Tom and Ryan installed our 75″ HDTV on 10÷5÷13. They promptly arrived at their scheduled time and started working right away. They were professional and very friendly. Tom explained how everything worked and they hooked up all of my devices to my new TV. Ryan went out of his way and made sure my DirecTV connections were set up correctly (which they weren’t but that’s another story). I was thoroughly appreciative of their time and think they both deserve a raise. Thanks so much Tom and Ryan!

Good price on a big screen tv. However, the bait and switch tactic on A/​V components was tiresome. I recommend you write down all promises made. They like to play the blame game between departments. In the end it was a draining experience.

So I wrote the review that gave one star. I updated it as at the corporate office Ali Keyvan took care of everything. He should train the locations employees. He is fabulous. He made all my issues go away and quickly. I cannot express how great is he/​was. He loved taking care of the problem which is a great as he wanted to see me happy. He is wonderful and again he needs to teach customer service to the locations.

I’m a pretty good comparison shopper when it comes to making large purchases, & my quest for a new HDTV was no different. I could share a lot about my evaluation process, but I’ll spare you & get right to the review.
Today I purchased a Samsung UN60F8000 3D HDTV from Paul’s TV @ Furniture Row. The TV price is fixed by Samsung, so every retailer has the exact same price. This means the buying decision comes down to knowledge, perceived service, & other «goodies» the retailer may offer.
The reason I went back to purchase @ Paul’s is because of Tyler Weimer, the gent that waited on me. Tyler is extremely competent, & confident in his knowledge. He took time to answer many questions I had & helped guide me through the maze of flat screens in their showroom. I felt that Tyler allowed me to make a buying decision, not be sold, which is exactly what I wanted.
Tyler is the only person @ Paul’s I interacted with, but if the rest of their team is anywhere close to as good as him, this is an excellent place to include in your TV shopping list!
