I have eaten here more times than I can count. They have really gone downhill in the past couple years. Their dinner shift(after 4 pm) especially seems really mediocre. Staples like the ever present mac and cheese is left to get super dried out even as you go back trying to get the guy’s attention and hint. Toppings for soup area left empty for the entire time we were there(tofu, wonton strips for ginger broth). Silverware left down to a couple of spoons. Messiness everywhere. I brought this to management’s attention in the past about a year ago and it continues. I can understand shift changes, but it is really pathetic how bad it gets when one crew leaves and the pm crew couldn’t care less even looking at their expressions. Last visit was 1÷26÷13 and consistently poor. Disappointed as it used to be very good all day long. They also are watering down their soups now too.

This place is good for the salad bar, make your own salad with as many toppings as you want. They also have a decent soup selection going with baked potatoes pizza sticks and 3 pasta dishes as well. That being said I found all the food to be a little bland. I did enjoy the tapioca for dessert though. I will probably be back.

Yay coupons! Good value. All you can eat salad, pasta, soup, muffins, baked potatoes, fruit, and frozen yogurt. Good luck trying to find meat in anything.

We came here this last weekend. It was awful! We came during busy dinner time, and the food was unacceptable! The premade green salads were drenched in dressing, and the lettuce was withered! The breads and pastas went fast and the staff were not keeping up with keeping the food well stocked. The dessert wasn’t what was advertised online, so either they had to substitute or they were wrong online; which is a bummer considering a lot of people go for specific menu items. We have decided we will not be back. OH! And they have gotten awful with their coupons. It used to be when u sighed up with club veg, you’d buy one get one meal free. Then they changed that to 9 something a person, and now they have it at 11.49 with a drink per person. I wouldn’t mind this price if they focused on high quality food, and promptness and had some more meat on he menu.

Love this place. Always clean and pleasant. I used to have two bowls of chicken noodle soup, but since the changed the quality of chicken meat, I just don’t eat the soup anymore. Good salad however!!!

Sweet tomatoes is a quick cheap lunch can place with lots of options. I wasn’t feeling very well so I decided why not get a soup and salad. The salad bar always has tons of fresh toppings. The soup is average but they have lots of options. I love that I can also grab a quick something sweet on my way out.

Please PLEASE add meat based protein to your salad bar. I can’t believe that there is only garbanzo beans and cheese on the line for protein in the salad. It’s too bad, because this could really be a good spot.

Not one of the pre-prepared salads was good. The pizza like cheese bread looked awful. Soup selection was pretty lackluster. Forget about reasonable gluten-free free options for a Celiac. You might be «safe» sticking with veggies only but everything that might be gluten free is not… It’s «friendly». What a cop out. Every sprinkle in the dessert bar was full of Oreo chunks. This place is phoning it in. And for $ 11.49, it ain’t worth it.

Reminds me of souper salad from home. Great variety and the soups are terrific. The salad bar could use some more proteins ie ham, eggs, etc. The flat breads are also delicious. Family really enjoyed the lemonades and ice cream. Great healthy buffet in the Lone Tree area.

For many years, this was our go-to destination to eat and we also purchased a lot of gift cards for family and friends and took out-of-town guests there too. For the past year the food has been on and off. Some days it’s very good and the selections are nice but other times, the produce or salad appears dry and looks like yesterdays’. The clam chowder usually only served on Fridays is great but other days, the soup choices and taste leave a lot to be desired. When they add veggies to the pasta, sometimes you have to put on your glasses to find it. We have found there are many other nice places to eat for practically the same cost — Whole Foods has a great buffet, Panera Bread has excellent salads and sandwiches(plus a rewards program) and Mod Market has healthy, delicious organic food. We are now choosing to spend our dollars at places where the food is consistently good and not be disappointed when after spending $ 24 on a meal for 2, we realize leftovers at home would have been a whole lot better.

FIND A COUPON! This place can really expensive without one. Luckily for us we signed up for their free membership and we get frequent coupons from that which prompts us to go. For me, the best thing in the entire place is their ranch dressing! Honestly I think it is the best I have ever had and that’s saying something. I usually eat a big salad with ranch and have some of their homemade mac and cheese. Frankly I don’t like ANY of their soups or anything else they offer for that matter. Now occasionally they offer a chocolate pudding cake that is outstanding. Overall with a coupon it turns out to be about $ 10-$ 12 per person with a drink.

