These guys are great operators. I come every morning and my coffee is ready before I can make my order. On two different occasions I realized I forgot my wallet and they told me not to worry about it. Rare to get a local-coffee-house service in a Dunkin Chain. They take pride in even remembering everyone’s order.

This location is just okay. I came here by default because my friend and I were attending a Unilocal Event at The Standing Room one block over. We were looking for a bathroom, but they didn’t have one. So we just got some coffee’s. The staff were just okay also. It was late and I guess they weren’t as energetic as I expected them to be. It was clean and everything was organized. No complaints.

Prob the worst staff I’ve seen in nyc. The woman forgot my order in 3 min and I only order one cup of coffee.

Those guys have bad attitudes and the coffee tastes like mop water. Don’t think the manager actually manages the place

I absolutely think this DD has the best Hot Chocolate on Vernon. I walked up and down Vernon only to do a 360 back to Dunkin b/c I was so brand spoiled with the uppity hot beverage shops like the bucks and the beanie that I have been blindsided by simplification. LIC or Queens West is very domesticated compared to a Williamsburg or a Greenpoint. Queens West is like a mini BK heights.

I come here pretty much 3−4x a week. cuz it’s on the way home from work. Open 24 hours, and I’ve gotten a good idea of when their first shipment of donuts come in. around 4:30 a.m. on most days! :D They have a decent selection of donuts, and the usual drinks, ice cream section, cakes, etc. Not a big Dunkin Donuts, but location is key. Plentiful parking nearby. Right around the corner from the 108th Pct and right off the L.I.E.

Terrible staff. The women with glasses that works there(she is the one with the«i havnt gotten laid in years» face) has such a bad attitude. They have no idea what they are doing. Who doesn’t slice a bagel for you in half? even after I told them to do it. This DD is a shit show and with any luck they will go away and make room for something better. Worst DD customer service ive seen.

Seems like LIC has a million delis and bodegas, but when I need a quick bite on my way to the subway, I usually end up right back at Dunkin.(Don’t judge — I’m a sucker for an «A» sanitation rating and a rewards program with free coffee.) I know there are plenty of haters, but I actually like this location. Compared to DD stores in Manhattan, this one seems bigger and cleaner, and the donuts are *almost* fresh. The service can be slow and confused, but what they lack in efficiency, they make up for in friendliness. (Can’t believe I just reviewed a ubiquitous chain restaurant. This Unilocal thing is truly addictive.)

The only reason it gets one star is because it’s one of the few places in LIC that have icecream. Their morning staff sucks and always messed up my coffee. They have bad attitudes.

The nastiest staff I have ever dealt with. They suck bigggggg time. Don’t go there. Everyone hates them. They should all be fired.

fast friendly service and they are relatively consistent with getting the flavor of my drink order correct — although I did learn that they normally under-sweeten my drinks so I compensate by asking for more sugar than I do at other dunkins. overall, this is a consistent branch.

this review is ony for this location — i generally like the D&D coffee but NOTTHISLOCATION!!! This plc CONSISTLY fks up my order whether it be food or beverage and service was horrendous. take just this morning for example, the cashier and coffee maker(I guess) were yapping with each other disregarding the customer — me — the only person in line. Completely ignore me until i just yelled out«large coffee with … «all i wanted was my morning coffee and they even f that up… forgetting the french vanilla fav. how hard is that to listen and be attentive, ie DOINGYOURFKGJOB. the ONLY reason this place isn’t closed yet is because it’s the ONLY D&D in the vacinity. wish there is a mcD around to kick their asses … mcD coffee is way better and it’s only $ 1 fgor any size!!!

I’ve lived in this area my whole life and I am happy that we have a DD. I am happy that it is not a star bucks. I am also glad that they have baskin robbins as well. Yummy!!! Their sweet tea was made just the way that I like it. The hours are great and I love that they have free wi-fi. Every-time I had a sweet tooth I would go here and get some kind of doughnut and they are always fresh. I will continue to come here over and over to have their delicious coffee, when I am not making my own of course. The workers are really nice. I was going to order 4 munchkins one time so the staff was like if you get 4 more its the same price you might as well. I thought that was nice of them to point that out. There are worst things that could have come to this area and this chain is not one of them.

I had spent the night in a rental car, sleeping no more than 4 hours. After flying in on the 6a flight to LaGuardia, I took the 7 train to Long Island City and reappeared out of the subway system onto Vernon. I was going to need coffee BAD. Lo and behold! There was the DnD right there, and on the way to my destination. I checked into my rental apartment quickly, and ventured back outside. I really, really wanted to have the first thing I put in my digestive system in New York City be exciting, adventurous, unfamiliar. Well… you’ve read the previous several sentences, and I was NOT willing to invest the commitment to find a locally owned café. So DnD it was, where I had a fairly satisfactory iced coffee. But when I saw a girl walking from the opposite direction with an iced coffee in her hand, I had to stop her and ask her where she got it. She said it was from Bricktown down the street, where she’d worked and they always made a good iced coffee. The morning I was scheduled to leave the city, I went to Bricktown… and next time I’ll go back to Bricktown.

Definitely happy to have one of these here for a quick snack/dessert after dinner on Vernon. They are a bit absent minded, but maybe we just came here at an off time, it was probably around 10pm. Hey, my mind starts shutting down around 4pm for my 9 – 5 workday as well so I can’t blame them. The donuts are good though and the ice cream is decent. Sure there are a ton of better coffee and pastry places in the neighborhood, but sometimes you are just in the mood for something naughty and bad for you.

Normally I like Dunkin coffee, but this coffee tasted like plastic. Maybe it was just a one time thing, but I think it’s the coffee gods getting back at me for not walking the extra 200 yards to Sweetleaf. I would avoid this place.

LIC has about a million locally owned business where you can get great coffee. I’m not saying that I never go to Dunkin’ Donuts, but when given the choice, I’d much rather support local business owners, especially when they do such a good job and are within just a few blocks.(Communitea, Sweet Leaf, Cranky’s)

YAY! This is so awesome. We finally get a Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins. Yes, I realize it’s a chain and enjoying this maybe very anti-LIC of me; yet, DD has great coffee and various breakfast delights(not to mention it’s open from 5:30−12am!). Everyone there is super nice and very fast for a fresh business. They seem to be doing a pretty decent job so far(food and coffee was just as anticipated). I’ll definitely be back again on the walk to the subway!
