Cleaning Services Agency

I wish I could give this company –5 stars. They left their advertisement on our door so we thought it may be ok. Ana and Gabriel showed up scratched our white marble counters, and my wife’s dress and portraits came up missing. we called the agency and they helped zero. they said it was our problem. also when we called Ana to look at the counters the next day she threatened to sue us for falling down on one of our steps. with all the other competitors out there I’d not use this agency.

So, I HAD been using this company for some time now and up until recently they did a fantastic job. I called them to schedule a deep cleaning as I am a full-​time worker and Mommy to 2 little girls under 3. I cannot get to cleaning windows, wiping down doors and cleaning the interior of the fridge. Now, keep in mind, I pick up every day, never leave dishes, clean my bathrooms but sometimes I need a thorough cleaning. When I called they quoted me a price and once they got to my house, they stated it would be an additional $ 45.00 on top of the original quoted price. Now, I had been using them for years so they knew my house (and we have changed NOTHING). Why they couldn’t give me the CORRECT price upfront, I don’t know. For what its worth, my friend (the one who recommended them to me) had been using them as well but also stopped since they did such a bad job, she even got her money back. I will NEVER use them again and even when I advised Wendy over at office she said, Ok.thanks.bye! Wow, unbelievable.

I’ve been using this cleaning agency for years and have always received good service.
