Excellent food. Nice ambiance with happy tourists around. Will definitely visit again when I am in Hollywood.

I guess when you are used to the excellence of Chipotle, everything else pales in comparison. My cousin and I came here while waiting on line for the Jimmy Kimmel show and we ordered the Diablo burrito to share(black beans, Baja rice, Jack cheese, fresh onions, cilantro, spicy chipotle sauce, and we added chicken). It was enough for 2, but the quality was sub-par. I think at this point, I’d prefer Taco Bell, because that at least has some taste to it.

Despite the large crowd, its clean and out order was taken quickly ordered, but it sure was hot inside! Its the only Baja fresh where you might just sit next to snow white and or Marilyn Monroe.

Right in the middle of the crowd(right across TLC), very reasonable price, and good FRESH ingredients. We spent around $ 21 for nachos, quesadillas, and salad. We ended up sharing the whole thing between the three of us, and were still satisfied with the portions. A bottle of water is also not as over-priced as it is usually is in busy streets. On top of that we got a free nachos starter with our own choice of sauce, which was great! I would give this a 4 just because it’s hard to ask the cashier for a token to go to the restroom. Theres really no need to make us wait for so long for it.

The one time I had anything from this or any other Baja fresh, I became violently ill. I’m not exactly sure what you people put in that steak burrito, but I’ll NEVER eat there again.

Food was delicious. The shrimp and filet tacos are to die for. Parking is a little hard but the location is amazing with great people watching on Hollywood Blvd. I’ll be back.

I came here for dinner after visiting the Chinese Theater on Hollywood Boulevard. The pork carnitas was really wonderful! I could have rated it 4 stars. But the staff here was not friendly at all, perhaps just because they served so many people every day on such a busy location that they didn’t even smile.

Dont ever come here. I work upstairs at the Trailer Park building, so its a quick walk downstairs for lunch for me and most of my coworkers. Not once, not twice, but FOURTIMES have I heard of/seen there being bugs in the Salad. Its only the salads. Their excuse is that its because they are«Organic», which makes sense, but because you claim you are organic, I am supposed to be okay with worms and ladybugs in my salad? No. No. No. Run away. Go to Calle Tacos for cheap mexican food.

No no no. That 3 star shit is OLD reviews. They are EXCELLENT now. I never have to spit out pieces of meat that are nasty, they get my orders right every time 29⁄30 and the food is super tasty. I believe they improved their ingredients in the last 1 – 2 years. Try it again. You’ll be surprised. Thanks Baja, Keep rocking igl

Worst customer service ever, was going in for my breakfast since I was at work since 5am and they opened at 10, they were still closed and made me wait 10min. When a worker from Hooters showed up they guy who told me to wait opened the door for him and when I was about to go in he told me no we aren’t open wait a minute. I waited ten minutes and a guy just walks to the front and he gets to go in and I had to wait longer, so I just left! So rude!

Perhaps it’s because I was built to believe I was about to experience heaven before I walked through the door that brought disappoint me to me. I wrestled between two stars and three because, let’s face it, it’s fast food. As far as fast food goes– yeah, select it over some other options. As far as fast Mexican food goes? What they gain in the supposed fresh department, they lose in the overall taste. It’s just kinda bland Mexican food. I’d spice it up with the free salsa bar they have. It’s okay, people. Just not as good as some. Service is fantastic, though. Don’t let that slip by ya. Those people are always smiling.

Very nice selection, tasty burritos and a proper salsa bar. The interior isn’t too fancy but the food makes up for it. Good prices.

The 3 stars are for the service. Katie was a great cashier and made sure to repeat the order back to me. The food itself was a slight disappointment. I appreciate how they don’t use lard or microwaves and how eco friendly they are. Nonetheless, there wasn’t a ton of flavour in my Veggie Burrito. The rice was over cooked and there were a heavy abundance of peppers in comparison to everything else. I don’t know if I’ll come here again, which is a shame because generally the place is very clean and has a lot of seating. If I do I’ll probably give something else on the menu a try.

This place is cool for fast basic mexican food — not 100% authentic tasting, but decent flavors. Just wanted to say Erick was a great customer service! Thanks!

This place is pretty«generic», but to me even generic food from here is better then a lot of other spots. If you have been to a La Salsa or Rubio’s or some other place like that, then you pretty much know what you are getting here. The staff is fine, never had a problem, but it’s always crowded here. Not always a bad thing, as people watching is an obvious draw here. So it’s basically a 3.5 with an extra half thrown in for a great location.

one star because food is good but the lady at the cashier tonight… woooo. she must be PMS-ing or something because she was RUUUUUUUUDE. before I even ordered anything she stops me and looks at my hand and asks are you actually getting food to eat or just for validation? I’m sorry. what?! I’m hungry so yes that’s why I’m here and yes I do need validation too. but more so cuz I’m hungry. then she was a complete ______to my friend as well. someone needs to talk to her. small update: as we were leaving same rude cashier was cleaning out the trashcans. so we left our trays on the table and walked to exit but the door was locked. as we were waiting there she looks at us then the table and says the trashcan is over here in the most rude tone. moral of the story… just don’t go here unless you want to be treated like crap.

This location used to be my go to place to grab a chicken tostada salad. Now! I’m not sure what happened, I haven’t been here in a little over a month and when I got my Chicken Tostada Salad, the shell was about 2 inches high, when it is usually much larger then that, the lettuce did not taste fresh ATALL, and the shell was old like a couple days old. The chips were also old and did not taste good as well. I have been coming to this Baja fresh for a little over 2 years and before everything that I have gotten from here has always been great and fresh. I typically come right when they open so all of the ingredients were always fresh, but this time… I don’t understand what happened. The service here is still good, I’ve always been one of the first people to walk in the door so they get an A+ in the service department, I always talk to the manager, and he is always nice and knows what I’m going to get and the items that I don’t eat, and he says them as I say them which I think is hilarious, but I am not sure what happened with the food. I have said anything to him about it yet but I plan too, it would only help.

Forgive me Steve Ells for I have sinned. We needed something different for lunch and Baja Fresh was a hop, skip and a jump over HWood Blvd. I was suprised to see the front line staff in white pressed collard shirts with ties. Interesting choice of uniforms. I’m a sucker for nachos so we ordered ours topped with steak as well as a chicken quesadilla. Portions were extremely generous and the price was right. Nachos were piled high with fixings and the quesadilla was jam packed with flavorful chicken and a heaping helping of guacamole and sour cream on the side. Don’t forget to stop by the salsa bar to finish off your eats just right. Service was friendly, all the guys had great smiles but the place seemed a little dirty. Food was good and I would even say I’m a fan but it’s quantity over quality at Baja Fresh and I’m a quality kind of gal. Chipotle over Baja it is. But I’d return for some nachos.
