Horrible food! Dishes with meat are dry, slices are salty. Passion fruit lemonade is sugary, orange juice tastes like chemical water. I definitely don’t want to come back.

By far the Crappiest customer service ever! My family and I visit this place at least 4 times per month. Yea they take a while to service you and bing your food but we like to give places a second and third chance but this experience was horrible. To start off we ordered a 50 piece bone-in and we get boneless. Secondly we get our bone-in order and our wings are somewhat burnt not to mention we were missing our order of 911. Ok fine! Then we ask for ranch and ELLICE the waitress mentions oh it’s 50 cents ok fine you messed up my order and you wanna charge me for ranch that we never received ok! It’s not the dollar its the experience and customer service! After, we finally got our food and ate we asked for our check and were getting charged for 3 beers in which we only got two because they forgot to bring the 3rd one! Ahhhh s**** service overall!

Came in last night for a drink and some wings with the man. Normally I love this place but last night, they were off. Firstly there was a huge mess in front of us at the bar and when we asked the bartender to wipe it up, she did a half assed job so it was still sticky. When it was time to leave, we saw that they charged double for our food and added an extra drink. Most ppl who leave Hooters are prolly a little wasted and might not have checked the bill so I don’t know how many others got screwed like this but luckily we looked at our total. I guess I’ll need to start going elsewhere during football season. Boo!!!

I love the location of this Hooters; it’s right in the middle of everything and when you sit on the patio you can see the boats go by, and hear their horns. It’s pretty relaxing actually. It’s also right across from the Pike and all of the shops over there. It is your average Hooters, nothing special about it. I was reading the other reviews however and have to disagree with the service; maybe management read Unilocal and changed the way they do things because I had multiple people come to our table and ask if there was anything we needed, if we liked everything, etc. Our drinks and food came out pretty fast too which I was kinda surprised! Food was good and hot and our beers were nice and cold. No complaints at all.

Friendly but sometimes slow service, but we stop here before and/or after movies at the Pike because it’s directly across the street, the huge patio makes it the best in the area for large groups, and I’m often surprised how cheap it is. Oh and I guess there’s girls with boobs and stuff.

Wings were fantastic! Food quality on everything else however, looked and tasted poor. Our server did not stop by once to check on us. The super nice bartender did all the work plus had a couple more tables and was still holding down the bar while maintaining a great attitude under so much pressure! Kudos, that’s why we left her all the tips because she deserved it.

I came here with a friend at about 10pm, the host sat us and told us Amanda was going to be our server and that she would be right with us. After about 5 minutes, the host came back and started taking our drink order instead. 15 minutes later, Amanda came and tried to take our drink order again, which tells me she didn’t even check with the host or was even aware that we had been here waiting. After taking our food order and dropping off the food, she came back 5 minutes later with the check without asking if we wanted more drinks or even dessert. I don’t appreciate her asking us if we needed anything else first before dropping a check, it shows poor service.

We were greeted at the door, we asked to sit on the patio and the gentleman just walks away, so we stand there wondering if he went to look for a seat or had something else to do? He then yelled at us from across the restaurant to come over so we went and got sat outside. Our server was SO awkward and weird, she was timid and acted like she had NO idea what she was doing or saying and just stared at us most of the time with a blank stare. We ordered the beer cheese and pretzels, two orders of nachos and wings of course because I heard that’s what hooters is known for. We asked for no chili on both of the nachos and chicken on one, well we got our appetizer and it was small the bread was hard and the cheese tastes canned with an add or onion. We finally got our other food and the nachos of course had chili on one, I told the server and instead of saying sorry she sat there and argued for 5 mins about it saying we didn’t say that! Finally she took the food back and it came back out with like 4 pieces of chicken and barely any cheese, the wings were dry and rubbery and everything was disgusting. Needless to say NEVER again, I wish I could get my $ 40 back and I’m sorry«hooters» the girls don’t even have any… No worth the hype.

Arrived with a party if six and was seated right away on the patio. That was the best thing that happened from there. The services was super slow from the taking of the order to bring the drinks. All the fries were cold and had to send back one order for boneless wings had to go back for being cold. Don’t get the Parmesan Garlic flavor is just Cesar Dressing on cold wings. Just go to Outback next door most likely better.

Tried to catch a fight here and called to confirm that they were showing it, got there and asked again if they were going to show it, talked to the hostesses and the manager, and was assured that they would be showing it. Waited 40 min for a table and was sat, asked them to switch it over and ordered a drink. Once we got our drinks asked if they would switch the channel only to be told that they were not showing the fight that I was asking for. Ok, these people are just lazy, rather than finding out the proper information they just told me yes. Not to mention that getting a table at this place is a nightmare since the entrance was so crowded with people and a bunch of kid strollers. Very disappointing, I will make sure to steer clear of this place in the future.

