Papa John’s Pizza

I should have given no stars.
This was a few months ago. Ordered in veggie pizza, got chicken pizza. Returned it, had to wait for another 30mins for the right pizza. The driver said they would reimburse the money, but it never happened.
Today again, ordered a veggie pizza. They got the pizza right for the 90% of it and put 1 piece/​slice of pepperoni on one of the slices. Get your act straight or get the heck out of business.
You just lost a few regular customers.

Horrible delivery service! I have given them several chances but they have failed every time. I am a mom with a toddler and a newborn so ordering pizza is a no brainer! I live in an apartment complex, big whoop. Every single time I order I expect it delivered to my door, that’s why I order delivery! But it never fails some young kid who cares very little about his job calls me and says– can you meet me outside? What kind of service is that!
It’s actually easier to strap my kids into heir car seats and get drive to the location than to carry two kids down 3 floors and carry them back up with a pizza.
Once I couldn’t go downstairs because my toddler was sleeping, I politely asked him to please deliver to the door, after 15 minutes he said he couldn’t find it. I told him to forget it I would call and cancel because I couldn’t get down the stairs, suddenly he knew where the apartment was and decided it was better to deliver to the door than for me to call the restaurant and cancel. Horrible service don’t waste your time Carmine’s is wayyyy better!

This Papa Johns is the worst. I ordered a pizza, waited 2 hours and called to ask what the delivery problem was. they told me they had it listed as a carry out and it would take 20 more minutes. Really??? Never ordering from here EVER again. I’m from Jersey, we don’t wait 2 hours and 20 minutes for pizza that honestly, isn’t so great. Only reason I ordered from here is because my son wanted it. Never never
finally got here, cold as hell. i sent it back. The delivery person was really nice, however, Peyton Manning shouldn’t be putting his name on crap!

I ordered pizza tonight for my family, which is a big deal tonight because we have been doing very good about making dinners at home and not eating out as much. Anyway, the pizza was delivered by a very nice and curteous young man, the food was hot and mostly correct. I ordered two pizzas, both with extra mushrooms and one with extra green peppers and needless to say they were barely sprinkled with veggies. I paid extra money and I tipped on the increased total to only find out I didn’t get what I paid for. The medium pizza I ordered only with extra mushrooms and seriously two of the six slices only had one piece of shroom on them… no joke! And the other slices were barely sprinkled with them. The other pizza had almost no mushrooms too and the green peppers were also sparse. Granted that pizza had half a dozen different toppings but still, if I pay for extra, I expect handfulls! I ordered extra this time because last time we felt the toppings were also minimal. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
