The coffee has a smooth finish and can be easily enjoyed throughout the day. I could not resist the beautiful floral notes with traces of mild licorice coming from the anise so I decided to give this flavor a try. I drank the coffee black. The coffee is medium bodied with a reddish/caramel brown color to it. There is definitely an earthy, woody undertone: a flavor profile that I love and appreciate. The floral notes and licorice are subtle in flavor, but each adds its own layer of uniqueness to complete the coffee. I also tasted the coffee with ginger and it was delicious. Some of you may feel wary of trying the coffee with add-ins, but I personally think that the flavors fuse perfectly together. I feel healthier drinking this coffee and will be making a switch!

Drinking coffee is one of my important regimens in the morning, so that cup of coffee is usually the determining factor of what my day would be like. But let’s just say… WOW. It definitely made my day! I’ve tried the Coffee + Anise and the Coffee + Ginger. I liked the Ginger blend better, but they both had amazing bold and rich flavors. Loved the aroma each coffee gave. I felt like I stepped out and when to a different country. :) If you’re a ginger lover, you definitely need to try the ginger blend! Highly recommend! I’m so glad I’ve got the chance to try these Ethiopian Arabica beans. All coffee connoisseurs unite!

I’m a little bit picky with my coffee but was very impressed by this. I’ve tried the coffee by itself and with both the anise and ginger add ins. The ginger is my favorite, but the coffee also stands by itself with a rich and smooth flavor. Cant wait for my next cup!

I’m a big coffee fan and I love ginger so putting these two together was a genius idea! Delicious coffee — with or without the added flavors!

Excellent bold flavors! I usually just drink Starbucks but this is a wonderfully made coffee. The ginger add-in my favorite!