This is the only buffet style restaurant that I will eat at! The salad bar has an excellent variety of healthy options and they have the best ranch dressing! The Mac and cheese and desserts are always tasty too. The guy who was working the dining area, this most recent visit, was awesome. It was his first night and he was on top of refilling our drinks and making sure we had what we needed.

This place made me custom vegan pasta when I inquired about the lack of vegan soups. And WOW, that pasta was so good! I will be thinking of that for the rest of the day. And the gal in the blue shirt should get a raise for great customer service and for making such tasty vegan food! Thanks. I like Sweet Tomatoes almost everywhere I have tried it.

If it was possible to give this no stars, I would. We came here once close to closing time, and while were still eating, they were putting up all the food and thoroughly cleaning. We didn’t have much of a selection and dinner was ruined. I spoke to the manager the next day who was appalled and sent us complimentary meals to try again. We tried again tonight and it was as bad, if not worse. This time we came right at dinner. Nearly all the food was out because there was only one poor kid stuck behind the hot food. He couldn’t keep up and the end result was groups of people wandering around like zombies looking for food. The items that were available were mediocre at best. We will not be eating here again and I would recommend you find somewhere else as well.

Great place for salad bar and bring your family here. Lots of choices in soup and pizza slices with desert. Service is always excellent everyone is so welcoming. My favorite is the chilly and occasional special menu like lobster bisque. Of course don’t forget to eat your salad with all the toppings that you love.

I head here whenever I feel like eating something«light». Here is what I like about this place: — The salad ingredients are very fresh and of great quality. — They have at least 5 different soups — Mac and cheese and Pasta options are made fresh open-kitchen style — They have some sugar free desserts that are quite yummy They staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommened for large groups(they have a private dining area that can be reserved in advance).

Love the selection and the cheap prices. I have a Gift card and appears i wont be using it up anytime soon. The interior is kept clean and the salad and hot items are always fresh. If they would add a Strawberry Shortcake station to the mix like Souper Salad has, then it would be an even better experience.

This isn’t a place that I would choose to go on my own but somehow we inevitably end up here for birthdays or other celebrations. My biggest qualm is I feel it is overpriced. For a buffet, it is clean, well-stocked and fresh. They usually have decent coupons if you are on their e-mail list. The also usually have a decent variety of tasty soups and their cornbread and bran muffins are suprisingly amazing.

Oh, how I wish there were a Sweet Tomatoes back east. Even if it were a few states away, I’d drive to it! That’s how much I adore this salad buffet. But it’s not just for their salads… even though I deliberately pick up two plates at the beginning of the line to load up on greens(and my FAVORITE… Joan’s Broccoli Madness!!!). It’s everything else, too! The SOUPS! The CHEESYBREAD! The MUFFINS! And last weekend, I was particularly lucky because I got to experience the PEPPERMINTSOFTSERVE! MmmmMmmmm. It’s so fun that they play around with their menu and make/bake/serve seasonal recipes, but comforting to know that they also always have their key staples. I love feeling pseudo-healthy when I come here and stuff myself with vegetables of all kinds. Plus, if you want to be legit healthy, they do have fresh fruits for desserts(though I can’t help but go for the fro-yo/soft serve). Okay, just writing this review makes me hungry… especially for Joan’s Broccoli Madness and those amazing pickled beets(do yourself a favor and try them both!). I’m going to try and convince my fam that a second trip to ST is in order before I return east. Yum, yum, yum.

I go here more than I’d like to admit, at first because it was the perfect place for me when I was pregnant, starving and couldn’t decide what I wanted for dinner– always lots of choices! Now, it’s because my 5 year got so used to going so often when Mommy was pregnant with his sister that he requests it frequently as it’s the only dining out we do where he gets dessert(hello soft serve!). All in all, it is a very decent family place. It’s clean, the staff is always nice, there are so many choices that everyone is guaranteed to like something there and as long as you have a coupon I consider it affordable. They have lots of choices at the salad bar. They make some really great soups– seriously, no exaggeration. And for some reason I’m obsessed with their tapioca! I don’t even know where else you can get tapioca. It’s easy to think you’re being healthy but the calories can add up quick with the all you can eat carbolicious choices like their pizza sticks and muffins, so exercise some self control to allow you to tell yourself you’re eating healthy.
