First the professional review: Needed a quick walk-​in blood draw with no appointment and got in at 10:00am with two people ahead of me. I was out by 10:30a. The paperwork and front desk was efficient and professional. The person who took my samples was attentive and followed all necessary procedures. This is the second time that I have use them… I will go again!
Now for a more informal review: WOW the two people I encountered were outstanding! I was so impressed by their cheerful attitude that was infections (not a good word in a lab setting but you know what I mean!).
First, being greeted by Ebony at the front desk was delightful… She was really concerned with one of the patients that needed assistance while getting out the door. Good to see that she was so caring. Appreciated her even saying ‘thanks’ to me for opening the door.
There was also another radiant women who drew my blood. Again, outstanding professional, but really stuck me was her beautiful uplifting attitude. I believe her name was Monica. She’ll be off to nursing school one of these days. She will be awesome.
Needed to give a review to this lab for the wonderful people I encountered!
