Do no schedule anything with this doctor. She at first came recommended to me and seemed fine. I had a surgery scheduled for over two months and her rude office called the day before to cancel bc a family member was having surgery a day before me. That’s unfortunate, however as a patient that is not my problem nor should it be. She was free the day of my procedure. They did not give me any other options and hung up on me. I will be reporting this. Doctors must have back ups and it is unprofessional and I was basically just pushed aside and was told oh well tough luck.
I will not be going back to her. Caution: unreliable and stay clear.
No matter how good a doctor is, if they cannot be there for patients and have proper medical procedures for emergencies then they’re not worth it.
Now I will have to reschedule her part of the surgery and get put under again and miss more work and pay another $ 200 same day surgery co pay (she will be receiving the bill!)
I have never seen such horrible practices.
