Warning STAY AWAY! Arrogant, dishonest, & irresponsible locksmith. Just bought a new house and called them to refit keys and install a new lock. The Tech that installed a new lock drilled into my double door bolt
And destroyed it. On top of that the lock was not centered. After several weeks and almost a month trying to get them out. Rather than take responsibility. They denied having done it, a bolt ever existed and my doors were old. Pictures were emailed proving their MISTAKE! They REFUSE to fix, or repair the damage they cause. STAY AWAY and don’t be suckered into the discount. Guaranteed if they break it/​destroy it they will NOT fix it and DENY DENY DENY and responsibility.

First review ever written but I’m that annoyed. It’s a bad morning, I’ve missed yoga then tried to go for a run and locked myself out of my house. I find this locksmith who is 0.6 miles away from my house. He answers with an unprofessional «hello?» Am I calling the right place? Yes, he confirms. Ok so the quote is $ 29 for the house visit and somewhere between $ 29 – 95 for opening the door. I’m thinking ook, that’s kind of a wide range but I imagine some locks are complicated requiring a drill or something. He tells me the guy will be there in 30 min or so. 50+ min later a guy shows up and takes less than 2 min to open my very simple door lock. Of course he decides to charge me the max. Total damage for stupid mistake? $ 129. WTF, way to take advantage. Also, when I called, I asked the guy if I could use a cc. He said no prob. When I went to pay the guy asks for a check made out to cash because he didn’t have the credit card machine…

The toddlers like to play with doors and locked us out of our bedroom, the keys to which, were – of course – left in the room.
This was the only 24 hr locksmith in Long Beach that actually answered the phone at 10pm.
Called the number, and the dispatcher answered and routed our dilemma to Tony.
Tony called back and said he would be at our house promptly.
He was prompt and professional.
