Elizabeth and Lukas are very thorough. I love that. The first time, they came two hours early. The second and third time, they arrived late. I wish they had simply said, «We need to rejugggle our schedule. Will [2 hours later] work for you?». The first time that they were late, I had to text Elizabeth to ask what was up. When they didn’t arrive at the time she said they would, I texted again. The second time, I got a text with a story about why they would be two hours late. Normally that would be OK, but I’m not sure the story was true. I had waited 13 days for them to fit me into their schedule. Then I decided that their price was too rich for my blood anyway. They do the best job cleaning that I have ever seen, so I’m sorry that it didn’t work out.

Home Elegance Cleaning Service has been my house cleaning service since 2008. Elizabeth and Lucas have excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, and great attention to detail. I can always rely on them for an excellent, high quality job. I first hired them when I was living in a townhouse, and a couple years later when I moved into a larger house, I brought them with me as my trusted cleaning service. I couldn’t be happier with them.

I am very pleased with Home Elegance Cleaning Service. I found them thru a flyer after I was ready to find new house cleaners.
It is a couple, Elizabeth and Lucas. They are very fast and efficient. Everything just sparkles after they leave. I honestly don’t know how they get my faucet and sink so shiny! Also, they do a great job on the stove and microwave, everything really.
When I interviewed them, they asked me if I wanted anything special and I mentioned that my last cleaners never cleaned under/​behind the furniture, so now each time they move the furniture to clean even though the furniture is pretty heavy. They really go the extra mile. My mom comes over sometimes after and she says she’s afraid to touch anything because everything is so clean. She’s afraid to mess anything up.
Also, the price is very reasonable. I have a enclosed patio room that gets pretty dusty and dirty. My last housecleaners wouldn’t clean this room but Home Elegance included this in the quote. And it’s for the same price that my last people charged.
I would highly recommend this couple team. You can tell they care about what they do and they take pride in their work.
Also, before I signed on with them I asked for references. I called a few references and they all had excellent things to say about them.
