I used to love this place until today i ordered a ban double avacado cheeseburger with fries for lunch to pick up heres the problem they charged me 20 bucks if your gonna charge that much for your burgers you can keep it the patty is not even hand pressed and the ingredients are diner par at best sorry but i think its wrong to over chatge people for food…

I live two blocks away from this place so I have been here several times because of the convenience. I have never once had an enjoyable time here. The bartender is cold and snippy with me, but hugs on everyone else. If you’re not a regular you’re treated badly. Stay away unless you like paying too much for bad drinks and crappy service. And the food is lousy too. I won’t be going back.

Great atmosphere, the locals tend to be very entertaining and friendly, and excellent food. Who knew the kitchen was run by a culinary arts school grad? If I lived nearby, I wouldn’t even review Tracy’s because I would not want it to become too damn crowded. If you are in the area, stop by. Family-run and good Americans.

BEST Chicken & Dumplings ever! Tried to make it both nights when they have them, as they only have them twice a month!

Our first time here and… Wow! So good! Tracy’s Irish Taquitos just blew my mind! The horseradish sauce was just a perfect and light compliment to the awesomeness that is the Taquitos. Must visit!

What odd ‘customer service’. We arrived for Happy hour at 4:40pm, I told the waitress when we ordered our drinks that I wanted the Street Tacos. She asked«Carnitas or Corned Beef?» I answered«Carnitas». When she came back with the drinks we had one person who hadn’t decided and needed another minute. When the waitress returned and took the food order, I repeated«Carnitas Street Tacos.» She replied that they were not available after 5:00(It was 5:07). Good news: I know the Carnitas Street Tacos are delicious(from previous visits). Bad news: Telling the waitress what you want may not be a guarantee that she’ll give it to you.

Excellent food and service. Great to have casual drinks with friends and play pool. We went with a few of my daughters softball friends after her game. Kids were able to be let loose a bit and parents had great drinks. Food is excellent!

My ears have stopped ringing from the spirited Saturday night crowd but have to say, good food and reasonably priced to boot. The place was packed which is a good sign. Our waitress did stellar work looking after us even tough she was very busy. Limited selection of beer on tap, No IPA. So that was disappointing. The fish tacos were filled with goodness. The fish was nicely done with lots of yummy filling. Two good size tacos but a challenge to eat as they were so full. The Buffalo chicken burger was very good. The chicken was moist and the sauce, while not overly hot, had nice flavour. The french fries were okay and the portions were a good size. Lot of locals and lots of fun with lots of noise. A good night.

Bartenders and kitchen have zero communication. Better off finding another bar unless you like being ignored by your bartender. Oh and chicken nachos are 18 $.

A great local hangout with surprisingly awesome food. All from a larger menu you would expect from your local neighborhood bar. Nice atmosphere with very friendly staff. Best stuff: The potato skins Danny’s Local Burger Kevin the DJ

I agree with Blondie! The day service sucks! A very rude bartender! Show up for a good drink after 5pm…

It was what you would expect, the service was quick and the salads were very tasty! I felt a bit out of place but the venue was good for our PaintNite!

Best home town bar in the world. AMAZING food, great bartenders and servers. Walking distance from our house doesn’t help either! Been going here for years and will never stop.

This was my 3rd time at paint nite and 3rd venue. The ladies in my family came to celebrate my mom’s birthday. It was hard to find parking at first. The lot behind Tracy’s was full because of the gym. I drove past the front of the bar, which faces K Mart, and didn’t see it initially. Walked in through the back door. Staff was friendly and attentive. My family ordered a bunch of appetizers. They really enjoyed the zucchini and fries with bacon. The drinks we ordered were decent. I ordered a classic margarita on the rocks and the mix was just right. The reason for 4 stars… they don’t serve mixed drinks. As for the painting part, Gavin was a fun, spunky teacher. She kept the momentum going by walked around to help people in need and playing music in between giving instructions. Some employees(men) peeked in the painting room and commented and complimented on our artwork. They were funny. I wish the lighting was much brighter to see the canvases better. It was also hot and stuffy in the room. People were standing up and fanning due to the warm room. There was a few large fans, but for some reason no one would plug them up. Overall, the night was fun and our art turned out great!

Well im a regular here, and i usually bragg about this place, but i need to share this particular experience… me and my sis decided to stop by for a beer on a Wednesday around 130pm. We ordered a blue moon from the tap. Great beer, the service however. sucked. The bar tender seemed very friendly to only certain people in the bar but didnt have a nice attitude to the rest… We also noticed that we didnt receive an orange slice(we normally do). The garnish compartment is located inches away from us. So we decided to look to see if they have any. The bar tender looks at us immediately and yells to where the whole bar stares at us… and i told her just lookn if u have an orange slice, she gets mad and says very rudely«those are lemon slices! We dont have any» we said okay and backed away. Then she asked if we wanted a cup of orange juice on the side. As if ima pay for a whole glass of orange juice… ugh i love Tracy’s but ill only recommend it after 530pm! The bartenders were also joking in front of us about NOT washing the glasses… so i decided to check…(check out the pic i posted on Unilocal) That’s fucken discusting…

Tonight(Saturday night) came here for dinner and drinks for a birthday. Me and my husband have come here before to have drinks but never dinner too. I ordered to fish tacos. 3 tacos with tons of cabbage and celantro on it! Plus it tasted like plastic. Was hungry so I tried to get down 1.5 but it was hard … So I just ordered another beer! Husband had a hamburger said it «was ok… Nothing special and fries werent that great» … And my husband isn’t hard to please either. Service was ok? After dinner we moved to the other side of the bar where a «band» was playing., but quickly realized it was wayyyy to loud to even hear ourselves think! So we had to move back to the bar area.

