This business does not care about it’s online customers at all. It’s really nice that you have such an insanely awesome following in your local area of business, but I’m literally trying my hardest to spoonfeed you my money for your merchandise and it’s dribbling back out because I still haven’t even gotten a status update on my order that I placed a long while ago. Please pay attention to your online customers, you’re squandering a golden opportunity by neglecting us.

Do not order from this place!!! Worst service ever! Placed my order for 2 vinyl figures on 9÷2÷11 for a bday gift. sent an email a week and a half later, no response. Continued to to phone and email regularly with absolutely no response whatsoever. Finally tried to just cancel the order on 9÷23÷11,(had already ordered and received the same product from a different merchant) still of coarse no response, finally on 9÷30÷11 I see that my account was charged for the order $ 120.697 days after I asked to cancel it. Received the merchandise Oct 5th to find out that One of the figures isn’t even the one I ordered. So now what, send it back? Then I’ll be out the $ and the merchandise, Trying to reach these people is like talking to a door knob… and now they’ve removed their phone # from the site. Now I’m in the long process of deal with my bank to see what I can even do about this. grrr. people suck.

I ordered a Baby Doll Tee for my girl, instead I got a men’s Tee. I sent them an email and they responed promptly by saying keep the Tee and we’ll give $ 40 in credit. I used the credit and got a great deal on a discontinued toy but I still have the shirt… I feel sketchy about doing business again with them.