I been dying for some good wings, so we decided to come here. We ordered the boneless Daytona wings, they are nothing like they were back then when they weren’t on the menu, basically small pieces… wait did I mentioned very small pieces of chicken breast with sauce on them, back then they would place them on the grill after they put the sauce on, anyways, We also ordered the bone-in medium original buffalo sauce and NOTONEBITOFTHEBUFFALOFLAVOR(so disappointed) it was basically like fried chicken with extra oil, we didn’t even finish our food. Well just stick to B-DUBs. Only good thing was that the waiter was nice and they validate so we had free parking.

I have never been a big fan of Hooters went with some of my buddies and ordered a bunch of wings. The place was nice and very clean, also a lot of flat screens with sports games going on. The outdoor area is nice and big with a little dive bar outside. The customer service was great and the girl Amy checked on us and our drinks a lot. The food was not that good. Just very watery sauce and breaded chicken taste kind of old. But other then the food a good experience.

A Monday night with less then 10 tables and we can barely get any service. Service is terrible here and the food is mediocre. It took three different girls to bring out our food but none of them knew the difference between mild and medium nor did they care to know. Drinks were ordered before the food but the food came out before the beer and margarita. The waitress reasoning for that was because they messed up on the margarita… but yet she couldn’t just bring out the beer… guess it’s just to much walking back and forth for the waitress. In the two hours we were there I think the waitress came by the table on her own 4 times. All the other times we had to flag her down for refills or to order more beer. Don’t recommend this place at all. It was very annoying.

Wow… what can I say, poor service, cold food, no chicks. I thought this was Hooters. Out of the 4 women working(if u can say that) sarcasm. … combined cup size with all 4 is a very small A cup. not the place if u only have a hour for lunch it takes that long to flag down a waitress. And good luck in getting anything to drink. Might as well have been in the Sahara desert. Still waiting on my check..

My friends and I decided to eat here on Sunday. It was PACKED and it was Valentine’s Day. Despite the crowd and all the chaos, those ladies HELDITDOWN! Our server(I believe her name was Kyra) was awesome. Took great care of us was super professional. Got my fish and chips and it was on point. Everyone did a great job.

I only came for drinks with my friends but the place was nice. The waitress was friendly but my margarita had way too much ice, and I know that’s just their way to minimize the alcohol they put in

I was in a Hooters type mood today. Decided on the Daytona Beach style wings and a couple of cold Sasquatch beers. The location is great — love it being near the water and seeing to boats at dock. My server Taylor was a sweetheart and did a great job. Wings were great, place was nice, beer was cold and servers were friendly — so great experience!

First of all I’ve never been to a Hooters before so this was a first time for me but I gotta say it was a great experience. I went late night so it was not very packed and was seated immediately. The waitress Brianna was hands down the best waiter/waitress I have ever had the pleasure of being served by out of any restaurant which made the experience that much better. She answered any questions I had and the fast service was more than I can ask for. She also made bomb passion fruit lemonade which my friend enjoyed. The wings were tasty AF. Hooter’s just gained a big fan and customer.

The worst service I’ve ever had. We came for a late lunch and the place was busy. But they didn’t tell us that we will need to wait that much for the food to arrive. We order by the time we got seated and waited almost an hour for our food to arrive. We complain to the manager and everybody were polite but no results. We will never come back here ever.

The service is here is so bad I’m literally writing about it as I eat. The manger was nice enough to talk to the ladies but cmon! This place is supposed to be basic place and it barely does a a good job doing that. This place was on Undercover Boss for crying out loud! Seriously mean hostesses, weird staff and late staff. Food takes forever, girls are mean. When you tell the bar girls about the host girls they turn their head. Am I taking crazy pills here? The food is not the good.

First time ever at a Hooters, was curious to see what it was all about but had my expectations set very low already. Had an absolutely horrible experience here — especially in the service and on top of that… food was horrible as well. Came here with 2 friends during an odd time around 2:30pm. Place was mostly empty, plenty of wait staff seemed to be walking around. We were seated promptly, but everything from then on was a disaster. Took forever for a waiter to come to our table, forever to place and receive drink orders. Finally flagged down someone to place our order after sitting around looking at everyone that kept walking by. We waited forever for our food to come out — we simply ordered a wings sampler, sliders, and nachos. Like I had said before, it was not lunch or dinner time rush. We kept waiting and waiting, getting angrier and angrier. We contemplated leaving, but every once in a blue moon our waiter would come by and vaguely say she checked and our food was almost on its way. False hope. The food finally came, and looked like it had been prepared a long time ago and was old. It was too salty and unappealing. Took forever to get the bill, had to literally flag someone down again. And took the bill to front desk to pay. On top of that, didn’t receive any apology or offer to help alleviate the horrible experience and time wasted waiting there. Never coming back to this location or any Hooters establishment ever again.

