Worse place even that African American guy that works there is so rude and lazy and sloppy. looks like he hates his job !! Did a horrible job on my chain. Ask for it to be clean and polish. I came back and it still had nobs and hair on the chain look the same exactly how I dropped it off. he didn’t do anything to it. I ask him if it was even clean and he just gave me attitude. He should be fire busy isn’t gonna grow with a shity person like him running it. Give this place a 0

Karen is the best! She helped me choose a bracelet and pinky ring for my husband, I didn’t feel rushed and felt she was genuinely helping me find the perfect gift. She is bilingual and very pleasant to work with, not to mention great customer service. So refreshing! Ask for Karen!!!

Worst jewelry store ever! My fiancé bought me a beautiful engagement ring and I came here to get it resized. They said it would take me a week to get it. I said ok. Cool. So I planned my photoshoot around their schedule. they told me it come back next weds it takes a week. I came back that weds. They didn’t have my ring ready! & it was the day of my engagement shoot. They didn’t care. They prolonged the ring for another day. I was soo upset! The customer service here is horrible! I literally had to walk into the store and put on my bitch act to literally get my ring back on time.

If I could leave a 0 I would. …they sold me a ring. .i paid them to size it. called a week later and they said give it another week… came up there same day and magic it’s ready. .leave the story only to return an hour later because a prong holding my stone was broken… they tell me another week.. come back 8 days later and the stone is crushed… totally a waste of my money and time… couldn’t even give me my cash back i gotta wait on a check…
