goFETCH

I enrolled my mini Goldendoodle in behavioral training w/​Katherine for some one on one training with Bo… And me. I came to see her as my Cesar Milan and I fully trust her!
I try take Bo to doggy classes they have on the first and third Sunday’s of the month (though haven’t been able to attend recently due to scheduling conflicts). And Katherine knows that not only is Bo anxious/​aggressive around other dogs– but I get anxious as well. But she always puts me at ease.
I reach out to her for any questions I have relating to Bo. And she’s always more than open to help.
I had a major scare on a Sunday night (last night) when Bo started limping. So I texted Katherine… She could obviously tell I was freaking out so she was kind enough to call me– and made me a feel a lot better! I took Bo to the pet hospital this morning– and he’ll be ok!
Katherine and the GoFetch team are awesome! They’re real people, who understand not only your pets, but also understand what it’s like to be pet parents themselves.

A little over 7 months ago we adopted 2 rescue pups in need of training & a daycare to play off their energy while we are at work… Enter goFetch. We enrolled our two pups in daycare and an In home training package and I couldn’t be happier with the services and the results we have received from goFetch. We also utilize the Sunday morning park classes to continue all the positive work done in our initial training and Monday thru Friday those lessons are reinforced & built upon by the outstanding staff at goFetch.
A personal positive for me is how much goFetch also supports the local business & community.
Katherine, Carley, Aaron, Kyra, Adam & the rest of the staff at goFetch have built a beautiful thing!

Do not, I repeat DO NOT leave your dog here for day care. As I was dropping my dog off I heard a «trainer» or daycare attended raising her voice at the dogs! This is not a bogus review I have emails from the manager trying to resolve why I left and there should be no reason why the attendant was yelling «NO!» «NO!» at the dogs. I’m not being overly sensitive I’m a DOG GROOMER of 8 YEARS and deal with dogs allll day including biters and difficult dogs and have never raised my voice. So why was she yelling at a day care??? I want my dog in a loving calm environment not a dog boot camp. It broke my heart and I prayed for all the dogs there that were getting yelled at for «correction» which they said why the attendant was raising her voice. 0 stars

This is my second review. I’ve been bringing my Chow/​Akita mix to GoFetch for more than a year. She is a happy camper there! Prior to finding GoFetch, I took her to a store within a large pet food chain, and this normally calm, happy dog would tremble violently and have to be forced into the back room. Now, she wags her tail when she sees the groomer, and always looks beautiful when I come to get her. I have also left her for daycare, and it has been a very positive experience. I highly recommend GoFetch!

We called goFetch for personal training for our deaf rescue dog. He is territorially aggressive and he was starting to exhibit this behavior on walks. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to take him out for walks or outings to the dog park at all anymore. Carley came to our house to assess the situation and agreed to take us on! It has been about two months now and we can see a real improvement. Going on walks are no longer a chore of pulling, lunging, growling and barking. Carley has really trained US on how to handle our boy. We are still working towards the end goal, but now I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Today was his first day at daycare and I couldn’t be more pleased. It was so nice to know he wasn’t shut up inside the house all day long. I have absolute confidence and felt perfectly secure in leaving him in the capable hands of the goFetch team. Thank you!

We have been bringing our two labs (70 lbs each) to goFETCH for awhile. Our dogs are always TIRED and HAPPY at the end of the day.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is clean, and they are able to accommodate your pet’s needs (feeding schedule, meds, etc.). They temperament test your dog prior to your first session and require all vaccinations to ensure the overall health and safety of the facility. Carley (co-​owner) used to train our dogs previously and is a wealth of knowledge.
We have used the overnight and grooming services also. Both come highly recommended and are extremely convenient especially for an extended day out, vacation, or if there’s renovations getting done at home.
They also have a shuttle now which will pick up your pooch for a nominal fee.
Two paws way up! goFETCH is excellent!

Love goFETCH. My dog Harley loves to go play with the other dogs. I always feel secure when I leave her there for daycare and boarding. Thanks to the gang at goFETCH.

I took my dog Little Dipper to goFETCH for 5 days in a row while I was painting their mural. He was VERY excited to get there and join the other dogs every single morning. Other places I’ve been to he has acted scared and nervous to go in. goFETCH is always clean, professional, and has personable staff members and an excellent management crew! I was very happy with how they treated my dog and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great, safe, and clean place to take their dog for daycare and/​or training!

