Hi-Tek International Inc

Attempted to use this company to purchase cleaning chemicals. Took them a full week to send their credit contract, called a week later to be told it hadn’t been processed, and another week to be told it would be processed the following Monday. Just hot off the phone to now being told they never received it in the first place, AFTER I was told previously that they had. Strange. And apparently my justifiable frustration came through in my voice, because the company rep I spoke to quickly told me I had no reason to get angry and all of the above information was completely untrue and I didn’t have my facts straight. My tone never approached mildly angry, but regardless, accepting criticism, along with any concept of customer service is something this company clear lacks. Multiple emails requesting order statuses and progress on the credit application were sent to them via their listed company’s email, all of which went unanswered.
So, given their attitude, Hi-​Tek international doesn’t need or want your business. I’d recommend not giving it to them.
