Rare Breed

This little hole in the wall boutique is a super sleeper. I’ve been coming here when I’m in area since they were at their last location in long branch.
They carry nike, asics, Ewing, reebok and and bunch of good clothing brands like publish, alife, stussy to name a few. They don’t have the biggest selection but they always have quality stuff that you wouldn’t see in the mall or other shops. I stay up on trendy brands popping up in fashion and these guys do too.
I always find a new piece or two to take home with me from this beautiful quaint boutique. We need more shops like this in NJ as most off them are really in NYC. Staff is also very friendly and always down to talk sneakers and clothing.

This place is a boutique style store that makes the availability of Hip Hop gear to those kids by the shore that are not as fortunate as us city-​dwellers.
The two kats that work there (I’m almost sure the guy that is there most of the time is the owner) are really mellow dudes who are there to talk about the passion one has for sneakers & the culture that surrounds it.
They have a decent kicks collections & have been known to carry a style here & there that I’ve only been able to encounter on the internet; so to see that particular style in person is pretty sweet. They’ll even order something for you, if they don’t have it in stock.
Who ever said there was anything wrong with catching a lil’ sun by the shore & acquiring a fresh pair of kicks to accessorize that tan.
