This parking structure happens to be conveniently located between my job and the gym so it’s my preferred location to park. It’s pretty straight forward, it’s covered parking and pretty safe. They do at times try to stack up cars but they have an attendant that moves cars around when needed. The staff is ok, they help but maybe not the friendliest. I don’t deal will them often so I don’t mind it at all. It’s an affordable place to park even if you’re walking to staples center or Microsoft theater. I would say park here when necessary. It’s not expensive and you get what you pay for although safe parking is a sure thing. They close at 9pm so keep that in mind.

I parked at their valet parking at 800 W 6th last night. Being cash only is a bit odd, but they were quite quick at getting the car back. Unfortunately, it’s in a garage, so you can’t see where it’s going. But everything came back in good shape.

This is for the 888 w. 6th street location. do not park here. valet only for visitors. It looks like this d-bag ran my car all day long and wasted my gas. I filled up my tank and drove it to this lot then when I left I noticed that my tank was nearly half gone. I’d never park here again.

This company has VERY disturbing business practices… here’s my story. I parked yesterday a private lot in Santa Monica on Euclid and Wilshire behind the Will Rogers Post Office. There was an unmarked spot(not handicap or reserved). Moments after I parked, a man came up to my car and started yelling at me to move my car and that I couldn’t park there. First off, why was he yelling? It’s an unmarked, open spot. But hey, I could’ve been wrong so I got out of the car to talk to the man and look to see if the spot was marked. RIGHTAWAY, he jumped back and said: «Stay away from me! You move your card now! If you don’t, we’ll tow it!» in broken English… so yes, I’m not quite quoting here. He was still yelling at me. Senselessly. So I start walking towards the rear of my car(to see if I somehow missed something written on the ground), which was towards him as well. He started reaching into his coat pocket in a threatening manner as if he was about to brandish a weapon!!! At that moment, I yelled at him: «WHATTHE F*CKISWRONGWITHYOU??» Well, needless to say, the situation deteriorated from there… This man, his name is Tony, was unreasonable, unprofessional and just generally a despicable human being. I knew the law was on my side, I didn’t need to move my car. The spot was unmarked. However, I moved it because I didn’t trust his ability to control himself. I wasn’t ready to come back to my car to see it all scratched up. So I move my car and park at a meter. I go back to the lot to get his name(Tony, as I mentioned above) and his bosses phone number. He fumbled for 10 minutes, cursing and complaining. He gave me the number for Rosalino @ 310.444.2969. I call him and he was utterly useless… said to call the main office and talk to Shirley. I called Shirley @ 213.891.9565 and she transferred me to Gregor. Gregor run his business without customer service in mind. He cuts you off as you talk, he defends his employee when he hasn’t a clue as to what occurred. He asked me if Tony actually pulled a weapon! Really now? The threatening act of putting your hand in ones coat and not removing it actually warrants a weapon to be pulled for me to worry about my safety? He said he would«have a word» with Tony, who apparently has worked successfully for 5 years at that lot. I’ve lived in Santa Monica for over 20… and every time I visit that lot, he’s having an altercation with someone… most people just don’t have the follow through to complain about ass-holes. Anyhow, this company is disgusting… I’ve filed a report w/the LABBB… I really hope that Tony pisses someone less patient than me off one day… he’ll deserve what’s coming to him.