This review is very long overdue (mostly due to the fact that I rarely leave Unilocal reviews, but I just had to provide one here)! We stumbled onto goFETCH by chance (breed restrictions at other places) and we are so glad we did! Our pup has been going to goFETCH for daycare and grooming for almost two years now and he (as well as us) absolutely love it!!! I completely trust goFETCH and they are one of the few places/​folks, with whom I feel comfortable leaving my pup, knowing he will be treated extremely well! Overall, as I’m sure you will be able to tell from my review, we appreciate and really value goFETCH!
Some of the reasons we love goFETCH (in no particular order):
(1) No breed restrictions (no pup discrimination ;)): as long as your pup passes the temp test and gets along well with others, your pup is welcome.
(2) The owners: One of the best small businesses I’ve ever come across! Carley, Katherine and Aaron are such gems and take such a personal interest in the health, well being, and overall care (whether your pup is in for daycare, grooming, or both) of not only your pup (s) but also their humans! They are so welcoming and genuinely care for all of the pups that frequent goFETCH. Also, they have implemented extremely helpful (to us at least) extras at minimal cost (for example, a pick-​up and drop-​off shuttle service, which really helped when I was doomed to house rest while pregnant), and flexible drop-​off and pick up times (at very minimal cost) to accommodate their clients. In fact, the willingness to pick our pup up — even prior to the actual implementing of the shuttle service — was so helpful to us during those weeks of house «rest» — just another example of how Katherine, Carley and Aaron are always going above and beyond for their clients! (In addition to their own super busy lives!) Also, they have provided invaluable advice with respect to getting our pup ready to meet his twin sisters! And, they seem to be available almost around the clock to answer training questions and provide advice!
(3) The goFETCH trainers and staff: I don’t like using the word «staff» because it is way too impersonal to really convey the family-​like welcoming feel provided not only by Carely, Katherine, and Aaron but also by the trainers (I believe everyone except the volunteers are trainers) and other goFetchers. Again, not only is your dog treated like family — they really pay attention to what’s happening with your dog and point out things that you might not notice that may require vet attention or just behavior modification — but you are too! In fact, our dog is so so happy to see the folks at goFETCH he totally forgets about us when we drop him off :)! Because of the folks at goFETCH — from the owners, to the trainers, to the fantastic groomer — I feel completely at ease when my pup is at goFETCH, knowing he is in the best hands and getting the best care and attention! In fact, other than bathing him myself, goFETCH is the only place where I will take my dog to get groomed. And, it is one of the only places (other than with «grandma» and two close family friends) that I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog).
(4) Reasonable Prices: Especially grooming! The grooming prices are so reasonable! I haven’t seen any place comparable to their grooming prices. As for the day care, considering the services provided — no kennels, daycare up to 12 hours a day (7am-​7pm), at least 3 different large play areas, webcams — the daycare prices are very reasonable, in fact they are quite a steal, (especially if you buy a package) and the overnight stay — again, no kennels, someone actually stays over with your dog — so basically round the clock care, prices are too!
I know I’ve probably left out some other reasons for loving goFETCH and may add to this review as I remember them but, overall, this is a fantastic place and we really love it (in fact, I asked Carley if she’d consider child daycare in addition to doggy daycare — that’s how much we love this place;))!

I would not recommend this place. I brought my large and small dog in.
My large dog is an older German Shepard, I specifically asked if they could do him with his arthritis and they said yes. It will take two hours. After 45 min. I was called to pick both dogs up and when My large dog walked to the door he collapsed. They would not help me with him to the car I had to use my sweat shirt as a harness to get him to and in the car. They denied dropping him or injuring him they had NO concern for him. I hope this place closes I almost had to put him down. He couldn’t walk for a week.
I also think they rig their reviews, I have met other people who are unhappy with them that left reviews and the reviews are no longer posted.

Went here for the first time and already looking forward to taking my puppylove here again. The staff is awesome. Super friendly and professional. The service is great! The prices are affordable. Definitely found my go-​to place for my pup!

Staff are super friendly and do a great job communicating any issues your dog may be having so you can work on them.
I just wish I was able to afford to take my dog more often.

It’s been more than a year and Maximus still LOVES coming over! He actually doesn’t want to leave when I pick him up *crying*, which goes to show just how much he loves this place! The staff remain attentive and interactive with all of the dogs. They’ve got a cool new app now which allows you to view their webcam via phone! Now I can check how much fun Maximus is having whenever :)
By the way, I took Maximus for dog training here and Kiera (sorry if misspelled) is excellent. She’s firm and very knowledgeable when it comes to training and disciplining your pup. Make sure to find her if you need help!

I still feel that go F.E.T.C.H is the best place to leave my dog. I have been brining my dog here for years and have never ever had one issue… NEVER the groomer also does an awesome job on my boy’s fur. I would like to also say that person that left a negative review you are allowed an opinion but anal glad issues is not something that a dog can catch. Some dogs can’t excrete the fluid and it needs to be excreted groomers do it but it is better to have the vet do it because they actually go in the butt and so it. Also the camera blind spot… REALLY? If you want to see your dog at every angel why attach a selfie stick with a gopro. To give 1 star because of things so petty is crazy. OH one more thing in regards to the person who left a negative review. When MOST of your post are negative you might lose credibility. Just saying.

This place is great, the owners are really, really nice people. I’ve been sending my dog here for a while, and he is always tired afterwards! He has a lot of fun. They also updated their cameras so you can watch your pup on your mobile. Way cool!

GoFetch is amazing! While taking a 12 day trip I’ve had no worries about leaving my furbaby Lulu in their care! The staff is incredibly understanding and well trained. Lulu always comes home with a smile and ready for a nap!

My 1.5 yr. old pittie Lucy loooooves this place! She comes to daycare a couple times a month. She knows where she’s at the second we pull up to the front of the building. Soon as I hand over her leash she doesn’t even look back to say goodbye! :(When we pick her up at the end of the day, she knocks out in the car as soon as we drive off. The staff here is friendly and so far we’ve had nothing but good experiences. Lucy seems to love it, so if she’s happy, we’re happy!

Never again! I left my dog there for three days… THREE DAYS! She ended up with all kinds of health problems and I have to keep taking her to the vet. She had diarrhea and her stomach was so upset and she was so tired. Also she has an anus gland problem for no reason. My dog was perfectly fine and healthy until I picked her up after going out of state. I AM DISAPPOINTED and ANGRY… their webcams are basically useless because of the blind spot and at night you can’t see your own dog. What a joke. I will never leave my dog at any dog boarding place, EVER! Save your wallet! My poor dog is still on medication… and she is suffering for no reason :(she don’t deserve this…

I love goFetch. I did a lot of research into possible daycares for my pup, Loki, and it was hard for me to find a daycare that I could trust. For me, I look for cleanliness, staff friendliness and attentiveness, and overall «feel» that you get when you visit. I feel that goFetch has great cleanliness, superior friendliness, and I feel comfortabl leaving my pup here because I know that he won’t pick up any bad habits or worse, be treated badly or negatively. It’s nice to know he has somewhere fun to be while I am at work all day. Highly recommend for any pet parent!
