got such great service at this location… and the ice cream was so good! Mary, the girl who worked there, was so nice and so helpful. I couldn’t decide what ice cream to get, but she let me try a few. She also suggested some really great flavors and I went with one of them – Tax Crunch! It was so gooooood! Can’t wait to go back!

I came to this Baskin Robbins, I must say the young beautiful lady was really friendly, I believe her name was Mary, she was outstanding; best customer service I’ve received. This will definitely be my first choice Baskin Robbins.

Today, I met the owner of this Baskin Robbins. He was the nicest man, I have met in a long time. I don’t often frequent Baskin Robbins due to price and quality of customer service. Today, I was pleasantly surprised, he was friendly and offered helpful suggestions as to what to try. I especially liked the fact that he was not only attentive to every customer there but helped his employee with my order. That young lady was nice also. She was also very helpful and very pleasant. Oreo Shake — Amazing! Pralines and Cream — Delish!

I’m writing this review solely in the excellent service we received last Thursday night. Since Baskin Robbins is not a mom and pop ice cream store, I would not expect the quality of their ice cream varies between stores so I don’t anticipate this lessening the weight of my review. The two men were so helpful, cheerful, kind and professional! I initially wasn’t going to have any ice cream along with my friends but they talked me into a sample which inevitably led to a cone! They informed me of their Halloween special but what brought me back was how kind and charismatic their service was. It’s a rarity these days so I thought it important to note it here!

This store makes you bring a printed coupon for its national deals. The lowlife owner of this franchise refuses to get a scanner for coupons on cellphones. No other franchise owner does this. Hope the national office reads this and takes away his franchise. I get the picture and so can you. He is interested in high margin items and cannot be bothered servicing his customers. So, screw him. There are tons of ice cream stores in the area. Hope he goes broke.

Every once in a while I just want basic ice cream flavors that remind me of a simpler time. Baskin Robbins does that for me. I remember getting cookies and cream, gold medalist or rocky road ice cream with my grandparents on Fridays after school and we would sit in the shop, talk and enjoy our frozen desserts. So, Baskin Robbins brings back great memories. Walking into the shop on a Friday night, a few customers were eating inside and a family was ahead of me ordering. The employees were welcoming and they immediately offered to get me a sample. In fact, one of the employees followed me as I looked in the case just to ensure that if I wanted to try something, he could get it for me promptly. I like that kind of service. I went with what I know and love — rocky road. There’s nothing like rich, creamy chocolate ice cream stocked full of marshmallows and nuts. I love it! No, there’s not much creativity here when it comes to the flavors but sometimes, that’s just what I want. No olive oil ice cream, no brown brown bread ice cream, no lavender ice cream, just a small cup of good olé rocky road for $ 2.69!

This place is a blessing and a curse. One block away from where I work. I love ice cream but it is so fatty and unhealthy!!! Staff here is friendly for the most part.

Quick stop to pick up an ice cream cake for a friend. We were amazed at how frozen it was. Even after a 15 minute drive home, we thought it’d be pretty mushy, so we put it in the freezer as a just in case for another 5 minutes or so. Pulling it out, we thought it’d be ready to cut, but not at all… Granted it was a colder day, but we had the heater on in the car, so we were impressed. Once we got it cut, the mint chip was always good as ever! :)

SUNDAEON A SUNDAY: One night, I called this Baskin-Robbins around 9:58PM to ask what time they’d be open ’til, and a deadpan voice on the other end of the phone answered, «10…» Useful information! We went in person another day, earlier than 10. After careful deliberation, we settled upon a two-scoop«Brownie Sundae»(3.5÷5) to share. In what seemed like mere seconds, our dedicated and personable ice cream server efficiently built the following items into our customized, late-night treat: one brownie, one scoop of low-fat«Caramel Turtle Truffle»( ), one scoop of medium-fat«Jamocha Almond Fudge»( ), several pumps of high-fat chocolate fudge, a sprinkle of chopped peanuts, two candy-red cherries(in four halves), and two pink plastic spoons. In what seemed like mere minutes, our sundae was licked! So much pun. Prices have crept up over the years, flavors have come and gone, but the ice cream and the experience here taste like the same old Baskin Robbins to us. As Unilocal’s Robert P.( ) says, «The 31 Flavors must be doing something right to stay in business all these years.» Just get yourselves in the door before 10:00PM and you, too, will find many sweet and traditional ways to end your day.