From all the locations downtown LB hooters has been in, this one’s my favorite. It’s bigger(or at least it feels that way), its more open and the outdoor patio outlooks the water and gives it a nice chill vibe. The patio bar is perfect for happy hour or just day drinking on a warm day. The service is ok and the food is good. Some of my favorites include the hot buffalo shrimp, mahi mahi sandwhich, the po boys, and curly fries. It may sound weird but this is where I come to for my favorite shrimp po boys(w/a side of pickles!). I also recently tried the beer cheese and pretzels appetizer– UH-MAZING! Good happy hour UFC fights shown here Plenty of large screen TVs

First I would like to say is that I love the atmosphere and would definitely come back with friends. However the service was horrible and what I mean by that is the wait for food and drinks. It took about 20mins for each drink and another 20 mins for the food to come. I’ve never had to wait that long for drinks and food even if the place was crowded. All the waiters were super nice to me but wait just ruined everything. This was my first time and I was highly disappointed. I’ll give it another chance and go back with friends to see if maybe it was just an off day.

A friend is a former Hooters girl and she wanted to check this new location out. I’ve only been to Hooters twice before, both time at the DTLA location. I was extremely impressed with this Long Beach location. The food was much better and the service was much more attentive. Those fried pickles are the bomb! I do have to say though, it can get kinda pricey here for some chicken n’ beer!

One star is way too much … If u are going to charge me a lot for dirty martini make sure it’s dirty And I am not talking about the glasses The waitress literally put one olive in the bottom of wine glass and served it to me. I know it’s not a place to order martini but get it together

Little loud for me, but I get it… It’s a sports bar. Wings are good, but I still prefer the old location. My server tonight was meh… Was not helpful or friendly at all. Just cordial. Usually the service is good… I don’t know what happened tonight. Will not affect us from coming back. Also server forgot our plates and silverware.

Ugh… Worst Hooter’s ever? Quite possibly. The new digs themselves are decent but the service /food is unacceptably bad. Came here for lunch with a bud and were thrown off right off the bat when we seen the old location under a tarp and scaffold. He happened to see the new one catty corner from the old locale so off we went. So to set the scene, we had just under an hour an a half for lunch… Got there at 11:10, were greeted with the usual, «Hi, welcome to Hooters», so things looked to be «par for the course» at that point. Au contraire mon frère. The«Hostess», asked where we would like to sit, so we sat at the high tables against the windows. It took about 10 minutes to be greeted and asked for drinks, even though the place was a virtual graveyard, sans a few early boozers at the bar… Finally, we were approached by our server,(who shall hereby remain nameless to protect her possible«innocence»), and placed our orders. Drinks,(Diet Pepsi’s… On the job folks), came out quickly but after that, our server made a like a banana and split!!! An old fashioned vanishing act she pulled on us. But… Maybe, just maybe, and in her defense, it was because we later heard the manager tell the hostess, «oh, tell the customers coming in to sit either at the bar or in the bar area… they’ll get faster service. Well no $hit Sherlock!!! Why the FUC couldn’t you have shared that info with us, possibly even asked, «would you,(loosely inserted term), gentlemen like to sit in the bar area, the service is much faster there». But nope… let us sit there in wing limbo for about 30 minutes waiting for our,(again, loosely inserted term), «food», even after we asked where the hell it was. Same hot dayum issue with the check. I had a meeting back at work at 12:30 and BARELY made it and I’m only five minutes away!!! As for the food, I got the«10 piece boneless wings»,(naked Cajun style), lunch special. What a misnomer that is… not a damn thing special ’bout that $hit. Well maybe there was. The fries that came with it were especially stale and hard. I couldn’t even eat the boogers. Could it have been because they sat in the kitchen for 20 or so minutes? As hungry as I was, I couldn’t bring myself to down them MoFo’s. Terrible, terrible and terrible again. I think these little chicken tidbits had almost as much silicone in them as did some of the servers… Bland as hell once the seasoning was off of ‘em. Now I know it’s a Hooter’s, but my past experiences with pretty much any Hooter’s I’ve ever been in have been consistent. Decent, and I do mean decent,(as in «satisfactory»), food with above average service. Even the two«former» LBC locations conformed with those basic standards. Not this one Mr. Marks… Not this one. New investors + new corporate management = epic fail…

It was my first time coming here and I had a pretty decent experience. We can during game 3 of the nba finals so it was packed. Thankfully, the game was almost done, so everyone left after the game was done. I’ve been wanting to try hooters ever since i heard they have good wings! I came here solely for the unlimited wings Tuesday for $ 12.99 but then I realized I can’t eat that many wings so I decided to split a plate of 10 wings with my bf and we also decided to get sliders. Our friend got Tator tots. Our food came 15 minutes after we ordered, which wasn’t bad. Their wings are breaded they also give you a choice of naked which doesn’t have the breading, our server said it was the healthier choice so I went with the breaded wings(: glad I went with the breaded wings because they are great! The wings are huge compared to wing stop and Buffalo Wild Wings and the breading was perfect. The sliders and Tator tots tasted like any other sliders you would get at a restaurant. Our server yvette was really sweet, she kept checking in on us if we were ready to order. It took us a while to pick out what we wanted but she was patient with us. If you can really EAT wings, probably about 16 to really get your money’s worth than I suggest you get unlimited. But if you’re like me who could hardly eat more than 6 wings than just get the 10 piece wing plate they offer.
