The way to create change in a horrible airport in a horrible industry is to pressure where the money is(yes United you are the single worst airline in the history of airlines and I hope only the worst on your CEO). Business’ feel the strain of doing business at LAX, LAX forces airlines to do better business, airline travelers don’t have to take it up the rear every second. List terrible reviews for these businesses. Airlines should have no right to behave the way they do in an industry that’s subsidized. Guess what United, might as well be China seeing you didn’t really make all that money. Go to hell.

I got their chicken burrito, but they only have pico de gallo and not the regular salsa. I’d you like salsa verde you have to ask(they keep it behind the counter). The burrito just doesn’t taste the same wo the usual salsa and fresh tortilla(there’s was chewy and stale).

Great airport breakfast yesterday, my whole family had bacon breakfast burritos with pico de gallo and chips. Definitely hit the spot!

Breakfast burrito will hit the spot, plenty big. I found this location tucked in the back of the food area. Fast service and a solid breakfast!

Katie right off the plane from London: DEARGODGIVEMESOMEDECENTTORTILLACHIPS. Yes. Baja Fresh at LAX has better tortilla chips than anywhere in London. Sad, sad state of affairs, yet I speak truth. This spot is small, has horrible, grumpy service(I can’t blame them, I’d hate that job too)… yet decent tacos. Would be 3-stars if the service weren’t so bad. Though that could be the London-Mexican depravity talking.

I love a good airport burrito-heck I love a bad airport burrito but this place sucks! Don’t bother wasting your time. They were slow, unhelpful with menu questions AND they served me a burrito with a giant hole ripped through! Thanks, I did want to sit on that three hour flight with black bean juice all over my pants.

I was really craving nachos so I stopped by this place. I was surprised at the price of the nachos because airport food is usually pretty expensive. I think I ended up paying about $ 5 for the nachos. They were actually pretty good and they me a nice serving size. I’d go back for my nacho fix if I’m ever there again.

lower quality than their non-airport chains. and there is nothing express about the place. they have one too few workers and some of the ones that are there dont seem to know what they are doing.

After a 10 hour flight from Shanghai, I had a connecting flight in Terminal 7. I saw two potential shops to get food. Seeing the Baja Fresh sign and thinking that it sounded good, I stood in line. The service was horrible… girls were chatting in the back room and no one was monitoring food or taking orders. I believe that the manager finally showed up and started taking orders and making the food. Sad! This place should be called BAJAEXPRESS… as the«FRESH» part of the food is definitely gone. The meat is not cooked right there… it’s sitting in pans on the oven surface just drying out. The meal tasted bland, and was obviously dry. To top it off, I think I had a touch of food poisoning from their food as I had a slight blow-out the following day. It’s 50/50, though, as I did eat some of the airline food on the flight back. Food: Dry, bland. Service: Horrible(except for a manager, although he seems to have lost grips on his staff). Price: Expensive, but that’s what you get once you are past security. Overall, I wish I would have grabbed the turkey sandwich from the adjacent restaurant.

SLOWER than snails. Sausage for breakfast burrito is over salty and dry. Staff give off the impression like its the worst job and have no customer service. Corporate Baja Fresh, as one of my favorite chains, I will NEVER eat here again.

After spending almost eight hours in two flights crossing the country, we ended up in Terminal 7, hungry. A decision to eat before getting the rental car landed us in the Foodcourt in Terminal 7, thinking that it’s wiser to eat now than eat later when we’re unfamiliar with the area. I wasn’t too hungry, but I knew I had to eat, so I got the tortilla soup. She on the other hand got the two taco combo. She said the tacos were a little dry. I had no problems with the tortilla soup. What I had problems with was the 2.99USD bottled water. Seriously, that’s the smallest size and yet they sell it for almost 3 bucks. That, I think, is a rip-off. It’s not a sit-down restaurant, it’s a fast-food establishment. And yet they capitalize on the fact that you cannot bring liquids into the secure zone, so they go ahead and charge you that amount of money for a simple bottle of water. For that, I am giving them one less star from the mid-point. 2 out of 5.

To be honest I don’t know why this place is rated so low. We came to LAX for a layover on our way to Maui and were looking for breakfast food. The obvious choice was McDonald’s but my brother was feeling something different so we tried Baja Fresh. I stayed with the luggage while they went to get food so I don’t know the service or anything but we all got the breakfast burritos with either sausage or bacon. I got bacon, which was delicious, and the burritos are huge. They are pricey though, I think $ 7 each? But it had cheese, pico de gallo, eggs, and meat. Very tasty and it practically soaked through the wrapping. Actually it did and we even used the paper bag it came in to cover it but it soaked through that eventually too. It was definitely scrumptious although a tad pricey. I’d come back.

I got food poisoning shortly after eating at the LAX United Terminal Baja Fresh Express. My instinct told me to not eat there upon laying eyes on the sweaty, slow moving employees preparing the food there. Nonetheless, with only minutes before my flight and a lion’s appetite, I ordered a steak burrito and promptly inhaled it before boarding the plane. 2 hours after I got home, I started vomiting uncontrollably and continued to do so like clockwork every 2 hours on the hour until noon the next day.

Located at the United terminal(7). This is an «express» location, so they do not have a self serve salsa bar. All the food is set up on a steam table. You can do a custom burrito or order off their menu board. The employees working aren’t exactly the friendliest, but who cares the food is good. 8 bucks for warm food and a full tummy. Not bad eh. –1 star are for the chips, they were a bit stale tasting.

Easily the worst Baja Fresh I’ve ever eaten at. The folks who work here have a spectacular knack for not caring about you, your food, nor state-regulated hygiene protocol. Next time I might opt for McDonald’s, or starvation.

Disgusting. I love Baja Fresh but this place is not Baja Fresh. It’s crappy pre-made food that’s heated up(in bulk) in big industry heating cabinets and then served by the most lazy, disgruntled food service workers I’ve seen in a while. When I walked to order, the girl at the counter said nothing at me, she just gazed down at the food and waited until I spoke up to start fixing my order. The beef looked awful but I had a tight connection and needed food badly. Sure enough, it tasted like unseasoned burnt cardboard. I was so disappointed. I took one bite and decided to return the plate for a refund. That took at least five minutes while the«manager» tried unsuccessfully to reverse the charge. Finally, the register lady was able to give me my money back and I ran with a very empty and disgruntled stomach to catch a plane that almost left without me.

Had a connecting flight to Vegas from Philly at LAX… was starving because I didn’t feel like paying $ 9 for crappy United Airlines food. So, when we landed in LA and I saw a Baja Fresh Express next to our gate, I thought it would be a great place to grab a quick bite. I ordered the Nachos(no meat) and 3 Coronas. The Nachos were terrible. The chips were stale, the beans were bland, and the pico de gallo salsa tasted sour. Probably the worst Nachos I’ve ever had at a Baja Fresh. The only reason why this place got 2 Stars was because I was able to buy some Coronas to wash down that junky meal. Will I return? No way.
