Blu Condominiums

I love this place!!! Close to everything and a high wall and biometric sensors to keep out the zombies.
It’s protected by a former member of the NSA who designed a security system to control your actions, movements and track you through the building.
Other that being under constant surveillance living under the fear of legal action if you change anything in your unit it’s a great place to live. Most people who live here are funny functional alcoholics. I recommend spending ½ a million for a unit here unless you’re trash who inherited money and drive a beat up car POS car.
Blu is is a complex founded under the belief that style and lifestyle are important. So if you’re a trend setter or just love living in the gayest city in the world this is your spot!

Great community. The building is new and clean. Not a whole lot of perks, but the workout room and clubroom are nice, and the lobby is just cool.

Looked at this location while searching for condos in long beach. The building is clean, new, well maintained. Certainly not as interesting as other condo complexes in the area, but the two level town homes are very nice, while the prices are reasonable given their downtown long beach location.
