I will explain why one star. Note, this reflective of multiple visits to this location. As a media and marketer guy I can’t help but spot inefficiencies like this. Here are the two fails that has led to your score: — Checkout Efficiency: You take way too long; especially in the weekday mornings. And I have often seen instructions(including myself) not followed. You guys encourage the extravagant ordering Starbucks is known for; so, listen. We are not on your time, you are on ours. Sorry. — Operational Efficiency: if you have 4 ppl back there and only one person making the coffee — that is a problem. To the consumer it looks like you don’t give a damn there is a line forming. So when you combine this with your checkout fail you can see. There are some nice folks there don’t get me wrong but I can drink nice. I need coffee. I understand turnover can be an issue and ppl need time to learn but this seem extreme. The place is kept clean but that is because everybody is cleaning. The shop is not that big you use one person to knock it out. I will probably be back but it will be as w last resort or I’m running super late. And I am sure I will continue to be irritated by your inefficiencies.

On the corner of the street so this Starbucks is easy to find but it shares a small parking lot with a few other establishments including a smoothie shop right next door.

Wifi connection is so poor here… I wasn’t able to connect for my online schooling. Left and went somewhere else

Rude people! My mom paid for extra espresso shots & the guy didn’t want to give it to her because the drink already comes with it and she«probably didn’t pay for extra shots». My mom told him she did pay for extra and she could show the receipt and the guy said he «sincerely didn’t care.» Don’t go here. You don’t want to be served by people who are rude to moms. That’s not okay.

I love walking into this Starbucks because of its warm, inviting atmosphere. My girlfriend and I went in to get gift cards and a frappé’ for her mom, and the two employees that were working – Bridget and Nicki(hopefully that’s spelled right) – were so sweet and friendly in their approach. My girlfriend couldn’t stop talking about it, to the extent where she was like« Unilocal them, Unilocal them now.» They provide quality customer service and from now on this will be our go-to Starbucks spot.

Really enjoy going to this Starbucks because they have great customer service. Never had to wait very long for my drinks and if I did have to wait, it was because they were busy. They do a great job of hiring good employees at this this location.

This store shares a tiny parking lot but patience will get you a spot. The Baristas are really friendly & my Mobile orders are ready on time. Small inside area for working — no outside seating.

The girl working the counter was awesome, had us laughing our butts off!!! My husband and I stopped in for the first time(we’re not local) on a Sunday morning, service was quick, fun, and the coffee and latte were as delicious as Starbucks gets. If we’re in the area again, we’ll be back, and I’d recommend it to friends too.

Generally I avoid Starbucks, but I especially avoid this one for the obvious lack of parking. There are some mornings when this Starbucks is on my way, and stopping at this one would make sense. But that parking situation is so inconvenient… it probably primes me for a negative experience! No need to review the food and beverages… Starbucks is pretty standardized, and the taste of most everything is consistent across the board. What’s different about this location is that for the first time ever at a Starbucks, an employee tried to up-sell me… On coffee… The girl must have been previously employed at a movie theatre concession stand. I got scared and thought this was the direction Starbucks was headed — squeezing out every $ 0.50 more that they can from each customer. But I’ve been to other Starbucks locations since then, and it seems like that was just a strange, isolated event… It was probably just the girl’s hopeful maneuver to get noticed by management. Basically, what sets each Starbucks apart is the customer service you receive. The few times I have been here, the employees make me feel like they are there solely to take my money and hand me off my latte. Maybe I’ve just been unlucky, but I’ve been to other Starbucks locations where the workers as a whole are much sweeter. And who doesn’t like a little sweetness with their coffee?

This is probably one of the worst starbucks ever. They are incredibly slow and it wasn’t even busy. Plus they literally had 6 people behind the counter just standing there. Hello we all have places to go! I don’t need to wait 15 mins for you to make my latte! Drive down to the one down pch by best buy. BESTSTARBUCKSEVER!

Usually come in to get my morning round of drinks. Today the barrista(heavy set male with a mustache) served my drinks. When I came up to pick up my drinks, I thanked him and wished him a ‘Good Morning’. It wasn’t busy and it was quiet. So I know he heard me. I repeated what I said and he looked up and gave a sarcastic grin and said ‘Have a good morning’. Dude, if you don’t like your career path and if you act like I am forcing you to prepare my drinks, leave. You’ll never make«Chief Barrista». Douche Bag.

This Starbucks is on my way to the office. The only thing I don’t care for is the parking. It’s in a small strip center 3 businesses and never enough parking. And it’s always busy so if you are in a hurry don’t come here…:) Having said that the people are great. They always know me by name when I come here. To me that is worth a lot!

Came here for a quick breakfast and mocha latte on the way to get my car washed. First of all parking sucks. Parking is limited and the lot is small. My sausage and egg breakfast sandwich was okay. It’s just that the cashier got my order wrong for m mocha latte. I’d pass on this Starbucks location. There’s a lot more around that has was better parking and access.

I give this place a three. The staff has generally been nice and friendly. A couple times I’ve gotten some attitude but never by the game person, but hey everyone has an off day right? Looking at other reviews about watered down drinks and too much ice, I agree. I always order my drinks light ice, due to teeth problems, and my drink was over half full of ice! In the fall I like an iced coffee with pumpkin spice, but I usually order a little extra water as the coffee is too strong for me, and one time the barista said its not the coffee it’s the pumpkin. Um not it’s not, but please make the drink the way I asked. Overall decent coustomer service, decent drinks. Those are two incidences outta the 20+ times I’ve been here. Yes, parking sucks. Terrible location. For this Starbucks. Wifi slow but works. Comfy seats to do work.

This review is for mainly for an employee at this location– Betty :) Writing a review for Starbucks would have never crossed my mind but within a few visits, she memorized my order and name. And being in the hospitality and service industry myself, it’s awesome that she’s always welcoming and smiling to every guest. But this location in particular has always been good with customer service.

For as busy as this location can get and was, they did an excellent job at getting the patrons in and out. Which realistically is a blessing seeing as the parking situation is ATROCIOUS! Extreme limited parking for the amount of shops that are located in this small complex.

I was heading to Seal Beach for lunch /dinner and decided I would stop by this Starbucks for a ‘San OB’ to take with me to my final destination. I have never been to this location before and found the parking to be quite limited. I waited a few minutes and was able to find parking. On a busy day I am not sure how much patience folks trying to maneuver through this small parking lot would be. I walked inside of this location and found the line to be short and moving quickly. As I waited to place my order I looked around and found the establishment to be quite clean. This business not only looked clean but smelled clean which is just as important in my book. I reached the cashier /barista and of course my order was the same, chamomile tea with steamed soy, agave syrup & cinnamon. As I waited for my drink I observed a sign placed on the community board advising patrons that the adjacent Pep Boys parking lot can be used by Starbucks guests. If and when I am in the area again I will without a doubt utilize that parking lot instead. The Pep Boys and Starbucks parking lots are connected by a small walking path. My drink was ready and I find it a little odd that no matter the Starbucks I visit and order steamed soy with my drink how some orders come with foam and some do not. This order did not have foam and to me it throws off the taste a tad. Other than that minor little complaint my visit to this Starbucks was pleasant. I found the staff to be friendly, working as a team and all had smiles on their faces. I found the bathroom to be clean, the condiment section to be clean, no real complaints other than the parking situation which is honestly a nightmare. I will make many more trips from the South Bay to Seal Beach and now that I know this Starbucks is here I will visit this location again.
