I love this boutique! The staff has never been anything less than professional, Britney is by far my favorite! I shop here quite frequently and on the rare occasion that something was amiss, the staff has always went above and beyond to exchange or replace.

I usually shop at the one in Orange, but whenever I am around Long Beach area, I will make sure to stop by. The shop itself is bigger than the one in Orange(both carry the same amazing goodies). The long beach store is bright, big and open and has more fitting rooms. Everything is nicely organized. They did an amazing job on picking out the beachy Californian style clothing and timeless and unique jewelries. They have a lot of customized jewelries that you won’t find anywhere else. People often complain about their price, but the same brands that are sold somewhere are usually priced more than Laurenly. Their items are timeless, classic and good quality that you could wear all year long for years. They have an Instagram account that they always post the newest items and owner and staffs are super on point on responding questions on Instagram. I have been following quite a few boutiques on Instagram; most of the time people responded to me a few weeks later or no response. But Laurenly is always on point and make sure questions for answered right away. That’s something I really appreciate it. Their Laurenly girls are always amazing to show you ideas of how to mix and match pieces together.

The magnetic pull of a flirty dress in the window gets me every time. However, after each purchase I leave with a tinge of buyer’s remorse because of the unprofessional, sorority esque/mean girls«you can’t sit here» vibe. Supporting high mark up in a store with poor attitudes is not worth the extra investment nor is it fashionable! Please Laurenly, make positive vibes your mission!

Cute stuff! Some of pricey some of it affordable, they carry name brands in high end department stores and also affordable lesser known brands. Jewelry is to die for. If YOU are kind to the employees they are kind back. Loyal customer of this and orange location. Shop online as well! Website is great!

The clothes are mostly trendy. Lots of One Teaspoon, Rails, The Laundry Room, etc. I had the SA — Michelle help me each time I’ve been here. She’s extremely friendly and pretty good in putting outfits together. The style here is a festival vibe. They sell lots of maxi skirts, joggers, ripped denim, oversized sweaters, muscle tees, etc. The return policy is 7 days for unworn, tags attached, and store credit or exchange only. No exceptions!!!

I absolutely love this boutique! Not only is the décor warm and inviting, but the sales associates are always so friendly and welcoming. I have never experienced the rudeness some other reviewers have commented on. In fact, I have had nothing but smiles and helpfulness from all sales girls I’ve shopped with. For example: I recently went in and couldn’t decide on the best coin necklace for me. One of the sales girls spent at least 5 minutes with me holding a few of the necklaces and offering her honest opinion as I tried each on. In the end I walked away with a new necklace and the confidence that I had chosen the right one! The clothing selection is definitely on point with fashion trends. It seems they always have something new that I can add to my closet. It does err on the side of expensive as they carry a healthy selection of pricier brands(One Teaspoon, Wildfox, The Rails, Free People to name a few). But they also have a good amount of affordable options, too, so it seems pretty balanced. My favorite thing to shop for there is jewelry. Every item they carry seems to be carefully curated. I’m pretty terrible at pairing jewelry with my outfits. Coming here has helped me bulk up my jewelry collection so I have options outside of my every day gold bar necklace. If you don’t follow them on instagram, I highly recommend you do!

Found a perfect dress there but didn’t have my size. They were so awesome, called their other store and I was able to pay and have it held for me for pick up. Lots of cute clothing choices and colors no matter what season it is and not terribly overpriced like some boutiques can be.

I believe Laurenly is a very cute and very nicely designed inside. The employees are extremely rude and not willing to help. There clothes are very cute but highly expensive. Ellison rd. which is a block away is affordable and have very nice employees. I want to be treated well when I walk into a store because I am trying to support a local business and help the business.

Laurenly is a cute boutique shop with very expensive clothes made out of cheap material. 1 star for this location because of the rude customer service here. Either every time I come here I get to see the same rude chick or the manager of Laurenly just loves hiring girls that are rude and stuck up.

Firstly what a beautiful name for a store«Laurenly.» That would make an awesome name for a girl. The place is small, however, everything was well organized that it didn’t feel cramped. I just fell in love with 80% of the fashions in the store. Customer service was amazing and nice.

This was my first time to this location. The store was very cute and organized well for a small space. There is a ton of cute/unique items I just wish that I could afford them! The clothes and accessories are pricey. This isn’t necessarily the store’s fault though because the brands they carry are just expensive. They have some good sales though, which you can see on Instagram.

I was less than impressed by the customer service of both the manager and the owner of this boutique. I was told that«it is the customer’s responsibility to ask about our return policy before purchasing anything» and that«it is just a wallet, not the end of the world» upon bringing back a broken wallet and asking for a refund. I made it a point to stop in the store whenever I was in the area, but will not shop here anymore. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Adorable location in Belmont, picture freaking perfect! Soooo much better than Orange location, you can find something anytime in long beach, much more inventory. The girls are very nice and the whole image they’ve created with the boho whimsy is pretty rad. My issues are: –Its too pricey for how trendy it is. I mean its all deliciously cute but trendy. When they first opened in Orange their prices were way different. –I have a large chest but wear a small, a lot of the«boho» stuff is for girls with no body. –Um the website has all the cheaper stuff, why not mix it up in the store as well? Not cool. You can get some amazing jewelery for reasonable prices and trust me everyone wants to be a «laurenly girl» gotta hand it to them for branding; its just a tad too expensive.

Too be completely honest, I’m extremely shocked that this shop has only 1 review. I mean… what the??? This boutique has a ton of great finds and the girls that work here are soooo nice and very helpful. And I’m very excited that they’ve now launched their website. Sure, some items can be pricey, but they do have great lower priced options as well:)

I got a gift here from Christmas and they have a normal return/exchange policy of ONLY7 days! With the holidays it was a little longer but I was still over the time frame. I just think that it terrible customer service. All I wanted to do was exchange it for a different size! We won’t be shopping here again. And my friend who got me the gift won’t either he said he used to shop here often. They have cute stuff so it’s a bummber!
