Brought my truck in here on a recommendation from a mechanic we’ve used. Auto-​Mode checked the insurance adjuster’s estimate, found over $ 1k more in damage, and took care of it in a few days. I had a billing mix-​up with the insurance company and accidentally paid Auto-​Mode more than I should have. (The insurance company mailed a supplemental check to them instead of to me.) Auto-​Mode simply signed the supplemental check over to me the day they received it. My truck looks great and despite the previous poster’s experience, they accepted my check. (I never inquired about a credit card.)

I went here because they were on my insurance company’s approved list, but they are horrible.
They have a big sign that says «no credit cards», so I brought my check book only to have them say they don’t take checks. Huh?
They did an good job fixing the paint on my car, but a few months later I noticed the marker light wasn’t staying in place. I took it off to find it was held in place by black sticky goo. They fixed my car with goo, instead of buying a replacement marker light for $ 20. Also my bumper is not quite straight, I don’t dare take it off to see how they attached it, probably bubble gum.
*** Update: No surprise here, drove by the other day and they’re closed! Suckas!!!
