Staff is always awesome and friendly! Never have had an issue! They tend to have great sales! I actually started going here bc the staff at lululemon were so snotty!

I love Lucy! I first stopped in a lucy store in Cherry Creek and fell in love. However, that is not the only Lucy store I frequent. If I have time after work or on a short lunch break, I will run over to Lucy and either exchange or purchase something. They have a fairly large selection of workout clothes. What I love about Lucy, besides the quality, is that they offer sale and clearance items, which makes their clothing affordable.
I have gone into this store about 4 – 5 times and have always received stellar service, even when just doing exchanging or returning an item. The sales staff aer always friendly and helpful.

Not impressed with the customer service here. I stopped in because I needed some yoga pants quick and the staff there was not very friendly and kept trying to push me towards buying knee pants/​shorts.
She repeatedly stated we were the same height and these were the only ones she loved. I guess she does not understand that making sales in retail is not about her but about finding out what your customer wants.
Luckily they had my faves and I scooped them up and skipped on out. I had a much better experience at the store in Boulder.
