7-Eleven

The staff here are uncaring and inconsiderate. I was driving around in search for a restroom and saw this 7 eleven. With nature calling and being thirsty at the same time I decided to stop by. I walked in and found that the restroom door had a sign on it that said «no public restroom.» I have no problem with that, so I bought an Arizona Tea. I then asked for the restroom key and the employee gives me a puzzled look and just says «No.» I ask him why and he just says «No customer only.» I then ask him why he thought I was not a customer even though I just bought the Arizona Tea and he once again just says «No.» Either this was his first day exposed to the English language or he was just being very difficult, but every time I tried to ask the employee why he wouldn’t give me the restroom key, the only words that ever came out of his mouth were «No customer only.» I have absolutely no idea why he refused to give me the restroom key for I was in fact a customer and did nothing prior to this situation to upset him. I understand that the area the 7 eleven is located in is not the best, and they intentionally try to prevent homeless people from using their restroom, but I was dressed in jeans and a blazer. So it wasn’t my appearance that upset the man. Idk maybe he felt like a «somebody» by not giving me the restroom key. Either way I was finally fed up with his Bull, so I left. I’m not sure what kind of cruel human being wouldn’t allow someone to even use the restroom, and I also question how 7 eleven trains these people. Having read another review written by Edward, 7 eleven needs to step in and take action on these pretentious idiots who think they are somebodies just because they have control over the restroom key. It only takes one detrimental experience like this for me to never stop at a 7 eleven ever again. This is completely unacceptable.

I came in for a simple refund, with a receipt and the item unopened. The clerks all told me they didn’t know how to issue a refund. They wrote the owner’s name on the back of my receipt and told me to call him and ask him for a refund.
What? I thought that was highly unusual and wondered why they wanted me to speak to the owner. The owner told me that if I came back in a couple of day’s (4^th of July) that he would look at my purchase.
I said I couldn’t come back on the 4^th of July, (i think he was bluffing, taking the chance that I wouldn’t come back on Independence Day). When I told him I couldn’t come back and that I have the receipt and the unopened item, his exact words were: «You know what you can take your receipt and you can take a picture of it and you can frame it. You can shove it.»
LOL! I don’t know why this guy had to take it there. But I will now make it my mission to make sure I do as much as I possibly can to make him do the right thing.
I implore everyone to go to the gas station across the way, or to another 711. This man does not deserve a penny from any hard working American.

I came here for some junk food and an Oreo sandwich. It was hot and it was also slushie time. Good customer service.

They sold me some no good beer that tasted like crap. And let’s be honest everyone knows what their favorite beer taste like. After the first sip I was able to tell. I returned and asked to exchange for a new 12pack I was met was met with resistance right off back. We argued a bit before I got fed up and left. Sad part is this is my local 711 so they will have to see me again.

to close to high school, gets really busy here, man and parking is available in certain areas of this lot. kindah

Ahh good Olé 711, my one stop shop for milk, beer, cigarettes, slurpees, and candy. The workers are the homeboys! 5 stars for the 5 minute trips

Oh thank heaven for 7 – 11! Good vibe at this 7 – 11! When Sean is working there is always country music playing with him singing along !

Nice workers, especially this one palestinian girl. It’s always clean and stocked well. Their taquitos are delicious.