I used to live down the street and around the corner from this place. I remember when it opened because I was moving out of the area. This area was a bit on the dead side. Little to no traffic and not too many businesses around except for the bike shop on the corner, which is still there. With the college right down the street it has slowly come to life and is BOOMING so parking was a bit difficult especially with the 24 Hour Fitness place sharing the same parking lot. So be patient and be sure NOT to park in one of the timed parking if your going to be longer because I have seen cars get towed away! There is an entrance in the front or back so it doesn’t matter where you park because entrance is easy. As soon as I got close to the entrance in the back I could hear the music. It drew me into the narrow hallway and toward all the festivities. So many people were there blowing off steam and having a GREAT time! I guess I am old school because I consider this a bar so when I saw two kids playing pool it threw me off. I can’t get used to kids being in a bar even though they sell food and even have a ankle biter menu. Plus they do kick them out at 10pm, but again I’m old school so that is going to take some time to get used to. This place has a FULLMENU and BAR! In fact they have some PRETTYDECENTFOOD! I sat at the bar and asked for a menu and ordered a vodka tonic. I figured I have had a pretty interesting few months so I deserve a drink. I’m just thankful I have NOT found my happiness in the bottom of a bottle. Life can knock you on your butt at times but you have to get back up and keep going. My vodka tonic with lime was DELISH and SUPERSTRONG! Wooo. It went straight to my head. I needed food fast so I ordered«What’s the Dilla» with chicken which is probably what you think it is… a quesadilla with chicken! The place was a buzz and the server was SPOTON! Everyone including the patrons were SUPERDUPERFRIENDLY and the servers knew there regulars by name which was REALLYCOOL! Once my dilla came out I was shocked! I expected ONE quesadilla cut up like at other places but they gave me TWODILLAS cut up that were in a heap on my plate! OMG! So much food I could have actually shared it with someone and tried but I got no takers! My bud that I was meeting there had already eaten so I got a pass! It had the PREFECT amount of cheese and the chicken was cut into small pieces and NOT in HUGE chunks. It was GREAT! The only bummer was that it was so much I didn’t get a chance to try anything else so NOW I MUST go back for more food and drinks! I hear they have one of ZZZZ-BEST pastrami sands around but I’ll let my taste buds to the judging! GREATPLACE to let off some steam and they have happy hour during the week so come before 5:30pm and save some moola!

I was just looking for a dive bar for a drink and a bite to eat, and I looked up this place on Unilocal and tried it out because of the great reviews. Well, now I see why the reviews were so great. This place is a dive bar for sure, but the food is a hundred times better than what u would expect. Turns out the place is owned by someone who went to culinary school, so that explains the great food. Can’t wait to come back again to try something’s my else now.

Even with my bun falling apart at the end, one of the top 3 burgers of my 60 year old Iowa corn fed life. The ground beef tasted better than most ribeye steaks. High quality grind was just perfect. Brioche bun was fine although it couldn’t quite manage the monster ½ pounder all the way to the end. Cooked med rare, which is hard to get these days and a shame it is too. Perfectly pink and juicy. Service was mixed as our poor waitress was overwhelmed, but kept eye contact and delivered food hot and timely. I wasn’t going to review Tracy’s but the next day I finally got around to the desert I’d gotten to go. Folks, I gotta tell ya, I had a hunk of «Pecan Pie» Cheesecake that blows away anything I’ve ever expected or imagined. The«Factory» made doesn’t even compare. I’m tellin you, the best, most creamy, lush, smooth and rich… Now THAT’S CHEESECAKE! House made deserts are always good here and they make a big deal about it, as well they should. The maker of this Cheesecake should be idolized and revered. I feel as if I’ve been in the company of angels, eating this. Tracy’s is not a fine dining establishment, but the food quality is way beyond fine dining, so 5 stars even without damn linen napkins. I had to remind myself, «It’s just a bar, heavenly; yes, but just a bar(with killer food!).»

Recommending for the Food not really a fan of the bar. But this place has amazing grub, selection is typical of a bar/restaurant taste way better than any bar food places that I’ve been to. The burgers are amazing, garlic fries to die for, breakfast is killer. I’ve never had a bad dish. Regarding the bar, on a busy night i.e. Friday/Saturday… Plan on waiting for a while to get a drink which is typical I guess but the bartenders could kind of be @$$holes! Though I’ve been in during a weeknight shift and all the bartenders are nice and provide excellent service.
