Me & my coworkers likes coming here in big groups. The more people means more variety of food we can order. We always order the same thing when we come here. Get the glass noddles, pad see ew, pad thai, beef salad, curry with bamboo, and chow mien. We usually call in our order early so by the time we arrive to the restaurant, the food is ready. This place is cash only. Parking here is terrible, I would recommend parking in the streets.

NOTCOMINGHEREAGAIN. I used to come here often with my family because of the Spicy Seafood Soup. It has a great taste and the waitresses have mostly been helpful and funny BUT tonight, I let the waitress know the fried wonton wasn’t pleasant and if she could please take it off the table. She said no, insisting that it was my fault for ordering it and that I must pay either way. Reminding you that, I never even mentioned her taking it off our bill. It is just common courtesy to offer something else or take it off the bill. She then walked away because she knew I was about to shove the wonton up her… * Also, my sisters bowl had old rice stuck on it and they keep the dirty dishes in the middle of the restaurant along with a random broom

Horrible service. ordered fried wonton and it was terrible we asked if they can take it back she said«no you ordered it not us» ummm okay ?? We still had to pay for it. Not to mention that there was dried up rice on my bowl completely dirty. And why is a broom in the middle of the restaurant right next to our table while we’re trying to enjoy our dinner. Not acceptable, and still have the nerve to ask for their tip. Sea food soup was good though and the Sunkist.

I would give zero stars if given the choice. Don’t waste your money on this place! Called in a to-go order and got there maybe 20 minutes later. When my boyfriend & I went inside they seemed confused(forgot to make the food) and we had to wait. Whatever no big but the food is terrible! Ordered red curry chicken. The amount of bamboo that was in the dish was insane! We were thinking they had run out of veggies and overcompensated with bamboo! Bleh! Also ordered the chicken pad thai. No flavor and heavy on the grease. I would’ve been more happy with McD’s.

No Asians eat here. If Asians don’t eat here it must say tons. Food is mediocre at best.

I am only giving this restaurant 2 stars for the food. The spicy seafood soup is my fav. The service however is horrible. I came in with my husband and daughter, there was an empty table in the middle and they told us in a rude way«there’s no table right now». Once seated, we got helped right away and our food was brought to us fast. The whole time that we were there nobody came to ask if we were ok, or if we needed anything. We had to ask for what we needed, and our server was at the door chit chating with other people. Hellooo!

Horrible service. This used to be my family’s favorite Thai spot. We would make an up to 50 minute drive to long beach at least once a week for this restaurant for over 9 years. The food has remained great, our favorites have been the seafood soup, shrimp fried rice and beef salad. The service used to be great but since the older woman left, the new servers are extremely rude and look as if they don’t want to be there. In fact, they look almost angry that they have customers. The restaurant now looks dingy and unorganized. Service is horrible even when it is not busy. The last time I was here was with my three year old nephew. He dropped a drink and the server walked by, gave us the meanest look, and dropped a wet, filthy rag on the table for us to clean up the drink. REALLY? I still sometimes crave their soup and their beef salad but I’d probably only do take out if I’m ever in the area. Cash only. they aren’t ashamed to ask for a tip in the jar. sense of entitlement in here is crazy rude.

***CASHONLY** The food is great, however the service is very poor, not organized, especial with a larger group, plus 8, the checks were not accurate mixed matched on the checks with others, it’s very busy, Only 2 severs for the entire restaurant, waited long time for food, this place would be 4 Star if it had better customer service.

This Thai restaurant is one of those not so good nor clean hole in the wall joint. The floors and silverware are dirty. I eat a lot and always order two entrees. The waitress and I had a miscommunication regarding a side order of rice because I also ordered chicken curry. She brought out a big entrée order of fried rice so I now have three entrees in front of me. She wouldn’t take it back so I ended up paying another $ 9. Well, they lost out on a customer and anybody that I could’ve bought to eat there with me. The food is not amazing. I have had better Thai food. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Very bad customer service, let 2 customers go before us! It is very selfish of them to do that! Never coming back again!

Being a new customer, I was impressed by way they manage the people even though there’s only two servers on the floor. They had a great teamwork. Fast cooks working behind the scene. Menus were not offered on a regular basis cuz most of the people know what to order. Been here twice and this became our favorite resto. Wanted to try different dish each time, their beef jerky tasted so good with combination fried rice

Amazing Thai food! Service is a bit slow at times, so you have to be patient. Soup portions are huuuge. Food isn’t too spicy and they’ll gladly make things less spicy for you. Don’t expect a fancy restaurant. This is a very simple place where cranky cute Thai grandmas serve you delicious food for a really good price. Cash only.

I have been going here for over 12 years, ever since they were in their old place off of Long Beach Blvd and 8th Street, the food is great very tasteful I love the beef salad with extra extra chili, the seafood soup and the combination fried rice is great as well as their chowmein. The only problem is that this restaurant has is very poor customer service, they don’t even answer the phones to do phone orders and when you’re there the people just ignore you. We are regulars there and even though we have been going there forever the ladies still ignore you. Other than that the food is great, oh and they might need to find a bigger spot again because this one is always packed just like their old 20 person capacity spot on lb blvd lol

Wanted to try a new thai restaurant, after reading the reviews on Unilocal,my friend and I dropped in for lunch. Omg we were ignored forever, finally I walked up to the kitchen window and force my presence on one of them. We get seated at a dirty table and wasn’t given a greeting or menus. So I asked the waitress for our menus, she doesn’t even bother to look at us, throws one menu on the table and says«Yeah yeah.» I told her can we get another one and she rudely gives us attitude like I ask her to borrow money. My friend and I looked at each other, both got up and left that shithole. I don’t give a fucking flying shit how good your food is, I didn’t go there to be treated like dirt. Fuck your place, it’s dirty as fuck. So happy I didn’t eat your nasty food, probably would get sick. Nasty place filled with nasty negative energy. There are so many better thai places in Long Beach. Two of them are a few block from this shithole. Plus Cambodian food is a million times better than your shitty food, that’s why all your dishes are filled with chili’s to hide the fact it sucks donkey’s balls!

Incredibly friendly service. The Rad Nah with pork is comfort food at its best. Tender noodles in a silky sauce and pork still succulent. Pad Thai with shrimp was tasty and delicious, I’ll be back soon.

Great place to eat some authentic thai food! — cash only so don’t expect to use card — service isn’t that great, even when you’re a regular. — place is a bit outdated and needs to work on cleanliness — always check your silverware and plates, maybe wipe em down before putting food on it Beef jerky is the best in town especially with their dipping sauce! It’s close to dry but not tough like American style jerky. Full of flavor and you can eat it alone or with rice. Seafood salad(forgot name, must go back) one of the best and fresh tasting around. They only put 3 shrimp in there which is a bummer but still real good. Seafood soup is a favorite that I always get hot or cold. Delicious, flavorful, and filling. Only thing about this place is that when you ask for spicy it’s not that spicy which is odd for a Thai place. This place has more variety when it comes to authentic thai food. Other than just finding your usual dish pad thai and pad sa eew kind of dishes. Once they up their service and cleanliness I can’t give them a 5 star.
