Just waked in with a buddy of mine and a girl was on the phone and I just heard a loud scream were closed I thought she was kidding so I looked around and she yelled were closed were closed were closed and me and my buddy looked at each other like are you serious Shese yelling at us rude she seen we weren’t happy with her screaming ddnt even apologize never buying nothing from gamestop again !!!

This particular GameStop has bad customer service! Me and my buddy came to check out there Funko pops and as soon we walk through the door and This female employee YELLS saying «We are Close»! We personally didn’t know they close at this certain time. At first we thought she was kidding, but then she proceed towards the door saying were closed. I said okay we got it. And we left. I was amazed on the customer service.

I came in here today because I’m new to the area and was curious about this store’s selection. I was so excited to learn that there was a GameStop within walking distance from my apartment. After coming in today, I will definitely be coming back.
First off, the second I walked into the store I was greeting by a female employee. I found that to be very welcoming and pleasant and certainly a nice touch to my experience. Then, as I was browsing through the games and looking through them, the same employee came up and asked me if I was looking for anything in particular and she introduced herself. I’m sorry to say I forgot her name, but she was providing very good customer service.
For their selection of games, it’s about the same as other GameStops, but it’s still a pretty good line up. I was able to find a few things I was looking for, and although I didn’t buy them at this time, I know that I can come here to get them whenever I’d like.
The store isn’t as big as other locations, but as long as they have decent games in stock, that shouldn’t matter. The store was also very clean and very well organized.
The male employee at the encounter, who’s name I didn’t catch, was also very polite and helpful. I had a few questions about the pre-​ordering bonuses for Uncharted 4 and he was able to help me out and provide me with some good information.
My experience here was excellent and I will definitely be back here for my gaming needs.

I like this place, it’s enjoyable and the employee are really friendly especially lily. I might’ve spell it wrong. Anyways, this is a good location because its usually not packed at all. They’re doing a bottle cap guessing game giveaway.

The staff member who helped me was Alex and another female (forgot her name). I had an issue with returns and they cleared it up right away.
Will be the go to Gamestop now on.

After many years of no return due to change of address I finally returned! Living only one block away. Well what can I say? The staff are awesome! They greet you with a smile when entering. They right away ask if I needed help with anything, I mean the customer service is extraordinarily 5 stars and beyond! Lily helped me with my transaction, I mean she went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted, also very knowledgeable about the games! She helped me save $ 15 I mean she’s awesome! Even though this GameStop is low key they get pretty busy at time, this GameStop has earned itself my business not only because I live one block away but because the employees make it a comfort zone. I totally recommend stoping by and give it a look, always ask for Lily! Because with her you will experience awesome customer service at its peak!

This GameStop really is hard to spot, which makes finding my rare Skylanders easier (y’know, because people pass it up).
Walking in, you’re greeted by the most awful greeting over the PA, telling you you’re being watched by video cameras.
I understand in the neighborhood it’s in though.
The people working here are pretty cool despite this store’s rough interior (I mean, we’re talking REALLY crappy carpet, and locks on everything).
I’m on the fence for shopping here more often, because as a safety precaution for theft, they hole punch their Skylanders boxes in order to lock them in.
As a collector, my heart hurts a little (but on the flip side I completely understand guys).
Regardless, this blows my local LB store out of the water for customer service.

The worst place if you want to buy a game and be treated as a costumer. The management is the worst. If a were the owner of that store I may be thinking to change the staff.

My wife and son went there tonight, they were waited on by a girl named Amanda.
My wife asked if they had a gun to go along with the game they wanted to purchase.
Amanda said no, but she would check with another store. Amanda called the other store and proceeded to talk about everything but what she called to find out about.
After 10 min. my wife asked when she would find out about the gun, finally she
got the information that they had the gun, but told my wife she should go to the other
store to pick it up. over all Amanda was disinterested in taking care of what my wife and sons wants.
After a little more rudeness, my wife went to get help from Jerrell.
He was great, explained things very well to my son and wife and took
very good care of them.
I think management needs to train their employees a little better.
You should go in knowing you will get someone good not rely on
luck as to who you get.

this is a relatively unknown location,
most people forget that there’s a GameStop even here,
it’s close to a middle school and a park so after school you’ll see some of the kids in the store playing some of the games,
the staff is really friendly and easy to talk to.
especially the managers,
cheap games, awesome staff and it’s the closest one to me,
it’s in a semi-​rough neighborhood but don’t let that stop you,
it’s a great GameStop overall!
